I go here for my 7 year old daughters medicine. The staff is always friendly. As they are a large medication provider for the Rock Hill area, the pharmacists do stay very busy filling prescriptions and the staff do quite a bit of busy work behind the counter. I will walk by if there is a line of ten people or more only to come back later to no line at all. They will open two registers in a heartbeat just to get a line down. I think that a lot of people dont realize how busy they really are due to the sheer fact that they handle the amount of people that they get in so well.

Most of these reviews aren’t even for the Pharmacy, people should read. I’ve gone to this pharmacy numerous times and never had any issues. I’m almost always in and out very quickly. They aren’t overly friendly/chatty but they’ve certainly never been outright rude or dismissive of me.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I moved from NC to SC, just over an hour away. I went to get a prescription filled and they said, it will take a whole day to transfer it. I finally picked it up days later. I used the app to fill my other prescriptions, I always did this in NC no problem. They just decided to not fill it. I had to go back to the store and ask them to fill it, again they said they would do it, went back a few days later. They had it filled, but did not apply my insurance. I asked them to apply the insurance and she said okay and I would wait. They called me back and then told me to go back to the other window. This rude lady at the window said wait I will be with you. At that time, I had to walk away to compose myself. Came back to the window and a different lady said can I help, I said you called me. She was like oh, we need your insurance information again. She put it in, but mind you they already have it cause the other lady mentioned that, she said you will have to wait to get it filled, but it was already filled (utter stupidity on their part). I leave and come back a few hours later again, cause I am getting upset. Finally I get my prescriptions after days and hours. I will not return to this pharmacy after my prescriptions expire and will not have more called into here. They are lazy and rude and good riddance.

Seriously, worst pharmacy Ive ever been to! They wouldnt give me my medication because a doctor from NC wrote it, even though they have in the past. Then they proceeded to tell me that even if we could fill it we have to call and verify it with your dr. I brought in a WRITTEN prescription. It IS verified.I literally went down the street 2 miles and got the SAME prescription filled at Target. The ONLY reason I would come here again is to leave another bad review.Terrible experience!!!

These amazing people went above and beyond to help get my husbands prescription filled when there was a terrible mix up between the DR office and our home pharmacy in Indiana.Driving truck over the road poses unique issues. And we encounter ALOT of pharmacies and customer service people in every state. This place showed an incredible level of professionalism and respect that we dont find anywhere anymore. They are now saved on our map as I favored location and we will visit them again. Thank you guys!

These people are very illiterate!! They always run out of medications and won’t refill for days. The last issue was that they gave me the wrong mcg on my medication!!

If I could leave a ZERO star review, I would. This is most unprofessional staff I have ever had to deal with. They are rude, unfriendly and act as if they are doing you a favor by waiting on you, not to mention it takes hours to even get a precipitation. Walmart should be ashamed of this type of performance from their staff.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Employees are always standing around not doing anything while the customers that are waiting have to wait longer! Always poor attitudes from employees and management.
