My 2017 Subaru was struck from behind at a traffic light, with damage to bumper and rear sensors. Imperial made the bumper look better than new, and the sensors work as they should in short period of time. They were professional, accommodating and even washed the car before turning it back to me. They repaired the bumper and rear damage to our car caused by another driver in a very short period of time. After getting the runaround from the insurance company for over a month, the staff at Imperial Auto Body helped me get the insurance situated, ordered the necessary parts, and even let us keep our car until the parts arrived. They completed the repair within a few days, and our car looks like new! I highly recommend Imperial Auto Body, and will definitely return in the future.

This Body shop is wonderful, they took their time with my vehicle and replaced all of the necessary parts (My Front Bumper, and all the trim pieces), so that my Lexus IS350 F Sport can turn heads on the road once again. Initially I asked them to buff out my hood for minor scratches and they said they would, but never did and I had to come back, even though my car was here for 5 days. But 5 stars for a business who aknowledges their mistakes and is willing to correct it. Everyone deserves a second chance especially when they do their best on their work all the time, people are too quick to judge. An enterprise is around the corner for your rental car needs, and the body shop will call for you to get a ride. Would recommend this company 1000 times over.

My Land Rover high mount brake light detached while on the road...due to a poor repair job from a previous auto body shop. I then made an appointment at my Land Rover dealership, and after looking at the damage they told me that they could not fix it. They highly recommended I contact Imperial Auto Body. When I arrived at Imperial they assessed the situation right away...told me exactly what they needed to do and how long it would take.I dropped my car off at 10:30AM for repair and picked it up the same day! My high mount brake light was repaired correctly and in a timely fashion! The staff was friendly, professional and they truly understand the value of great customer service!

Amazing work from Imperial Auto Body in Rockville. They did a great job for me in 2018 when I got rear ended so I knew I had to bring my car back here again when I was involved in another accident. Once again, they did an amazing job and the car looks brand new. Tigran worked on my car in 2018 and again in 2021, Imperial is lucky to have him on the team. After my 2019 Infiniti Q50 was involved in a rear-end collision, I decided that Imperial was going to be my best bet. It was important to me that I took my car to an Infiniti certified shop. Due to the extent of the damages and the back and forth with the insurance, the process took a bit longer than expected. I am so grateful that the staff put up with all my calls and requests for updates. They were forever professional in all their communications and honestly, their work is amazing. My car is as good as new and theres absolutely no evidence of the accident. Ill choose this body shop again and again.

Work was great! But communication with Jason was sub-par at best. 3 times he told me he would call me by the end of the day to give me an update and 3 times I had to call him the next day or 2 days later to get an update. Work took a week longer than he estimated and never called me to tell me why it was taking longer. Again, the body work was great… by the communication was poor!

I’ve been patronizing Imperial for over 10 years for all of my auto body needs. My latest visit did not disappoint. After being involved in a minor front end collision, I decided to do some custom work to my Lexus GX that I had been considering for a while. Not only did Tigron and the Team keep me updated every step of the way, they delivered my vehicle back to me exactly as I wanted it, and fully detailed! My vehicle hasn’t looked this good or been this clean in years. Another job well done Imperial!

I cannot recommend Imperial Auto Body enough! I dropped my car off Tuesday morning and it was ready by Friday afternoon, even with them having to order numerous parts. My bumper had significant damage from hitting a guardrail due to the slippery roads and after Imperial worked on it, you could never tell there was even a scratch on it. When I dropped off my car, the person who checked me in told me what to expect and helped guide me through the process, which was comforting since I had never had to get my car fixed before. I had booked a rental car and the person who helped me at Imperial called Enterprise for me and scheduled someone to pick me up, which was another thing off my plate. A few hours after I dropped my car off, I received a call from Jason with an estimated timeline that they were able to make. He let me ask any questions that I had and told me what to expect when I came to pick up my car. He called me again a few hours before my car was ready and let me know it would be ready for pick up. I picked up my car Friday afternoon and was able to leave my rental with the person who handed me my car keys, which was another convenience that Imperial provided.I am hoping that I will not need to get any work done on my car anytime soon but if I do, I know Ill be taking my car to Imperial.

Imperial did a wonderful job repairing damage from an motor vehicle accident. However, their one failing is a lack of communication. Once I dropped off my vehicle they had it for two days with no communication, I had to call for repair updates over the next several days. The only call I received from them was notification that the repair was complete and the cost of the deductible.

Ive used Imperials service 2x in the past few years & Ive never used worked with a better, more professional body shop. Because they are a pre-approved vendor with USAA, the whole process was very simple. I simply left my vehicle with them and they handled the rest, including calling a rental car to pick me up. They also provided regular status updates, so I knew how the repairs were coming along. Even though the shop is over an hour from my home, the drive is worth it. The high level of their craftsmanship & their superior customer service is literally the best Ive ever seen. They are the only body shop around that I trust!

I was referred to Imperial Autobody by Land Rover N. Bethesda, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. There was a fairly large scratch on the hood of my vehicle, and I was nervous about having it repainted given the car is just 4 months old. After careful consideration and reading the reviews, I decided to have Imperial do the work, and I’m so glad I did. Calbert is a true professional — he was courteous, professional and explained the process in great detail down to their contract with Land Rover, warranty details and the paint selection process. I dropped my car off on Tuesday expecting the job to be done Friday. To my surprise, Calbert called me the next day to let me know the job was complete. The outcome is nothing short of impeccable. I highly recommend Imperial and will be sure to thank the dealership for the excellent referral.

We have been @ this location after 1 minor and 2 major accidents. I will never step here ever again. The 1st time (minor bumper issue) went well. The 2nd time I was here they did a sloppy job the rear view mirror kept coming off every time I hit the break & when I rolled up windows up on the driver side the rubber peace was coming off. The cover b/n the hood and the windshield wiper was missing they forgot to put it back in. The frame of the car wasnt fixed at all. The front head light were not aligned with the body. It look crooked and odd. I went back several times & gave them a chance to correct it and when a 2nd accident happened when I went for the estimate as well as when I dropped off the car I talked to the guy that sits @ the front desk (2x) about what was going on from previous work that they did. He just brushed me off and said yeah yeah we got it. When I came to pick up the car the parts from previous work were never touched at all. I was so disappointed. The only person that stays behind his words is Anthony and its b/c of him I kept going back. I have been there more than 4x trying to get those things taken care of they did some but not all at the end. The other guy even tried to tell me the newer cars have defective glue to hold the rear view mirror thats why it comes off when I hit the break I was like I never had issues with that before they took the front windshield out to fix the car. Finally he agreed its them and nothing to do with the car. OMG!! I was so frustrated with them I gave up with trying to fix the car. Finally I ended up selling the car b/c I couldnt stand looking @ the front side of the car every morning. It gives me goose bumps when I think about this place. I had a really bad experience!

I had a fender bender, came here because they were in network with my insurance, they have good customer service, I dropped my truck on monday and picked it up on friday that same week. I am very pleased with the results, they used original Ford Parts. They can have my business anytime.

Took my car here as unfortunately I was in a car accident during the holiday season and I was referred to Imperial Auto as they were in network with regards to my auto insurance. They got the parts and the job done fast and every step of the way were professional. Would highly recommend them.

Imperial has been my go-to body shop for the last seven years. The repairs I have asked them to do over the years have always been relatively minor dings and scratches to the body/wheels of our vehicles (Mercedes, Land Rover, Audi) - and always paid for with cash (e.g. not through an insurance claim). These guys are GREAT. Fair. Responsive. And, most importantly, when they are done with our cars, they look like I am driving them off the lot. I do not even bother shopping around anymore for a better deal. There are a zillion body shops within a square mile of Imperial - seriously, do not pass go and just go to these guys. Ask for Cal.

I just had a hood on my older Lexus refinished. It is a sapphire pearl paint meaning it requires an undercoat and a finishing coat of different paints. They did a spectacular job, better than I expected for a great price and were very professional. I highly recommend them.

I was in two back to back accidents in January- neither of which were my fault. Out of all the body shops I visited, the Imperial guy who helped me was the most comprehensive and really explained the time frame I was looking at for my cars work. Looking at reviews, I took a chance on Imperial, and Im glad I did! I had to work with two different insurance companies which I let Imperial know about. They were completely fine with it! I dropped off my car and they called me when it was ready to be picked up. No issues what so ever and everything was super transparent! Im very particular when it comes to my reviews, it has to be quite the experience for me to write a good or bad review. This was one of those moments to report the absolute best amazing experience.Nobody wants to deal with an autobody shop unless youre doing custom work for yourself. Typically the reason you find yourself in the shop is because of an accident or something happened that requires repair. I had my car window broken into and materials stolen. Glass was everywhere, the rock they used to break in still in the backseat. My insurance set this place to take and I was hesitant not going through my typical car dealership shop. I picked up my vehicle yesterday 12/2/20 and I had no idea they parked my car outside. All the cars they have outside are shining brightly as if they used a diamond wax substance that is unavailable to the general public. When they gave me my keys and advised my car was out front, I said, I didnt see it out there I hit the car alarm and see my gleaming car. Beyond washed, interior beyond cleaned, looks like they shampooed and deep cleaned every inch of the car. Polished the dashboard, vacuumed the cupholders and hand rest areas. From going through a horrible experience, I nearly broke in tears. I went back inside to thank them for what they did, they have no idea how much this gesture meant to me.Maybe you go in and are handed a hefty estimate for the work theyre going to do. It hurts, you may say to yourself, I can get this done elsewhere cheaper Maybe, but you will not meet the level of care and craftsmanship these people perform. You will be getting the best of the best from this shop. They deserve 5 stars and it seems from all the review prior? Seems like theyre making sure of that. I back this review 100%

Second time I’ve been here. I make the 45 minute drive because of the honesty, service and professionalism I receive. I was recently here getting my front bumper fixed and it was during the Covid 19 outbreak. This is my 4th or 5th time getting work done on my vehicles at Imperial. 2 different Porsches, my drive around car, the strong Subaru twice and our BMW. Just drive by imperial and you will see more luxury cars than most other body shops, reason I initially went there.My insurance company offered me a few shops. As I drove by each one, the sheer amount of luxury vehicles outside Imperial is what made me feel comfortable with leaving them with my Porsche.They did a beautiful job each time.I was very delighted. They even buffed the vehicle all over. Not just the repaired section.Everyone thought I had purchased a new vehicle. Imagine that.My repairs have ranged from broken out windows from a tree, to front end work, to a drunk driver swiping my bumper etc. All different work.I highly recommend Imperial. Awesome experience! My insurance recommended these guys and I am so happy I brought my car here. They were quick, professional, and very helpful! The little things make a huge deal! As soon as I walked through the door, they were a step ahead of me. While signing in, they asked me if I had a rental car. I said yes, and they immediately called them to let them know I was ready for pickup ( I was planning to... they just beat me to it). They explained the process and told me it could take up to a week. They called me in three days. When I went back, I was thoroughly impressed because they had detailed my car as well. It looked amazing! My airbag light had been on (my car had a recall for the sensor) and they fixed that! It was like I had a brand new car! Overall, these guys are fantastic! Such a smooth worry free experience.

I am EXTREMELY critical of an auto body shop when a repair is done to my vehicle. I looked the repairs ( front and rear) over from multiple angles and could not tell that a repair had been done. I can spot repairs quickly since a family member does minor auto body and paint repairs. A+ job on their behalf.

I called and asked to see them for an estimate soon and they gave me an appointment within the hour which was great since another body shop was not willing to even see my car for 2 weeks just for estimate. Carl and his crew did phenomenal work on my Tucson. There was initially some concern over whether or not the job would be done before the holidays, but they ended up finishing a whole day ahead of schedule. Once again I received outstanding, professional service when I need a repair done on my BMW. This was the 2nd time I need minor body work done in the last 18 months. They did a great job the first time, so it was a no brainer to return. Calbert was able to provide a written estimate and schedule me to have the work done right away. He kept me informed thru the entire process and I was very pleased with the result. This was during Covid 19 & they all wore masks and kept 6 feet away. When I went to pick up my car the office was upgraded with the plexiglass partition in front of the receptionist. I appreciate them being open when I needed to have my car repaired and up on all of the Covid 19 protocols. Thanks Calbert!

Yo, Imperial Auto Body is one of the best shops I have ever dealt with! I had a hit and run on my Rav4 so I decided to take my car here. Also, I had a lot going in my life so my car was wild junky! I cleaned up as much I could before I took it to them. It took about a month for my car to be finished, but that was because of the insurance. When finally got my car back, she looked brand new! It was beautifully done. In addition, when I got in my car, my whole car was cleaned and organized. I nearly cried. Best customer service with the best people. Thank you guys again for everything!
