I purchased a 2020 EZGO Golf Cart in July and can’t tell you how many compliments I get from the neighbors. It’s perfect and the customer service that I have received is remarkable. We bought a very nice cart here about 2 months ago. We love it but there are not much directions except on the batteries. However are 2nd row of batteries have no way to access the rear cells to check or add water. Waiting for answer from dealer. Would like to,switch to,Linthicum batters as they don’t need the water

I don’t usually write reviews very often but I can tell you I’m thoroughly impressed with the profession ability of this location the quality of cards they have here are awesome I went to a couple places didn’t even have it to golf carts in their whole place and they had 12 to 15 new courts look at right they are on site ready to go not to mention the price was so on point they didn’t add any stupid fees or anything the price I saw is the price I paid which is all I wanted to do hands-down cheapest 6 seater car out the door that I was able to find really nice with radio and everything I’m just amazed w the quality of service I recieved and w the selection of carts they had. I would give 10 stars if I could see Courtney or Stephanie both of them are very knowledgeable and amazing. Yes the mint green one is gone because that’s what my wife wanted. :-)

I recently purchased a used golf cart from Quality Golf Carts of Rock Hill, SC and I have nothing but great things to say about their selection, staff, and service. At a time when many Golf Cart shops would not even return my call, Quality Golf Carts provided exceptional service. I have an off brand cart that I did not purchase for them and I was treated as if I was a lifetime customer. They were honest about certain repairs not being needed or not being worth the cost, unlike many places that would do them just to make $$$. The best part is they came and picked up my cart, serviced it, and had it back within 48 hours of my initial call!

After visiting quite a few shops in the Rock Hill and Charlotte we finally decided to purchase from Quality. We had a wonderful experience from sale to delivery. Bought a 2016 EZGO RXV that had yet to be assembled. Worked with Dennis and Charles to specify what I wanted (seats, roof, accessories, etc.) and was surprised by how reasonable the price was. Then delivered within the week (ordered Monday, delivered Friday). Lewis took the time to explain operation, battery care, and other items with us (and test drive) before leaving us with this excellent cart. Can not say enough good things about all the staff (Courtney too helped with financing).

I purchased a $10k golf cart from QGC. Recently I ran into some issues unrelated to Quality Golf Carts quality, routine issue most likely but the customer service was horrible.The business mentality is take it or leave it.There is a lack of care for the customer or product post sale.When told that my golf cart could not be stored until time of maintenance I was told “there’s no room at the inn”. Special circumstance required me to find temporary storage for the cart while it is being fixed and the owner didn’t even seek to review if there was “space” before getting aggravated and telling me to take my business elsewhere.I’d encourage anyone to purchase a golf cart elsewhere. Service, and customer service matter post purchase.Update: 7/31/2021Charles (owner) called to “talk it out” so he didn’t have to respond to this post and advise where I was dishonest. I was not dishonest. This is an objective review of my experience.

I am extremely pleased with how everyone at quality conducts business. I had been looking for a limo cart for a month or so after selling my 4 passenger cart. I found one at Quality that we liked and decide to purchase it. After getting the cart we had some issues the first few weeks. The guys made multiple trips to my house (not me to the shop) to work on the cart and ultimately ended picking it up to take it to their shop to diagnose and fix the problems. They have truly stood behind their product and I have already recommended many people go see them for any cart needs. We love the new cart from Quality.The other nice thing is that they dont act like they are the only cart dealership in town. I had visited another place in Charlotte and in both trips of looking had not even gotten so much as a hello how are you from the staff. I walked in, looked around, walked back out both times.

Ive used Quality over the years to service a 15 year old EZGO, and theyve always been on the spot with pickup, service, and delivery. The level of communication has always been above average. We recently decided to upgrade and buy a new cart. Dennis was a huge help, and patient while we made a decision. Cart was delivered quickly, and after a small cosmetic issue was found they immediately ordered a new part with no pushback. Highly recommended!

We bought our golf cart from Quality Golf Carts 1 1/2 years ago and absolutely love it. We use it all the time! We recently noticed one tire was wearing. We asked quality to take a look. They picked up the golf cart, went over it with a fine tooth comb and found the wheels a little out of line. They fixed it, returned it the next day, and the price was unbeatable!! This place does it Right! I bought a custom cart from them. Charles and Sid really got my vision and exceeded my expectations from matching my colors to design to quality. I went to about 6 golf cart shops before deciding. They all said they could custom however when I walked in and saw all the custom carts and they had even done a cart in the past with the color I wanted, I KNEW I WAS IN THE RIGHT SPOT! Brand new so they were a little unorganized when I was there. In fact I think it was just a soft opening because they were doing a staff training day. I was just picking up some spare tires, but they seemed able to answer my questions and the carts on the lot seemed to be priced well.

Wife and I decided to get the grandchildren a golf cart for Christmas. We found Quality on the internet, called and spoke with Charles. That Saturday we drove from Kannapolis to Rock Hill and met Charles.We found Charles to be very helpful, honest, and upfront. No gimmicks or dog and pony show, just honest with us. We found the cart we were looking for and bought it. It has been a big hit with the family and runs great. We hand an issue with a battery and later the charger. I called and they were replaced with no questions or run around. I strongly recommend Quality Golf Carts and Charles to anyone. They were great to work with and when I am in the market for another cart they will be my choice.

I have never in my life experienced worse customer service than I did at Quality Golf Carts. We spent over $5, 000 on a nice used golf cart and added additions to it. When we purchased it we were given a battery charger that looked extreamly old but were told it was “refurbished” by them in house. Well after exactly 1 year It completely stopped working and now doesn’t charge. Keep in mind this is conviently after we had them test the power, of the then working charger, days before because our less than a year old golf cart was running extreamly slow. Possibly they broke it at that time but they had our golf cart so we didn’t discover the dead battery until a week later when we plugged it in. So, I ask them for a replacement since looking online a charger should last for minimum 5 years. Their answer was, “there is a 6 month warranty, you need to pay $125 for us to fix it.” Additionally, I was told they won’t do anything to help us and we need to pay up or shut up and tough luck. So essentially they are telling me that since they don’t know how to properly “refurbish” in the first place I now need to pay $125 and probably continue to do so every year in the future since that is how long their batteries last. They obviously don’t have quality repairs on these and my story is a perfect example of this. They were so incredibly rude and unsympathetic. I have never been treated this poorly especially after being a paid and loyal customer. I cannot stress enough that you should avoid this shady establishment.

Went there today to buy a golf cart had cash in hand all I asked for them was to put it in the back of my truck to see if it will fit because I will be hauling the golf cart and a camper and if It did, I would purchase it and if it didnt I would not be able to. They swore that it will fit but refused to put it in the back of my truck until I purchased it. Meanwhile I was the only person there. Instead of looking at my truck trying to measure it themselves and do everything they can even though they couldnt put it the back it would have been appreciated. I then called the owner Charles to speak with him and he agreed with his staff and rudely told me have you ever heard of these two words...tape measure!! I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life as I am a grown man, and a paying customer. I then went to another undisclosed dealer and they happily loaded a golf cart into my truck before I bought it and I gave them cash right on the spot! Would recommend going anywhere else.

I went in to inquire about a golf cart for my 75 year old mother and the staff was very rude. When I asked if he ( salesman ) would come down off the price of a very used cart he said no. I told him that the only differance between the used one and a new refurbished one in his lot was 1000.00. He could not justify the differance. I asked him why, he said the price is set and there is no negotiating. He also said his business is like CarMax no negotiations. The man that I spoke with was partially balled with gray and heavy set. I asked if I had cash would the price be different he got mad. I then asked to speak to the owner which he said was the only person that could change the price he flat out refused and told me he was authorized to sell the golf carts and I didnt need to speak to the owner. I asked him why he was acting that way and he said it was people like me that make it difficult for him in so many words. He was very rude and i told him it was ashame that he acted that way cause he just lost a customer and I will never go back. Dont go here because the staff Is rude and extremely unprofessional! He also said I can leave and go somewhere else if I didnt like it. Very bad customer service.
