I was there to fill up my tank and to get some snacks to eat on my way back home. I was having issues with the pump as it was not allowing me to add my Vic card. I went into the store and asked the lady over there at the counter. I tried to talk to her for 5 min but, she isn’t understanding me and she moved over to the other counter by ignoring me. She even hasn’t called or asked other employees in the store to help me. I don’t know what to do as i have low fuel in my car. I have waited for a while and a guy with eye glasses in the store is getting a pizza from the kitchen and he observed that i was waiting and he, instantly came to my aid and helped me at the pump to get out of this. I am giving this 5 stars for that guy as he was so nice to me. I will come back again to this store.

I have been visiting this store from the last 3 years for live bait. The two guys over there was so cool and did a prank on me which was very funny. But i has experienced great customer service over there.

Great customer service every time i go in there. Been shopping in that store for years. Never had a bad service. Always willing to help. Thank you for giving great service during this pandemic.

This store was well managed but a thin guy at the counter I asked him If I can use the restroom. But he said you can not use it if you don’t buy anything from the store I was just Telling him that I would buy drinks if he let me go to the restroom but he just ignore me and he started to talk with someone else he was very rude so I am never going to come back here again.

I can’t go here ever again because I every rude thin dude told me that If I don’t park correctly they would not serve me. But I was parked correctly in the parking space so I don’t know why would he not serve me now I know that I will never come back here again even if it is close to my house.

The place is so clean and the new staff who work there they are nice and friendly and a lady who works there she has a always beautiful smile on her face

They will try to short change you every once in a while and they told me I cant a bunch of stuff that is buy one get one free

If you can get past the old snappy, rude, ungrateful clerk & inflated prices (due to close Lake Access) and a minimal selection of product, then it might be alright for you.
