Just bought this Tundra. They were easy to work with and the price was good. They answered all my mechanics questions over the phone. Ill update my review if I need toafter my mechanic looks it over in person. I recommend getting financing before hand because they admitted that the banks they go through interest rates are high so I went though my bank but other than that I would recommend checking them out.

These guys were awesome to deal with, they made the purchasing process super fast and easy. They were extremely helpful and super transparent about any issues or needs. I will recommend them to everyone I know who is in the market for a great vehicle purchase for a great value.

Wouldn’t recommend this dealership for their lack of transparency and honesty. Talked with dealership numerous times about possible issues with the car, giving them ample opportunity to be upfront about problems. Drove two hours just to find out the 2016 Ford Mustang GT had multiple issues. Be careful or better yet avoid them.RESPONSE: Yet here you are again being dishonest. I spoke with you twice before coming to see the car and you told me both times that you couldn’t budge on the price at all because the car was in such good shape. Expected it to be just that because I trust people. Not long after I arrived someone told me the rear end had been replaced. At least two tires need replaced and the backup camera was not working...just the things we found before giving up on your perfect car. I did verbally let you know how upset I was that you wasted my time, but I didn’t commit a crime. But maybe you could handle things differently in the future because you are misrepresenting your vehicles, which is fraud.

I recently bought a vehicle from Scott and his staff. I must say that every person working there was very polite and honest. After driving my car home I noticed a leak inside the vehicle. However, I phoned Scott immediately and he took care of the issue for me without any hesitation! I must say for him to sell used cars and still fix any issues was a great plus in my book. I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy any type of vehicle whatsoever. They had a truck listed online for one price. I went in to look at it the guy tells me a higher price than what its listed online for. Says its the best he can do even though it was listed almost $1,000 less online. No its not a fake review good try though. I was in the red ford landscaping truck. Looking at the white Chevy 2500.

I bought a 1995 Mitsubishi 3000GT from them! I had the same car when I was 16 so I was very happy to find one with 138,000 miles and it being a one owner and the car came from north carolina! They treated me right and always helped me when I had questions. In the future if they had another odd ball car like this Id buy from them again.

These guys were great to work with. It was probably the smoothest and easiest car transaction I have made and it was all done via phone and email. I bought a truck after only seeing pictures and videos and it was everything they said it was going to be when I got it. They were also super responsive to all my questions and to a couple of things we had to take care of after the purchase. I would definitely do business with them again and recommend them to others.

Talked with Scott prior to my visit was told that he liked to negotiate in person got there and and was told that his 1st price is his negotiating deal.Test drove 2 cars after that good cars good price ready to finalize a deal and asked just once more could a little more off and I would have been satisfied with him saying sorry this is the best he could do or flat out I cant and was told by Scott he was having a bad day and he was through talking and we have done too much talking.I asked was I a valued customer and why wouldnt he point me in a direction of someone who was having a better day and was willing to as a continue to talk with me .talked to another partner of the business He admitted that it could have been handled better. But as a customer I was expecting more patience hospitality and courtesy, and as a customer spending my hard earned dollars .My issue was that negotiations are 2 way and if I decided to ask again before I signed that you as a businessman and professional he would just say that the best he could do at the least,but dont rudely tell me your having a bad day and you done talking like I am less than you .my experience with this guy was the worst in all my 45 years .if you do decide to go here when dealing with Scott I reccomend you have tough skin and definitely ask if he having a bad day .

Nothing but liars. Due to a collection on my credit and some other factors they told me the bank was granting an exception. Kept telling me it would take another day since last Wednesday. I offered to pay a deposit but they said it wasnt necessary. Found out today they took a deposit from another customer and never even told me until I called them out. Dont trust them. Buyers beware

I just wanted to say that I bought a 2010 Cadillac Escalade from Burnout Garage andAfter I got it home I experienced a mechanicalIssue. I called Scott about it and he gave me noGrief over the issue, he sent a rollback to my House and picked it up and took care of the problem that I had.These guys are professionals and they stand behind their name and products.

Did business with them several years ago. Went back after that car got totaled and unfortunately did not see anything I liked on the lot. These guys sell quality cars at good prices. Purchased a Mercedes-Benz C300 from them 2 years ago. Car had a ton of issues including needing an engine head replacement. We tried to return the car 2 days later after the check engine light came on with horrible shaking of the car. Wouldn’t let us and told us to go through the BS warranty that came with the car. Warranty said we “can’t help you”... Check it over before you buy from this place. We traded the car in yesterday with only putting 11k miles on it with being in the shop constantly...In response: I was not the one that purchased the car. It was my grandfather. The 2010 C300 (Black) was purchased at the end of March of 2018. Tried to bring it back and got BS excuses. Ridiculous.

I purchased a 2012 A7 Audi from this location and it hasn’t given me any issues. Owner loves cars and drives most of them himself before selling. I’ve had my car for a little over year and it drives like its new. If your looking for a good car check them out!

I bought a 2012 nissan titan from burnout a year ago. The sales and finance team are both knowledgeable and easy to work with. My only complaint was having to do a finance application prior to a test drive. I understand though as they sell higher priced vehicles than your average used car lot. The truck was missing the navigation DVD so Scott hopped on Amazon right then while we were doing paperwork and had it shipped to my home free of charge.

Very unprofessional business people. Didn’t buy from them and after speaking with them I wouldn’t recommend buying a power Wheels here.- then non stop harassment over social media / trying to down play their actions and make excuses for their rude comments (all in reference made to an offer on their vehicle. ) looking into how to share the photos now.

Every time Im told, dont worry well call you right back. When the alternator and battery went out, thats on me. When the AC and clutch continue to have issues, which were the two things I brought up during purchase, thats another thing. You guys told me to call you after I got the clutch looked at and wed figure out how to split it. Thats all well and good, but when I cant reach you thats another story. Im sticking with my review until you guys can sort it out with me.

Terrible customer service! I arrived today with my husband ready to purchase a Jeep we saw online. As we approached the office a salesperson walked out, thinking he was there to greet we went to say hello and he walked right past while talking on his cell phone. Didn’t even acknowledge us. We stood there in disbelief. Another 5 minutes passed. No one came to assist us. So we just left. If you value any level of customer service, look elsewhere!

BUYER BEWARE! This dealer quoted me a price on a vehicle, then would not return my calls when I tried to come and buy it. The next week he called me and told me the price went up this week because too many other people are interested in it! I had the money and was ready to buy. They jacked me around and then raised the price. RIP OFF!

Crooked place!!! Be aware of what they tell just to get you buy the vehicle. Agreement was that they have to collect SC tax and dmv fees. Got a letter in the mail today saying my taxes were not paid. **********Reply to the owner********** Don’t flatter yourself!!! Since we bought the Tahoe we have changed a belt and now 2 wheel bearings. Like you explained on the phone I’m not the only customer that has called about in fact you said hundreds call you upset about it. So if you were a better business man you would explain that at the beginning of the sale. So, yes a 1 star rating is very appropriate for your business.

I brought a 2010 Honda odyssey 1st Not much service but when purchased Van the key remote didnt work so was told will fix. Then had to wait like a month to get fix then found out truck not connecting to remote because of wiring on trunk which never worked so Burnout told me that it will cost 300 and now still no remote to van have to use key and call a couple of times no call back when I feel like you said was going to fix and now telling me not under warranty. That bad for business especially you knew remote wasnt working had try to fix it twice was told which means to me you knew more than remote was the problem but again funny to me that they didnt already know about the problem. I know small but its the principal especially when told will have a working remote instead have to use a key. Fair is fair right is if you say everything is ok and you fixing it doesnt mean I should have to pay for it.

The potentially stressful decision on our daughters first used car was made much more easier at the point of sale with this family based, family rooted dealer. After six months and no complaints I give this business five stars.
