Joel is awesome! What a pro at servicing and installing our new Husqvarna Automower! First, Joel expertly installed our mower boundary wire earlier this year. Now a local irrigation company damaged the mower lines and could not fix their mess. Joel to the rescue with another professional, polite and prompt trip to my home. Purchased a robotic mower from 360 Supply and the unit was delivered on 8-10-2021. I have had all sorts of problems and contacting the rep with multiple issues within a week of receiving. I had to call my rep over 3 times for problems with the mower. I am now trying to return the item and I am getting the run around. I was told I have seven days to return product after receiving it which I’m sure is a bold face lie. I have owned the piece of garbage for less than 30 days.

I have never been to a gravel/mulch yard with such courteous customer service! I walked in and was very comfortable with the gentleman that helped me. He was very informative without being overbearing. As a woman it can be difficult to get good customer service at these kinds of businesses but that was not the case here! The part I loved most was that they deliver any size order without having to buy an entire truckload! It’s amazing how hard it is to find someone to do that!

Joel installed my Husqvarna Robotic Mower today, 430XH, and its amazing! He programmed it and paired it with my phone so that I can check the charge status, see where its at on the map, turn the headlights on and off, or tell it to go part at the docking station. Unprofessional, Dishonest and poor workmanship!I invested roughly $9,000 on a landscape job invoiced on 4/19/18 done by 360 landscaping. The trees selected and planted by 360 were not the right trees for the yard environment, this was told to me by 360 landscaping recently. The original install was not correct, 3 days later a crew needed to move the trees. I was told a drain was needed to keep the water away from the trees, after the trees were installed the drain was not installed, the project manager said he didn’t feel it was needed so he just threw in an extra tree. A year after the original install the drain needed to be installed to help save the trees because they were all dying. The project manager lied to me telling me he was the owner of the company when I tried to escalate concerns over the trees and overall job quality 3 months after install. The business tactic that was used as soon as trees started to die was to just wait and see what happens in a few months. I was promised multiple times that the project manager would make it right.I attempted to work this out with the project manager, he is no longer with the company. I tried to work it out with the previous owner, he is no longer with the company. It tried to work this out with the current owner. He showed up with a crew member and said it was a poor job and he and his teams are cleaning up a lot of poor jobs done by the previous project manager. He sent over his landscaping expert on site, who told me the trees are not the correct trees for the yard because they were planted in the yards water swell. They never had a chance to survive because they were not the correct trees in the yard environment. I know I will be told that 360 went “above and beyond” trying to help me by replacing trees after the warranty, replacing trees with smaller poor health replacements. A warranty that was never disclosed or communicated in any way. I will be told that because I did or did not have irrigation the trees died. I was instructed by the previous project manager that I should install irrigation after a year of trees dying. I have over 100 text messages between the project manager and I calling out issues and missed scheduled meetings.BUYER BEWARE! This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and in my experience incapable of delivering a professional job.This was a failed job on the part of 360 Landscaping. The recommended and planted trees “never had a chance to survive” due to the yard environment. The trees were selected by 360 and planted by 360. I do not have what I paid for. I do not have what was agreed upon. Expectations have never been met on this job.

We were looking for some big rocks to put on our lot and went to 360 Supply. Sean showed us some that were out of the way behind other bigger items. He went through extra effort to dig out the rocks and we came back in to choose the ones we wanted. His precision on the loader was helpful as well as impressive. We recognize added effort along with a pleasant attitude when we see it and appreciate the great customer service. It was our first time there and we will definitely be coming back.

Had a delivery of dirt scheduled for today… Driver did not want to put it where I needed it and I understood that if he was not comfortable doing that.... but unfortunately I needed it where I need it, he was comparing my yard to the yard next-door and the yard next-door is completely different than mine.... with that being said I had to cancel the order as it was not going to do me any good where he wanted to leave it. Call to make sure my credit card was going to be credited and the person on the phone told me that they will put a note by my name saying that they will never deliver here again... ?? I was not rude at all! Unfortunate for them I’m doing a lot of work and possibly would have use them again, if needed! I will call other companies and get a delivery and I’m sure they will be happy to take my money I’m just letting people know my experience! If we were rude to them maybe I would understand it a little bit more but that was not the case at all! No stars is more accurate! Unprofessional !

He was quick to contact me, installation was seamless, and when I accidently cut a wire he came out as soon as he was available to fix it. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and caring - even to make certain my dog did not escape the yard while he was working. So I called up there and initially I spoke to a very helpful girl that I gave my bed dimensions too. She told me that I needed 2.5 tons of river rocks to fill up my bed. I ended up going with 2 tons and schedule it for same day delivery. They told me 2 pm would be delivery. The delivery never showed. Called several times and they kept pushing my delivery back. I ended up having to reschedule. The morning it was suppose to be delivered they told me that they would call me between 930 and 1000. No phone call. I ended up calling and the delivery driver said that I was on the schedule for 1 pm. I told him that I was told in the morning. He apologized and showed up 30 min later. I filled my bed and well I bought almost a ton more than needed. I called the place and of course they made me feel like the idiot for buying too much when I ordered that much based off their advise. I’m stuck with a ton of rocks more in my driveway and no where to move them to.Update: I’m updated my review from 2 to 4. The owner actually called. Although I didn’t want anything to change my opinion about the company... he offered. I offered an explanation for the delivery being pushed back and the lack of customer service from one of his workers. I was thoroughly surprised he called me and it was very refreshing to hear the owner of a business care about their reputation and want to know how to improve customer service. Thank you.

The office personnel were helpful and polite. When the 5 tons of rock arrived for my driveway, however, the driver said all his truck did was dump. He couldnt help by moving forward as he dumped. I was left with 5 tons to move by hand just to get my truck out. Helpful office people dont cut it if the delivery driver is sadistic. He was still smiling as he pulled away. Ive had much better luck with Chitwood Landscaping.He did in fact drive forward about 5 feet as he dumped, otherwise half the rock would have ended in the ditch. So dont try to tell me he could not have done better. Its 4 pm and 90 degrees outside, Im still moving rock, Im 61 years old, and I have to drive to Asheville tonight. That should leave your whole office smiling.

This was my first time having any type of landscape material delivered here in Rock Hill. My neighbor referred me to 360 Supply, as he had had a good experience having the same product delivered last year.The purchase and delivery date were quickly taken care of over the phone by a very friendly and helpful employee.On the day of delivery the driver called to verify I still needed the delivery and was ready to receive it. This is a nice touch, as I was about to call to request a more specific time as some work obligations had popped up.The driver arrived within an hour of his initial phone call and deposited my top soil exactly where I wanted it without any over spill or damage to anything in the yard or driveway. He was just and friendly and professional as the person who took my order.Looking at the pile I would judge that I got the full 8 yards that I ordered.The price and delivery fees were fair and the soil looks great.I would use 360 Supply again and I would recommend them to others.

Been buying 1/2 yard of garden soil (top soil mix) at a time for years from them. Generally get great price (much cheaper than by the bag) and the soil has been perfect for my raised beds. Wish trucking were less expensive so I could get several yards at one time. At least you can see before you buy.

Decided to try 360 supply because my regular supplier was out of topsoil. First trip was fine. I ordered 4 yards of topsoil and got 4 scoops. Second trip was not good. I ordered 5 yards and only got 4 scoops. We were yold by the manager that the bucket was larger than a yard because the yard bucket was broken. Problem was that the customer ahead of me ordered 1.5 yards and got 1.5 scoops. Not the way to get repeat customers.

They were excellent. I went in to buy a chainsaw, they made sure it was functioning before I walked out the door, found a bad spark plug, and replaced it for free. Quality service!

If they were to put some gravel down on the path around the lot. It would make it a lot better. Its a mud pit after it rains.

I started 360 Supply due to the lack of easily accesable supply yards in the Rock Hill Area. It seemed that everytime I needed mulch, rock, dirt, or sand, the local places were closed and didnt seem to have efficient opperating hours. We strive to put customers first and carry products that are in demand. We also have long leaf pinestraw / pine needles on hand. Great supplier for homeowners and contractors.
