Helpful salesperson, took his time to answer questions and explain differences in their mattresses and box springs.

This is my second order with The Original Mattress Company. First time I ordered a Queen Set and a King Set. Loved them both, great salesman, great delivery men. I am only giving three stars this time, but if they keep their word I will gladly change it to 5 stars. I recently placed an order for two Twin Sets and two Queen Sets. The salesman I ordered from on the telephone was courteous and informed. The order came as promised and the delivery men were also very courteous and polite. The problem was that one of the box springs on a twin set had a loose corner guard, it was held on by only one staple and the other six staples were bent at an angle so they couldnt be tacked back on. The delivery man called his supervisor to let him know, the supervisor asked to speak to me. I was asked if I could hammer or staple the guard back on -- I told him no. He wanted to know if I wanted to ship it back for a replacement (which would take a month) or they would have someone out the next delivery to repair or replace. I agreed to wait. I then called my salesman to verify that he had been informed of the problem, he got the call while we were on the phone. I will give them 5 stars if this all works out. The product is a really great one, love that it is two sided and can be flipped, not just be rotated.

We had an Origianal mattress factory mattress some years ago and were happy with it. Then we bought a different mattress on a sale and used it for a few years. It was not as good, and developed a significant sag on my husbands side. Of course, this was not a mattress that you could flip.So last month we bought another Original Mattress and are fully satisfied.

There are few businesses that still provide a good product along with excellent service.Both Nick and Will at the Rockhill store provide EXCEPTIONAL service.
