I purchased a new heating and air unit from One Hour 10/13/2011. The first one we had nothing but problems with it, It was a lemon. One Hour did finally make it right, but they where here every month working on it for that first year. After they made it right it was up keep on maintenance. Although the unit did leak water out of the drain valve it still does to this day I put buckets down I included pictures. Today 9/9/2021 my a/c doesn’t get cold so I called them had them come out. I was told it’s low on freon. It’s going to cost $500 to fill it up with Freon $1500 to look for the leak because it’s obviously leaking I brought up my warranty and immediately he starts arguing with me telling me that they installed a unit in March 2011. I got all my paperwork together to showed him it all says 10/13/2011. He would not even look at my paper work and just stood firm saying it was installed in March period. Very Rude rude he wouldn’t even talk to me all I wanted to do is argue I was done my wife can deal with the rest. So now he only installed two gallons it needs three more gallons of Freon. I don’t know why all my paperwork starts the date starts 1013 2011 every paper all the paperwork I have I don’t know if they started that because it was a lemon or if that was the actual date that they did originally install it I don’t know but he wouldn’t listen he wouldn’t look he would nothing. I’ll never do business with this company again. And if I do that guy will never come to my house again

I called one hour air conditioning & heating on Sunday as my AC stopped working. They came out Tuesday very promptly. Called me to confirm and sent a picture of the guy assigned to me. Gabriel was very professional and very good at explaining everything to me. I was so happy I didn’t need to replace my unit. They were able to fix a few things and let me know how to handle the unit freezing over and assured me I could use my ac later today. They will also being doing a follow up tomorrow to ensure all is good and finish testing the unit after it wasn’t frozen anymore. Amazing service and Gabriel was fantastic!!! Would definitely recommend this company and will use again!!

Humberto did a great job!! He got here a few minutes early. He jumped up in the attic really quick. Identified the problem within several minutes. Was transparent on the costs of the labor and the parts and if I wanted a annual plan. He got it all working within an hour. I’m very happy. ONE HOUR installed my new system and has done the routine maintenance twice a year since then. They are always on time, clean, and knowledgeable, and perform whatever needs to be done. All of the Techs that have been out to my house are nice guys, too. They are ready to answer my questions and I appreciate the service, and their courteous and helpful attitudes. Malik, in particular was a nice young man and did an outstanding job!

The first technician that came out at no fault of his own the motor that was installed went bad immediately! However, Humberto came out within 12 hours the next day exchanged out the motor did a fantastic job above and beyond did an amazing cleaning of the unit and was very professional and extremely customer service oriented! I called for service and at first they said theyd come Wednesday. They called later with an appointment a day earlier. The technician, Son, was on time, friendly and professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything as he did it and did not seem to be bothered by my questions. Great service and the unit is working well now!

Service staff always does a great job. They do not stick to their call back schedules. I was due for April air conditioning service and it happened today, August 17, 2021 This happens all the time. I tried to get April and October service and they showed up to day 8 17/21. They need to improve their service.

Our ac went out. Not only did they get to us two days before expected, also got to us on the same day just a few hours after I called. Kix explained everything to us. Very competitive pricing. Very affordable. He had our ac within an hour of arriving. It’s been very hot. Over 100 most days. Very pleased to have ac back and running. Very professional and polite. I have zero negative things to say. A job well done.

I gave this company a 5 star review at first because the technician that came out, Josh, was super friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. He came out to service our 2 ac units and spent a lot of time working with them and also checking out our duct system to see if they can clean it. He advised me that they couldn’t clean the duct system because it’s a old system and they’re machines would possibly break the ducting. Then he advised us to replace our compressor which we took him up on (unfortunately). He said it would help the system not overheat.......2 weeks later, our systems not working at all. I called so they could come out to check on it but they can’t do so for a week. They say that I’m on the priority list, but I’m weary about that. The 2 stars is because the technician was pleasant. The minus 3 stars is because the company seems untrustworthy. Looking over my emails, I looked at the receipt and realized it was only for the maintenance and not the compressor replacement. I asked for that receipt so we’ll see if they don’t send it. We do have our credit card statement to verify that it was done though so hoping they comply. I will update this review later.Update: I changed it from 2 to 4 stars because they called me and sent a technician to fix our 2 days after I had called and he fixed the issue. Minus 1 star due to even having an issue after they had serviced it. But they did what needed to be done to gain my trust back.

Our AC stopped in the middle of the night during excessive heat of 108+ temperatures for four days in a row. We called One Hour on a Monday and were scheduled for the first opening the next day. Kix was prompt, professional, and very pleasant. He checked our furnace filter and thermostat before going to the condenser. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a burned out capacitor and explained how it functions and why we got no cooling. He then brought in a price catalog to show us the replacement and prices. He installed a new capacitor, adjusted our thermostat, and we had cool air within moments. He explained the Comfort plan, and we agreed to it. He was efficient and helpful. We also appreciated getting a confirmation call after scheduling, and that Kix called to tell us he was on the way. The customer service personnel were also helpful.

They have a friendly service, however todays experience was not the best. They found a problem with one spare part with the air conditioning system and without asking me in advance and providing me a budget, they proceed to replace it.

I called because my a/c wasnt blowing cold air. I explain on the phone that a previous tech had recharged the freon back in October when I bought my home. Juston shows up for 5 minutes, doesnt even enter my house and says he needs to charge $1000 to inject dye into my system. Pretty sure he was lying, or this should have been mentioned before scheduling an appointment. $90 for literally nothing deserves this 1 star review as well as the report I am sending to the better business bureau tomorrow.

While that would normally be fine, my AC had gone out, and we were in an over 100 degrees (several days) heatwave.I recd an email prior to the techs arrival, with his name and picture.When Gabriel arrived he was very professional and very personable. He DID NOT come in smelling like smoke & sweat, which is an issue for me.He explained the problem, gave me options on what could be done, and allowed me to use a coupon from the website.I was very pleased with the service from the tech and with the pleasant clerical staff who answered the phone & made the appt.Will definitely recommend One Hour and will use again if necessary.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!Writing this on behalf of my retired disabled parents whose home was almost burned down my this companies incompetent negligence. My parents had a seasonal service agreement and a tech was sent out to perform a scheduled maintenance. Within just a few minutes of being in the home the service tech caused a short circuit in the heater, resulting in fire which burned up the front of the unit into the ceiling. The tech was unprepared for this and stood there while the fire raged, causing my physically disabled father to use an old fire extinguisher to put out the flames himself. This caused massive damage to the home, injured the technician and put both my parents lives at risk. I arrived shortly after the fire department left and met with the techs supervisor. He promised everything would be taken care of, and a day later they refused to do anything. My parents had to file a claim with their homeowners insurance and pay out of pocket to cover the damages. To this day the manager refuses to return my parents phone calls just to request they cover the insurance deductible.

Although, I had another appointment with different HVAC competitor. Well....I decided to go with 24 hour heating and air, the price offered for a brand new system I thought it was a steal of a price, which was right for me.Thanks to humbertos professional comfortable manner he make me feel good about my decision AND nor like a ;bought a car! Our A/C stopped working so we called One Hour to come out the next day to fix it. A little while after that we started smelling smoke from the system, so we called them back and they were able to send someone out within an hour. Gabriel was professional, quick, efficient, friendly, clean, on-Time and timely. I was disappointed that they can’t work on the economizer by Beutler. I don’t think it’s set up correctly and I still don’t know how to control the damper for the economizer of the HVAC system. The damper does open sometimes and cuts off the fan-air-unit.

As a new homeowner, I may have gotten a coupon 2.5 years ago forair conditioning. I have them check heating and air conditioning at the appropriate times of the year. When my heater fail, they were great and did a temporary fix ( so I am warm and cozy) on the pressure gauge until the part comes in from the manufacturer. I recommend this company!

Business gave me 3 flat numbers as quotes to replace my aging HVAC unit. Business refused to break down quote and tried to sell me financing. The unit costs $2,000-$4,000 online and I wanted to see the percentage of labor, permit, disposal etc. They did not provide me with this, but offered me financing with interest for the flat fee. This is a loan disguised as home repair. I was charged a service fee on top of all this for no service completed and no viable quote.

Weve checked out a few other companies and in terms of the most important things when buying an HVAC, One Hour Air and Junior hit the points.Price - The price was lower than other quotes weve receivedWarranty (Parts + Labor are the most important parts of a warranty, bad companies will offer you bad parts and labor and labor is the most expensive cost, so even if you have to warranty parts, youll be on the hook for the labor) - The warranty was significantly better than other quotes weve received, even from 5 star reviewed companiesSystem Inspection (Any time you get a new system, the person doing it should be performing some sort of heat load calculation (even if its an estimate) to ensure that your unit is the right size and the ducting you have is the right size for the unit) - Junior did this and recommended a slight upgrade in our system size due to our house size.Courtesy - Very courteous, wore booties inside the house (thank you), and did an awesome job explaining his recommendations.Thanks!

I highly recommend this company. Andrew and Juston did an excellent job installing our new heater and AC systems. They followed COVID rules wearing masks and distancing. Our heater broke two days before Thanksgiving. They were able to come out the day before Thanksgiving to do the install. Great response. Thanks again guys.
