I can’t speak highly enough about my experience at this T-Mobile!Faith and Jason were so kind and helpful, holding my hand through the entire experience and making it as painless and stress free as it could possibly be.Jason even allowed me to unbox my own phone to have the true, total ‘new phone’ experience!He personally drove out to another location to pick up one of the phones that his location didn’t currently have so that me and my BF wouldn’t have to wait on one to be shipped to us!They walked us through all the plans, helped us pick the right one that would fit our current needs, and gave us every available discount to help with the up-front costs; all very above and beyond behaviors in my opinion.Me and my partner are definitely grateful and I will regularly be recommending this T-Mobile to friends and family from here on in.Thank you, again Faith and Jason!

Impressed with the great customer service from Danielle and the trainee Lindsey, so much knowledge and insight : Danielle was so nice and very funny love her honesty. Also Im not that tech friendly & Danni was so helpful & patient with me. Being a Senior Citizen its nice to see a T-Mobile have such a kind & understanding employee. I feel good knowing that I can go back there if I need anymore help.

First of all, if you need help they are the best! After what can only be explained as an emotional and embarrassing attempt (3 attempts actually) to get a local Sprint location (who is now T-mobile) to help me I had no idea where to turn. I decided to just try and see what could happen. The mobile experts here, are really experts. Above all else they were problem solvers and amazingly kind.

Danielle and Marissa were great . Love the customer service. Hope the service is just as great came over from another carrier after 20 yrs. Looking forward to the best tmobile experience.

Nice clean store and the crew is attentive.

The manager at this store needs to be removed immediately. I came in to apply for carrier freedom and there were some issues regarding requirments. So I was instructed to call the corporate number to ask more questions. When the guy on the phone asked to speak to the store worker, I handed the phone to the manager. She told me I dont want to talk to him since she doesnt know anything about the problem. (She the manager was involved with the process long before). She even had the ordasity to complain about us walking on the mat in front of the entrance door! The original manager was a great guy and was promoted out of state, his replacement is unsuited to be dealing with customers and needs to be replaced with the lower level employees who are far more friendly and approachable. Even the representatives working on the phone are more friendly.
