So I went here to see if they had an amp for my bass guitar. They didnt because theyre not a music store, but everyone there was so nice and helpful. The Assistant Manager Lito was so nice and patient with me. he even went to the store manager, Tiffany, who was also so patient and kind to me. I didnt get an amp but I got a small home theater system for an excellent price and payment schedule. I didnt need one but I wanted to get something because everyone was so nice and helpful. Id give them 6 stars if I could and Ill definitely be going back to Rock Island in the future. Fantastic job.

We where helped by Katie, she provided excellent customer service. She was able to get me the fridge I really wanted and it was delivered the same day! I could have asked to work with anyone better.
