I bought 2 sets of tires from these guys and I had them put one set on a brand new set of rims.I asked him to please be cautious as to not scratch the paint and he replied they are not responsible for that.Even on their own rims.They did not scratch however they left them a complete mess didnt even wipe them down. Maybe if I spend 2k they will?

This is a great discount tire store! The service is fanominal! We had a flat tire in Rockford at 4:45 on a Friday night and put the spare on and got to Discount Tire. They fixed the flat tire, put it on the vehicle, put the spare and jack away. They brought the fob in, handed it to me and said youre all set. I asked where do I pay and they told me no charge. I almost couldnt believe it. He said blow out repair is free of charge. What a great place with excellent customer service. You just dont see service like this much now days. I highly recommend them for all your tire needs.

I got here 2 hours ago to get 1 tire changed. I’m still waiting for them to finish changing 1 tire. 1 TIRE!!!!!!!!Also be very careful with Antonio! He is a crook! He tried charging me $255 when over the phone I was told that it would be $208.39. Turns out he added the extended warranty without even asking me if I wanted it. He assumed that I had just gotten there and added that extra charge.So remember if you get tired here, be careful with ANTONIO! Make sure they break down all the charges for you before you buy so you can decide if you want it or not.Good Prices on tires though.

Brought my vehicle in around 10:30 am to get two tires replaced. I was thinking it would be done around 1:30 to 1:45. I came back a little after 1:45 to find that not only wasnt it done, but they hadnt even started. After sitting outside the store for about twenty minutes, I received a call telling me it would be about 45 minutes before they got to it. About fifteen minutes later, I watched a couple employees pull a pair of vehicles into the service area that I had seen arrive while I was sitting here. Never coming here again.

They were friendly and professional. When my husband called they told him they werent busy. By the time we got there business had exploded. Nevertheless staff was helpful and was able to schedule us within our needed time frame. They werent pushy. Instead they happily filled our request. We got the tires we wanted at the price quoted. They also include free tire rotation available at any of their stores when the time comes. Thank you to the staff of Discount Tires.

Spencer should get a raise! We had Discount Tire install tires on a summer set of wheels. Our rep Spencer did an absolutely fantastic job getting everything done from the check in, to letting us know about their winter wheel storage, to getting me a refund of the disposal fee that is automatically charged to your online purchases. This location was very thoughtful concerning making sure people are safe during these weird times. This is also on top of their excellent service when it comes to having an issue with a tire where a claim on a warranty is required. Ask a simple question. 3not only didnt get an answer, but an immediate up sell. I have taken my business elsewhere. Not only lose the up sell, but also any sell at all.

I want to thank Discount Tire for their several kindnesses. Even if the tire didnt come from them. So far our family of 4 has each been helped even at NO COST because thats something that the management and culture at Discount Tire encourage.We are buying all our tires there now and not that everything is perfect nor that times are always on time but running a business has those kind of hiccups now and then, you know the computer said the tires are on the truck and then when the truck comes in they are not. That stuff happens and it was nothing that the store here could control.But when I had a travel emergency around a tire?, They installed a used one FREE until the new ones came in.Thats the stuff that counts, taking care of people.

I take it in for them to rotate and balance when Im told as to the milage at no charge when you buy the tires as part of the maintenance and they always give the greatest service. Went there looking for Gorilla lug nuts, clerk ( David, maybe?) lied and told me they went out of business and were purchased by West Coast, which they were not but he had in stock. I value honesty above all, and have no problem with I dont know, and we dont have them. I will never return, and recommend you enter with all the research you will need before you do. Beware.

Gotten several set of tires here threw out my driving life. Ive never had any issues with the customer service or tires. Usually in and out withing 40-45 mins or so with appointments.

Dave was my sales guy and he was very nice and helpful. After they got done with my tires my little lugnut caps fell back off and Dave came right out and fixed them. He went far out and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. I would really recommended thus place.

I have been pleasantly surprised and so thankful for their wonderful customer service. I purchased tires a little over a year ago which was a very easy process. I was in and out in no time, and they started my appointment right on time! Since then I ran over two screws and they repaired the tire quickly the same day. And just the other day we were on our way out of town and I wanted to make sure the tire pressure was good, and I was happy to find out they have a special lane just for checking tire pressure!!! I pulled in, they checked and filled all my tires and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes.

These guy took care of me immediately. I had a blown out tire, they got me in and replaced it with a brand new tire. I did have the warranty on the tire which made it come in at no charge.

Best place to get a tire repaired fast. All other places had 4-5 day wait. I knew they would help right away...it was silly of ne to even call around.

Good place to go. They actually fixed a minor problem w my tire for free. I didnt even buy the tire from them. Also..check your tire pressure and inflate properly....no charge. They get it. Build up trust so u go to them when you need new tires...without no guarantee you will.

I needed one tire a nail went up the side wall of my tire. They ordered a new tire and it came in the next day. The service was good. The warranty isnt what it was a couple years ago but still better than none.

Hate hate hate this place!!! I purchased 4 tires and it was a 2 hour wait! Fine. 3 hours later they tell me they sold me tires they didnt have!

I went their to rotate and balance tires, and fix an air leak. Service was quick, and when I went to pay they didnt charge me. I dont know if those things are free because I bought tires from them before on a different car. Wither way, very pleased with the service and qickness.

I always get my tires at discount tires, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Their prices are Fair, but be prepared to wait. I had an 11:15 appt, didnt get my car in until 12:00.

This was the 3rd set of tires I have bought from this store and always got great service. They always have what I want in stock and their prices are competitive with Costco and Farm & Fleet.

I bought some tires online and made an appointment for Saturday morning to have them installed. Upon arriving for my appointment I was informed that the truck broke down that was delivering my tires. Nobody bothered to call me to inform me that my tires were not there and would not be there until possibly Monday? This is a BIG FAILURE by the management of this store!!!!!! They couldnt take 2 seconds to call me and let me know about this??? I will be contacting the District Manager and the home office concerning this matter as it is totally unacceptable. The lack of communication by management and their staff will be the loss of this customer. I may be only one person but other people will read this here and word of mouth will not help either. Very upset to the point of getting a refund and taking my business elsewhere.

They did not put my tire pressure sensor back on my car after I purchased four tires. Before leaving I inquired about why the sensor wasnt registering at which point the manager Jeff brushed it off saying that it would take up to 24 hours for it to reset. The next day I had to take my car back because more than 24 hours later it still didnt register. After 5 techs looked at the tire they finally realized that the prior day the service tech had forgotten to put the sensor back on and left it on the computer. There were no apologies and everyone brushed it off as if it were a common problem.

Went in with a bolt in my tire, had to replace tire. They didnt have the tires I wanted as all 4 were just a couple thousand miles from being legally bald. They offered to put the spare on even though at that time I was not buying any tires. I called back later after selecting the tires I wanted, ordered Friday, arrived and installed Monday. There was an issue i found after getting home after the install. Called back, they said bring it in so we can look at it and address the issue. Very friendly, professional, and apologetic especially after finding out they couldnt fix it that day but had to come back next day. They offered many options to minimize any inconvenience to me. Came back the next day and had the issue resolved in about an hour. We are all human and people make mistakes. I was quite upset by all of this but its important to remember we all make mistakes. They were quick to find a solution to resolve it quickly and professionally. My wife and I have only used Discount tire sense we have been driving and will continue to do so in the future. I have always had good service and the one issue I had was resolved quickly with no issues. Will continue to be a customer whenever I have tire needs.

Kegan and Chuck were both incredibly polite and respectful, I was taken care of, as a walk in almost immediately. Total service took 45 minutes... Very impressed, both men are great guys. Will definitely be coming back.

They wanted to sell me censors when mine had warranty and i showed them the receipt, it is not my fault they did not disclose this information when they installed my rims and tires last year and even the receipt said it had warranty. I am not throwing hate but they did a bad service my last visit very disappointing

I have had good experiences every time I have been here. This experience was no different. Ended up with a defective tire after getting 4 brand new General tires (no fault of Discount Tire). Stopped in, explained my concerns, & the manager set up an appointment to fix the problem. They exceeded my expectations in fixing things. They understand the philosophy that if you keep a customer happy, youll keep a customer for life.
