The entire staff has been very helpful and understanding. The house I bought came with an above ground pool and no knowledge of what to do or what was needed. At no time have the tried to sell me anything that I didnt need. They have taken the time to look up the type of pump I have and explain things in a way that I can understand!! Great job and very professional!!

Imperial pools always goes above and beyond. I had a pool issue with my chemicals. It was a friday night and needed help as I had swimmers coming. Other pool companies said open till 6, but would not test water. They not only tested water till 6 they offered to stay for me. They always remember me and give A+ customer service. I will always use them. Everytime I try to use someone else i am dissappointed.

Started off fine when we were trying to get our pool water balanced but a more complicated job with our pump led to poor advice and even poorer work that cost us more to get another company to fix.

Truly a special group of people at both stores. I live about half way in between the two stores so i flip a coin and head in the appropriate direction because you cant go wrong with either store! I cant speak enough of their knowledge and customer service, just an awesome shopping experience!

I go to Imperial Pool for all my pool water testing and chemical purchasing. Prices are fair and they arent always trying to up-sell or push unnecessary product. The staff members that go over the water test results are the best. Very knowledgeable! If you order parts, be sure to follow-up if you dont hear back. They are a very busy store and custom part orders seem to be forgotten.

Experience matters. Lots of new pool stores and contractors popping up in the area. What makes Imperial different is their experience through the years. They have fair pricing, offer exceptional customer service and are honest with you. And that goes a long way. We have dabbled with other pool service contractors in the area but are always let down. So incredibly helpful when we first got our hot tub. They explained everything we would need for maintaining it and answered all of questions.

The prior owners of our home used Imperial. They started off on the wrong foot, but took ownership and fixed the issue. Their service over the past five months has been consistent. I have no idea what his name is, but the guy with the blonde hair that drives the van has been doing a great job.

Great store with knowledgeable staff and free water testing. I just purchased a new home with a pool and hot tub with no previous experience, and they answered my questions for over an hour and helped talk me through everything I needed to do to take care of the pool. I will definitely be coming back again.

Weve been using Imperial for about 6 months. Their pool service techs are nice and seem knowledgable, but customer service and response from Chris at the store is HORRIBLE. Dont leave a message, as they wont return phone calls. They dont send someone out when they say they will, and wont call you with a reason why. They had my cleaner for nearly 4 months before it was returned, a day later it broke again. Said they would send someone out Monday to look at it and to diagnose why the pool pilot was not generating chlorine. Nobody came. Nobody called. Now, two days later, I have a huge algae bloom because there is no chlorine along with a lot of fine silt at the bottom of my pool. I cannot wait to fire them tomorrow morning! Use them if you must for the free water test in the store, then buy your chemicals elsewhere. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IMPERIAL POOL & SPA TO ANYONE.

I have learned so much from imperial pools! I bought a house with a pool and literally knew nothing about the upkeep. The owner and staff always offer a warm welcome and know exactly who i am when i walk in. Very impressed with everyones knowledge and plain love for pools! highly recommend- every time!

Such helpful staff! Tried two other pool places and couldnt get my pool clear. Went here once and the pool was clean in 2 days! They have been around for what seems like forever, but thats because they know their stuff!!

What an excellent staff! I have had a pool for over 20 years and I decided to give Imperial a chance this year. My pool has never been better. While the prices maybe a little more for their products, you can definitely tell the difference between Bioguard and that Clorox junk from Walmart. I definitely recommend Imperial Pools! This place is a ripoff. They sold me over $200 in chemicals in a 2 week period that i didnt need. Which csused more problems. Could not get in pool for those 2 weeks. Called on another company that told me way too much chemicals. I had to drain the pool and start over. Only need 3 chemicals that arr far less expensive. Will not go there again
