This is a very very clean store, organized, and the employees are very friendly and courteous. Its a treat to go here. I live across town from it and each time I go I enjoy the environment.

This is my favorite Food Lion. It is clean and the produce is fresh. They have actual cashiers working checkout lines and Lord knows Ill pay a little bit extra to have an actual human being at checkout. And the cashiers and staff are always friendly. One time my very young son was crying in the store bc I made him wear shoes, and the deli lady came over and gave him a free cookie. Angel in disguise, lol.

Very pleased! Food Lion has seeded watermelon and Grapes which are hard to find. I let everyone know because people in the plant-based and/or Vegan communities try to stay away from seedless. They have a decent variety of organic produce as well. Good haul overall.

They are awesome they have buggies for the handicap. I think prices are good wouldnt go any were else.

Im looking for work and noticed this location is hiring for 6 cashier positions (there website said it) so I spend around $30 on Lyft ( a taxi service) to go down to this location and speak with a manager. I spoke with a skinny white guy with grey hair and he asked me to come back in the next day at 1pm. I showed up at 1pm but the customer service lady told me theres no managers currently on duty ... my application is in the system so youre welcome to call me but only if youre actually willing to interview me.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores. They have good deals and usually great quality products.

Very nice Food Lion. Well lit, clean, but doesn’t look so updated as the one on Mt Gallant Rd., Rock Hill, SC. Nevertheless, shelves here are well stocked. Staff are friendly and always ready to help. Cheese selection is decent, self serve wings station is always refilled nicely, local fruits section is always full of fruits and veggies, produce section has a very nice selection of your favorites, and the wine and beer area is nicely done with many beers to choose from. Prices and deals are always available for your taking.

I love that this location has a self check out. This is by far the quickest I have ever been getting in and out of a food lion. They are also super clean and well stocked.

This particular location is my absolute favorite one to go to. The store is always clean and well stocked. Staff is always friendly and seem to be right where you need them if you do in fact need help! Self-checkout is always functioning properly and the staff that works it is always there to assist as soon as you need them!

Mostly can find items not found in other stores. Meat and produce usually fresh. Service is great and staff always friendly.

Many of the employees wore masks under the noses or under their chins. Its not clean in some places, but overall ok.

Clean and prices are pretty good. They would get a 5 star if the customer service was better.

I would never buy meat from them. I just make a quick stop in there every now and then. I normally shop at Publix.

Im very happy this Food Lion is also now doing the online order pickup! This location is convenient. I will also note that each visit Ive had thus far the associates that brings your groceries out have been very nice.. friendly.. and pleasant. Orders are always fulfilled in timely manner. This makes shopping very convenient and stress free.

Great place that is clean. Employees were stocking shelves. There was several traffic jams due to merchandise in aisles. Employees had masks on.

Although crowded due to the holidays, the staff was very helpful, organized, and professional. A worker in the Produce Department went above and beyond to help us find an item that wasnt on the shelf. Another customer service worker made sure the check-out lines were moving efficiently directing customers to shorter lines while helping others find items in the store. The stockers kept the areas clean and neat and the customer service center was ready and available to assist. Outside in the parking lot the attendants kept the carts moving and available for customer use. Everything about this store is on point, even though understandably some items were not on the shelf due to Thanksgiving and of course a great sale. This store is clean, professional, and have great buys!

Nice grocery store. Clean and nice atmosphere because the employees were joking with each other no matter where I was in the store. They got along. I was concerned over some empty shelves. I noticed it in the canned vegetables. My fears were out to rest. They were expecting a truck in the morning.

I had to change my review from 5 stars to just 2. I have been shopping at this store for about 10 years now. Things use to be great. Friendly service and clean stocked shelves. Within the last few months this store has drastically gone down hill. When trucks come on Saturday the shelves are still not stocked in the middle of the day. If you ask for an item you will be told “ It’s too far buried to get if for you right now”. Saturday is a busy day for grocery shopping yet you have to navigate around boxes and people stocking shelves late in the day. Shelves should probably be stocked early in the morning and not during busy times. Another change I have noticed is in customer service. Employees who are not busy and mangers will stand there and watch a cashier with a big order try to scan and bag groceries at the same time. It’s becoming more and more normal to come in and watch cashiers stand around having conversations and not helping out. Managers will stand around and watch you bag your own groceries. With 3 children one being a toddler this is very difficult. The produce department has also gone down hill. So many moldy or rotten vegetables and fruit. I was shopping for onions today and they were so rotten in the bag that they leaked all over the place. It was like mush in my hand and got all over me and the buggy. I live so close to this location and have spend thousands of dollars in this store. I’m unfortunately going to have to start driving across town to the other store. Something needs to change. Management obviously needs to step up. I’m not sure if it’s because new managers or they just don’t care anymore.

I stopped by this store on my way home. The store was bright, clean and well managed. The items I wanted were available. It was conveniently located. Food Lion is my go to grocery store. I would recommend and shop there again.

They stock items walmart does not but you have to search a long time or ask for help to find them.

This Food Lion has excellent service; if I wait in line, it is never for a long time. The staff are very helpful. Everyone is friendly and the variety of food is great. So far the produce has been very good also. I pay more when I go to food Lion thann I do at Walmart, but because my time is valuable, it is worth it. No more 30 minute lines!

I know I can always count on them to give me quality store brand products affordably. 4 stars out of 5 because we are still in the throes of Covid19; some items (paper towels, toilet paper, lysol and most cleaning products are out of stock) are hard to come by. But for the most part, this grocer has everything I need and most associates are happy to help.

Food Lion is where I get my groceries. Im in there at least once a week. Its clean, employee are nice and friendly. I will go again.

This would have to be my favorite Food Lion in the entire Rock Hill area. You will notice that it is in a very nice looking brick styled plaza that is very attractive. This Food Lion is also very close to the Rock Hill Galleria mall and the shops along Dave Lyle Blvd.

Very fast. Had all lanes open to accommodate the crowd, unlike other locations Ive visited.

This food Lion is very well kept. Extremely clean and has a lot of premium items. I do not shop here a lot but stop in from time to time to pick things up. Staff is always nice and greet you. Make you feel welcome.

It was a decent store. Im more familiar with other Food Lions but they are all basically the same. I was suprised that the canned vegetables and canned meats were on different aisles at this store.I have one complaint about all Food Lions. When you reset all the stores, you moved the bread aisle from the last area you would shop to the middle of the store. So, if you go in order, you have to constantly move your bread around to keep it from getting mashed. Bread should be at the end of your shopping. Now, I have to go back.

Very clean store very nice people and wonderful customer service

I would grade it with four of five stars because it is affordable, and they offer products that you cannot find in other groceries stores. However I got tired of buying fruits there because always are rotten fruits. I think it is a police at least for this store to sell rotten fruits because it has being that for several years. I have seen that problem in peaches, apples, pears and also in oranges. Last time I bout a bag of peaches because we are in that season, and only the fruits on the top were fine, but the rest were rotten. I don’t want to come back and returned every time there. Really five stars means to trust the store. But this store you cannons trust. If you want to buy fruits there you have to check all the fruits you buy there. Be careful.

Nice, clean, friendly atmosphere, deli ladies are super nice, also kiosk for you to scan for store coupons even i you dont have a smart phone. Prices are lower on some things compared to Bi lo.

They okay so far.

The store is clean and organized with great sales, and good customer service. The chicken wings from the hot bar are very good. They are fried and coated with sauce. The texure is crispy with the right amount of flavor and the meat is moist.

I consider this my neighborhood grocer. Their team has remained quite consistent for years. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Dont mind paying a few cents more rather than going across the street to Walmart.
