Cody the store manager was incredibly helpful and patient as we worked out printing a big order. He communicated with his staff and other customers while also keeping me as a big priority. I really appreciated his help today!

Printed a portfolio with this location. They were super busy and I had to drop off the order and pick it up. I screwed up my portfolio with typos but the associate fixed it no questions asked.

Not the best customer’s service here. It is more like we don’t really care if you choose to work with us or with any other place in the world. Work was done properly but not sure I will be coming here in the future.
I tried to ship two boxes to two different relatives. The labels were put on the wrong boxes. After a week of phone calls FedEx stated they couldnt give a refund because the boxes were shipped to the correct address because they matched the label-a correct label on the wrong box is good enough. Another corporation where the customer is always wrong. I will not use FedEx again.

Like the ease of being able to print documents independently. Have needed help on occasion and most of the time employees have been polite and helpful.
Wasn’t overly impressed with the tight parking, in fact it’s so tight I witnessed someone’s car getting trying to park. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you are worried about your vehicle 🚗, the gentlemen that assisted me in the store kept blaming me for the email not sending. 10 mins later it shows up on their servers without me doing anything but sending it once..FEDEX should invest in airdrop or Bluetooth sending probably should have went to the fedex that was 2 miles further than where I started from
Im always able to go in and out, no hassle. Steve, the guy with a red beard, has been a huge help in taking care of what I needed.

I Walked in there with an open box completely unprepared.ready to ship . They were very welcoming and courteous, gave suggestions on packing and ways to save money. Even printed my labels at no addlt charge. Keep it up!
I used this location 4/11/17 to print some forms stored on computer and copy several pages for tax data. My main complaint is related to the poor quality of the copier and the customer service. Midway through copying 50 pages, the copier jammed. The woman employee who I asked for assistance, made one attempt to address the problem - then literally shrugged off the copiers problem related to my order.I was left sorting by hand 100 pages of both originals and copies to rearrange the materials before submission to IRS. As many of the pages were missing or duplicated with poor quality, this took me 3 hours on site to try to figure out which pages were missing - including some of the originals.I spread out this collection on the one large space - the cutting area.It was not a perfect location, but it was all I could find in order to collate the originals and copies of 100 pages. Three hours is a long time to spend trying regain my originals and separate them from the copies. During that time, the staff ignored my problem and persisted in engaging in loud personal conversations and laughter as I bent over the chore of sorting 100 or so pages to collate for tax returns that same day.Suggestions: #1: Get a functional copier that can successfully manage many copies without losing originals. #2: Hire some knowledgable employees re copier with reliable customer service and courtesy.I will never use this location again, nor recommend it. Yesterdays experience was a nightmare in all ways: from customer service to respectful work environment (it is after all an office) to reliable copier function.

I ship packages often because Im an eBay seller. Ive dealt with the assistant manager at this location on multiple occasions. She is the worst. Today she refused to ship a package because it didnt have enough filler. She offered to add more, for $4. The box was completely full. I took the package across the street to UPS and they excepted it with no issues.I should mention that not everyone there provides poor service. Ive received excellent service from one employee in particular, I believe her name is Caroline.

Service was excellent and your associate Chris went above and beyond to help me with a printing job! While setting up my order, I overheard Cris addressing each customer with a high level of respect and helpfulness. He handled every customers request as if it was his own and went above and beyond to meet their needs. I usually go to the fed ex on 158 Monroe Avenue Rochester, NY 14607 and I always leave very upset because of their unwillingness to help and poor attitudes. Needless to say I will not be going back now that I found this location. Chris is great at what he does and you are very lucky to have such a great employee, what ever you are paying him is not enough.Thanks for the assistance!
Not very helpful, could not assist me with printing one page of large format (18x24 construction drawing). Ended up reaching out to a locally owned printer and was done within the hour.
I am an online reseller. I frequently ship thru both fedex and usps. First experience shipping through this location was just OK. Customer service was disappointing, but I did my business and left. Second time, I sent my fiance to this fedex and he was given a hard time about the tape. No big deal. Now this time around, I came into the store seeking to purchase packaging, and tape to ship an already packaged item. Upon approaching the counter, I was told by the cashier that I could not ship my package due to the quality of the box. I have never had any issues with my packages before, but I simply said, Ok, Ill buy another box, but upon attempting to purchase said items, he informed me he was not able to take a $100 bill. Not unable to BREAK the bill, but unwilling to ACCEPT it as payment for any amount less than $80 which might be the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard.I will not be returning and I do not recommend this FedEx location!
They were helpful. They have all the packaging supplies you could need... And they ship stuff.
Terrible service. They force you to use paid Internet to look up for zip codes. Provide more expensive shipping options instead of suggesting the best rates. Use UPS across the street.
Last night, I went into FedEx on Monroe Ave to print invitations for a huge community event that I am directing. The very nice lady at the counter was very accommodating and helpful in making sure that my invitations come out perfectly. When I ran out to my car quickly to get something, two business men came in asking to print massive banners on glossy paper and insisted they be done ASAP. In their minds, ASAP meant now even though she was already backed up, and she even offered to stay late to print it so it could be ready in the opening. In a very condescending manner, they insisted that their prints would only take a couple minutes (which it didnt- I was there for over an hour and they were still printing when I left) and that she could do them before everyone else who may have ordered online or in store that day. To save her time, I did my own prints on the self-service machine while listening to their entitlement and belittlement on this overworked woman. She was AWESOME with handling their rude behaviors, and I commend her patience!! Customer service is not an easy job, especially when the customers act in the way I witnessed last night.
Every time I have stopped by the print shop at 12 Corners the staff has been incredibly helpful and generous with their time and expertise with the printers.

I brought a package here to be sent back to the company it came from for a refund. The package came FedEx Smart Post, so I guess it should have been brought to the post office. Well, FedEX accepted the package and said it would be sent back to the company. A week goes by and the company never got the package back. I called this FedEX in Brighton where I brought the package and they told me that they shouldnt have taken the package to begin with because it was Smart Post. Not to worry though, because they brought the package to the USPS on Winton Rd for me. Thanks! No....USPS tells me the package was never brought back to them and the company still never received it. I got the run around from Jackie at this FedEx location for two months after she tells me the situation is out of her hands and that they arent responsible for the misplaced package. I finally talk to the manager of this FedEx store (his name was Emerson) and he was great. He told me Jackie should have done an incident report on this weeks ago and that he would call her and tell her to do so. Long story short, I received a check from FedEx for the $70 that I paid for the item in the package. Why wasnt an incident report filled out WEEKS ago? I got my money back finally, but will NEVER go to this FedEx location again.
Ive used their services about 5-6 times in the past. They were ok, but kind of slow. Today I happened to park right in front of the store because I met friends at Panera . I had a small 5 oz package that was already stamped and needed to be mailed. I went in and asked if they would be able to mail it for me. The woman asked a man ( the manager, I think) if that was ok and he said no, I would have to go to the post office. What ever happened to goodwill? I wasnt buying anything that time but I have in the past and presumably would in the future. I said ok and left. Would it have hurt them to accept a 5 oz package from a former customer who is disabled and walked in using a cane? Ill take my business elsewhere.
Ive now had two terrible experiences with this branch. Most recently, I needed to make a two-sided color copy at 78% of its original size. This is a simple task, but when the printer didnt produce what I wanted, none of the staff were interested or knowledgeable enough to help me. In fact, they acted as though I was a total burden, and after receiving VERY little help (just a couple of annoyed instructions shouted to me from behind the counter) I left, having wasted 20 minutes and $15, and with NO finished product to show for it. I will never go back again, because every time I do, I leave really upset!

Absolute nightmare talking with an employee on the phone around 8pm on 5/15/17 - he wasnt able to look up my package that delivery was attempted on and then tried to convince me it had already been shipped back to the company that sent it.
