I like going to this store. There is a good vibe from the music to the employees offering to assist to the selection of shoes. This is a good store still in a mall that is kinda going down. This is one of the only reasons I go to the mall

Found some low key shirt n shorts fa my bday

As soon as I entered the vibe was good. Associate Chad, immediately approached me to see if I needed any assistance with my shoe selection. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes, with Associate JaQuan. They both worked as a team while attentive to the  additional customers throughout the store. Im writing this review bc as these two young men possess good customer service skills, they can both set an example for others workers in general. It did not appear as if it felt like work to them, or as if they did not want to be at work. Thank you both JaQuan and Chad, for assisting me.

Bought a pair of shoes before everything closed down, and now that they are open again, not accepting returns after I already wasted time trying to return previously just to find out they were closed until further notice. I definitely think there should be some type of leniancy so customers dont feel like theyve wasted their money.

Walked in with a certain shoe in mind, found the shoe and sat there with it in my hands for 10 minutes. The workers didnt even look at me. Went to Foot Locker and was out of there with the same shoe in less than 10 minutes.

Three different pairs of shoes, three different sizes and was in and out quick, cant ask for much more!

Adrienne showed a tremendous pleasing personality I’m definitely stopping by again. I’m happy with all the options of clothes and shoes that are available in store.

Great Customer Service!

The shoes here are very reasonable especially if you are on a budget. They even let you layaway shoes if you cant buy them upfront and sometimes thats what i have to do.

Im disappointed I got two left shoes in the box I purchased today..

Terrible customer service. Will not return.
