Ok I really wanted to love this printing company because I need consistent work. So first when I called they said turn around time was a week so I bring my items in now they say 2 weeks well at the end of that two weeks I had not received a digital markup or a call or anything I called and had to chase them to get and approve a digital markup on the 14th business day. Needless to say the job took a few more days after that. This whole time I’m calling them every time. I get there and my logo is upside down on one outfit but correctly on my shirts….. like you had one job. So since they printed it wrong no outfit for me now a week late I’m still the one calling and she says we will remove it and reprint I come to check that out and it looks like something has been removed instead of offering to replace and reprint she offers to get it dry cleaned which I knew wouldn’t help but she insisted on waiting my time. Had to call 3 times to see if it was out of the cleaners. So finally I see it and I’m like yea that won’t work you have to replace this outfit and reprint. She said ok, I email Brenda the link and she replied ok. It’s been 2 months no call, I’ve emailed, no reply I called three days ago no return call. So unprofessional. The lady at the front has a piss poor attitude every time I call. I will be complaining to BBB. Higher waste of time and money
