Pick out the fabric (pattern, color, and quality), pick out the cushion style, location of the ties, and the exact size you need. What could be better? Plus, their pricing is very reasonable. But even more important, the resulting cushion(s) are the best Ive seen anywhere. They are firmly stuffed and nice and thick, so siting or laying on them is so very comfortable. Nothing is missing from this experience of purchasing replacement cushions from Cushion Connection. I am now anxiously waiting for the delivery of cushions for my chase lounges. I had a great experience with cushion connection.First I ordered the free samples they offer which is always great with custom anything.They arrived in about 5 days.The lead time was 4-6 weeks and the cushions arrived closer to the 4 week timeline.They were perfect. The cushions are an odd size that is impossible to find in the stores.The foam is the perfect density. They are firm enough to not pancake out, but soft enough to be comfortable.I just ordered a second set for another set of chairs. I had ordered some others for these chairs from another company and they were a joke for the same price.They looked fluffy, but COMPLETELY bottomed out when you sat on them, and the material was slippery and felt like you would sweat a lot sitting in them on a hot day. Cushion connections are soft and comfortable.Melissa in customer service is also great!Prompt friendly response.

We are extremely happy with our new cushions. They are thicker and better quality than the old cushions. Our order was delayed because the blue & white striped Sunbrella fabric was on back order and Melissa, the Customer Service Rep, went to extreme lengths to find an alternate fabric for us, providing sample swatches and sticking with us through the decision process. Then she discovered that the original fabric had come in and rushed our order through the production process. We received our new cushions 10 days after the fabric became available! Amazing! I love my cushions!! I ordered new cushions for my screened porch sofa and rocking chairs. They are gorgeous!!!! I ordered a striped pattern for the sofa and a coordinated solid for the rockers. I ordered a folding chair cushion and ottoman cushion, total price less than half what custom cushions would have been, yet I got the exact fabric I wanted. Very nicely done cushions, very thick and comfortable, well made, Im very satisfied. It took a day less than a month from the time of my order to its arrival at my door. A little slower than I expected, but no problem, and the quality and price make up for it.

I would rate the cushions we bought from them 0 stars if I could. They are not water resistant by any measure. These cushions absorb and hold water for days after rain. Also, there are no zippers, so it would be impossible to ever wash the covers. You cant return them because they are made to order. I threw them away one week after we got them

We ordered a chaise cushion in May. It arrived within the 4-6 weeks that they had said that it would and was well packaged. It was the correct size and fabric, etc., but when I inspected it, it was clear that one layer of the cushion material on the bottom half of the seat section had been cut too narrowly, making the edges cave in and one of the corners was sagging with extra material. I would expect this of a Lowes/Home Depot cushion, but not one that I had paid $180 for. The really disappointing part is that I have been trying for 2 weeks to get someone in customer service to call me back about it, and I cant get them to respond at all. Truly disappointing. Do not order cushions from this company!**Update: 6/28/17 I was finally contacted by Cushion Connection. After sending them pictures of the cushions problem areas, they are sending me an entirely new cushion at no expense to me, which is more than fair in my opinion. So Im upgrading them to 3 stars from 1. While Im happy with the resolution, I am disappointed that the original cushion wasnt made properly and that I had so much trouble contacting them.

Product was received within a reasonable time and size and fabric were as ordered. However, because the company did not answer my emails when I had questions about shipping and also because the workmanship on this cushion is very sloppy, I would not recommend or order from this company again.
