Went into this store on Friday 11/5/21 around 12:00pm to place a catering order for 10 people for the following day 11/6/21. The heavy girl with the short hair who was behind the counter, had extremely rude customer service skills. She was extremely short with her answers and was not helpful at all. I asked to see a catering menu. She walked over to where it was supposed to be. She then said, with an attitude, that she had to go into the back to get it. I did not wait for her to come out with the menu. I will not support or give my hard earned money to any company who treats their customers so disrespectfully. Do not let this person wait on you. Shes awful. I then went to the Dixie Pig and placed my order, where I was treated with excellent customer service.

HomeyBaked Ham always has delicious food. I will come here to eat in the cafe throughout the year. Love the Tavernclub sandwich.

Although it can be a bit pricey I love their ham. Nice for special occasions.

I ordered a 12 lb ham online and when i tried to pick it up toi day was told they gave it to someone else and i could have a 7 lb ham. talked with Joe (manager) and he said all hams were smaller this year. dont offer a product you cant produce. I did get a 9 lb ham after voicing my displeasure. i will not make this mistake again.

I ordered and paid over $70 for a half bone in ham for Thanksgiving. My fiance picked it up yesterday. I opened it today to heat up and its a boneless ham...less expensive than what I paid for.

The ham here is absolutely delicious! My oldest son regularly refuses to eat meat but regularly requests ham from here! The sandwiches are tasty and very filling! The chicken salad is the best Ive ever had! The desserts, especially the pecan pie are so good! The restaurant is always clean and the staff is awesome and friendly! Highly recommend!

We use this location for box lunches. Staff loves them and with all the cv19 stuff it makes more sense. Great service.

A little hard to see from the street but well worth looking for. Restaurant is always clean and neat and the staff always has a friendly greeting. Nice selection of turkey and ham products along with side dishes and soda drinks. Reasonably priced with nice size servings.

If you like sandwiches but prefer a big slice of meat to the thin deli meat in sub shops then this place is for you!They have a variety of sandwiches and have a very flavorful honey based sauce that you wont find other places.The service is good here.They have tables - no booths - with padded chairs. The restaurant is fairly small, but Ive never had to wait for a table.You order at the counter, and then the food is brought out to you at your table.They have two restrooms that each are for one person.You get your own tea or soft drinks - unlimited refills.

Purchased a 3.5lb boneless ham for Christmas dinner. It was delicious and all meat👍 They have plenty of help for the holidays. Look for coupons as they are expensive.

Went in and picked up a pound of ham, two sides, and rolls. $45. Took it home, heated it all up in the oven per their instructions. The ham is good, the rolls are decent. Their sides made me want to stop my meal. Au Gratin potatoes came out like a soup, the soup was full of little granules that seemed to be instant potatoes. There were about 10 slices of potatoes in the puree and their texture makes me think they are reconstituted instant as well. The Mac and cheese was basically noodles in cheese colored water. The sides were $8 a piece and are far worse than freezer aisle sides. Ill just be going to the grocery for my ham and sides from now on.

We ordered a combination of 16 boxed lunches and salads which were delivered today. We have ordered in the past and they were always fresh and very good. Todays were not fresh, bread was stale on sandwiches and lettuce should not have been served, cookies were also not fresh. What happened to your quality?
