The staff is very helpful. This location had everything the charlotte one didn’t. Very pricey but quality isn’t cheap.

Kudos to the folks at Ferguson Plumbing. I am a DIYer, and they did a great job setting my RV pump idea into action. I did try another plumbing supply (no names) that couldn’t give me the time of day. Thanks guys.

Had a sump pump go bad, they came out and diagnosed the problem in less than 15 minutes, informed me I needed a new pump and it would be $1,300.00. I paid the $125 service call for 15 minutes and googled the pump. I ordered the pump for $325.00 and installed it my self in 1 hr and I am no plumber. I had to re do some things 3 and 4 times. They could have installed it in less than 1/2 hr. That is almost $1,000 hr to install this pump??????????? I am sure they do good work but open your wallet.

Both times I have been in the store I was completely ignored. No hello, no I will be with you in a moment, nothing! When I finally did get help he couldn’t even figure out how to do my return!!!

Ferguson has the parts you need, most of the time. If not they can usually order them.
