At first this was seemingly a wonderful place to buy a car, very decent people in the front office, helpful and nice. After continuing a car loan for just 30 days my vehicle was back in their place for service. I was told that the belt needed fixed, they replaced it and sent me on my way. Fast forward another month, I was driving in the vehicle with my baby and the belt snapped off again, almost causing me an accident. I then returned it to them after only having the car for two months, and they expressed that they found an oil leak which was causing the belt to pop off. They told me they fixed it. Forward a couple more months I hear the same ticking noise, and naturally I assume there’s a oil leak still, because it’s the same exact noise I’ve always heard. I took it to the shop, they proceeded to tell me that my car was completely out of oil, and it needed an oil change. I then let him know that that was impossible, unless there was an oil leak, because I just had an oil change one week prior. He proceeded to continue to ask me questions that I did not know the answers to regarding the oil problem. Accused me of putting a different size tire on the vehicle then was supposed to be there, when I’ve never changed the tires on the vehicle at all, so whatever tires are there are the ones he sold me on the car. At the end of the day they patched a small oil leak, when really there’s a massive oil leak in a vehicle that I have to pay on every month, I am a traveling nurse, and I can’t even drive my own vehicle for long distances. Instead I have to spend extra money to rent vehicles on top of making a car payment! When I try to be brave and expressed to the man that there is an oil leak in the vehicle, and I would really appreciate it if they would truly fix the entire oil leak, as it’s just getting worse, and has been getting worse since I bought the car. Because I’m at a breaking point of frustration, his only resolution was that they will not look at my car for free anymore. I was never disrespectful, I just expressed that I would rather not have free work on the car, if it’s really not if it’s really not going to repair the problem. I feel like they’re in the business of keeping the car running until you’re done making payments!!!!!💯

I got a vehicle from them before. And if they had a truck, that I might interested in. And it looked gone. I would definitely think about getting a vehicle from them again.

To begin with I LOVE MY TRUCK!!! besides that I have a not so good credit history. They didnt make me feel bad about that and the process was easy and fast. They really work with you to help out. Since then I have had a few issues with my truck, mostly just natural wear and tear but I have brought it to their mechanic and he has fixed everything very quick and efficiently. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
