EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Theresa and David are total pros. First time in for a larger purchase...got the advice I needed, great pricing, efficient checkout and they carry your stuff to the car for you! Who does that anymore? Highly recommend.

If I could give less than a 1 I would. This store has really gone down hill. There’s new managers and you can really tell. The two previous ladies were very involved and friendly. These two now can careless about the customer. You ask for products and they tell you they don’t have that in stock but than the associates look it up and find it. I don’t know what happened with the old manager but someone needs to really look into this store. I always stopped here for everything I needed for my pressure washer but now I would rather drive an extra 40 minutes to the north Charlotte store. They are a way busier store but those associates have no problem helping you. It’s a shame

Inventory low at times, need to shop on line with this store most of the time. N.tool has best quality of a brick n mortar/online supplier.

This place is toy land for all those who love to get in there and geter done. They have everything you can imagine whatever job you are doing and they are very friendly people.

My local store did not have the item that I wanted so I called the Rock Hill, SC store and spoke to one of their sales associates. She was very helpful and informed me that she did, indeed, have the item I was looking for. On top of that when I wrote-up my order, I received a big discount for being a repeat customer! Im very pleased.

I bought my first chainsaw this weekend, I looked online and watched a few YouTube reviews. I ended up getting a Stihl MS 251 C-BE. Initially I thought I wouldnt need one with that much power, there was a worker on the floor, Rick. I told him what I was planning and Im 100% satisfied with his recommendation. I also thought Theresa was very nice and kind when I checked out.

Great store! Clean, new, products in stock and in a great location off the highway. Cashier was very nice and welcoming. A lot of items in the clearance bins that are good quality and you can buy at a big discount. A lot of trailers and equipment in stock ready to go.

Where do I start. First time Ive ever ordered anything from this company and had it delivered to the store. Boy was that a mistake. Order a freestanding wood stove with all the accessories (pipe, cap, fan etc.) Projected delivery date September 22 to October 6th. Didnt hear feom anyone by the 6th so I called to see when everything would be in. I was told the stove was not in however the accessories where in stock but they will not release them until the full order was in. Kinda caught me by surprise but ok. The following day I happened to get on there website and search for the freestanding wood stove we ordered only to find out they had 3 in stock. So I call and sure enough guy tells.me yes your stove is finally here. Went to the store stove was there but.....you guessed it the accessories are not there yet. I looked at the lady on the fork lift and said You mean to tell.me when I called yesterday and the guy told me the accessories was here but the stove wasnt, was a lie her response sir dont raise your voice to me really didnt think I was even talking loud but considering the fork lift was running thoughtbinhad to talk over it. Before I said anything else I had to leave. Once I calmed down I searched the accessories on there web site and come to find outvi had to drive to the Mathews location and the Kanapolis location to get everything to fill.my order. Lesson learned. I buy a half a dozen stoves or so a year and I will NOT buy another here again.

If I could give this store less than one star, I would. The customer service is non existent. The weekend store manager is rude, abrupt and demanding of the customer. We had ordered and paid for items online and took the option to pick up at the Rock Hill store location. We called the store to verify items were in stock and were told they were. We drove 50 miles to pick-up the items, only to have the store manager try to charge us a second time for what we had already paid for via pay pal on Northern Tools website. he manager said she couldnt trust all the documentation, even when I showed it to her on my phone. We Showed her the PayPal confirmation and the order confirmation from Northern Tool. None of that mattered. The store manager started to scan the items to ring up. After already paying for the items online, and driving 50 miles we cancelled the order and left. We will NEVER shop at this store again

Took a power washer in there on Friday I use for my business on Friday it’s Wednesday and it hasn’t even been looked at yet. Very slow service just sits in a chair and rolls around the service center . Now I have to go rent one for a hundred dollars a day to complete my work.

Stopped by looking for a part for a pressure washer they had it in stock very friendly and courteous people to deal with

Beware. They take your money, cancel your order and then you have to wait to get your money back. I went in to see why they cancelled and it was $20 wrench set out of a $602 order. I was asked if I still wanted the pressure washer and agreed. I was then asked to pay another $600. Needless to say I walked out and will never return.

Arthurs customer service was outstanding, I dropped my generator off in the evening and the very next morning he was calling me to let me know of the progress. I appreciate Northern Tools+Equipment it has not gone unnoticed. I will refer everyone

Needed an item that was out of stock and Terri went out of her way to help me order the item Thur another N. Tool store. She will be the reason I continue giving the Rock Hill store as much of my purchases as possible.

Great customer service. Purchased a utility trailer from them. After having a blah experience at Leonard Trailer, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service we received. My husband and I are novices on the subject, and they were happy to answer all of our questions. Would rate a 5, but I have yet to really use the utility trailer, so I cant say much about their actual products, just the service.

I am a long time customer and for the most part Im happy. I did buy a 5-ton electric log splitter and it ended up being a piece of junk and they offered nothing and the service department didnt even call me back. The store manager didnt either. So Im not happy with that but I do continue but items here. Today I spent over $400 here.

I ordered a sprinkler online and it was missing half the parts. They refused to send me replacement parts and refused to refund me. Wanted me to come all the way back to the store. Heather the manager was extremely rude. This was my first time shopping at northern tool and it will most certainly be my last.

I really have not found much here in terms of variety. It is very limited and specific with inventory. The customer service here is TOP OF THE TOP though. This is like a cleaned up, posh hardware store.

They were extremely helpful today even in the middle of a Black Friday rush. Especially Katrina was very helpful.

Manager or whoever was walking the floor was very rude. My advice go to a small engine shop if you need parts.

Wow! This place is so screwed up! Most of the items are way OVERPRICED! I have one of their Northstar generators and you just cant walk in and get your sparkplugs, filters, fuel tank grommet, etc.....without dealing with a partsroom! Just to complicated for people! We want simple NORTHERN! ps- stop with the overpricing!

Extremely rude staff member caused me to walk out without purchasing anything.. drove 40 minutes to this store to get some welding supplies and look at generators. The staff member (I think his name was Rich) was disrespectful and impatient while I was waiting in line. Had a very condescending attitude and I believe it was because Im young. I work in retail and I know customer service; this place doesnt have it. Not going back. Ill stick with TSC.
