Hello, I cant say enough great things about the staff and service at Harley Davidson of Rochester. I was there a couple of weeks ago getting a service for a big ride (48/10). They were extremely thorough with the service, helpful, and were all around great guys. They made me feel like family!!! I want to personally thank Adam, Ervin, the guy who was able to get the water out of phone (sorry cant remember his name), and all of the guys in the service department. You guys are top notch, and I am sure that our paths will cross again in the future. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!! Angel

So impressed with the people here. We stopped by after closing to look in the window and Kristen, the Sales Manager, welcomed us in with a smile. Dan who was working on some bikes, stopped and helped me look at bikes and figure out what would fit me best. (Im a newbie). He gave me info on a riding class at their store in Hampton... When you buy a motorcycle you want to know they back up their product and are happy to do so. They do. HIGHLY recommend these people.

I purchased a 2018 street glide . The bike is in like new condition with only 2200 miles . The salesman was a good guy . However, upon delivery of the bike it had big chips in the paint on the front fender . I was told oh those were there. I took a pic of the bike as I walked out of the dealer. There were no chips . When questioning the salesman about the chips he reassured me those were there. I had a simple response and then silence . So you put a 27k dollar bike in the middle of the showroom and you guys wouldn’t put touch up paint on it ? They offered to send me touch up paint . That’s is unacceptable . I didn’t pay all that money to have a bike with a chipped and dimpled fender. I was fortunate to find a new takeoff on eBay to replace it .The service manager oh he’s a gem. I meant to say snake . I inquired about bars . I watched him write an estimate at $180 . Then proceeded to tell me he was $150 an hr . Must of been a thank you for purchasing a bike . When I asked the salesman about that he was gonna dig up the estimate to show me I was wrong. I’m still waiting on it . Must of got lost . Oh lost Lost would be all the paperwork with the bike. No owners manual no factory warranty paperwork no pin for the security system. I asked about that . Response you prob can find a video on you tube. Awesome 👍 I have a detailed text conversation and pic of the bike if any needs to see it. Don’t buy here period . I never it a call from a manager or anyone but the salesman. One time . Love the product but JC . I feel pretty taken advantage of.

This place has alot of sentimental value to me. I remember my dad (Christopher Flayhan) would always buy his stuff there. And when the finance office has his memorial sticker I knew they were good people 100%. I will keep his tradition of making Rochester Harley my go to motorcycle shop

Parts guys went Above and beyond by holding my part aside for me. Besides a beautiful ride up rte 43 is worth the trip.

Bought a 2012 Road Glide. They gave us a touring package. Bluetooth headset for our helmets. Staff has been excellent. Ive never seen a better crew !! Love them. Can not wait to ride.

Purchased a 2021 Roadglide and had accessories added before I picked it up. When I picked it up, they did a great job addng the accessories that I wanted but the salesman didnt know how the WHIM system worked and had to get a store credit for they system that I cant use since it wouldnt work without a helmet that I dont care to wear. Then on the way home from buying the bike, the transmission failed and Rochester HD took 8 days to put a new transmission in it but gave me a $1,000.00 GC for my inconvenience. The GM, Ed Carrier, kept me informed on the progress with getting my new bike back to me and Id recommend them. They are all professional, personable and great to work with. Ill be back for service.

Entire staff was friendly and attentive to my questions and purchase needs. The purchase process was great with no pressure. Sales were helpful and professional. Great experience.

Place is a joke. Just like others I have seen on here I called ahead to look at a bike, Traveled there and guess what...No bike. You would think they would have these issues fixed by now. If they cant get a simple problem figured out I wouldnt buy cat litter from them let alone a 15K+ motorcycle. This place is a disgrace and I will be buying an Indian. H.D. Just lost a loyal customer due to complete and utter disrespect shown towards customers.

Looking at helmets. The staff was excellent I was able to figure out what I wanted. Prices looked competitive with online prices. Just did not have my size. I will stop there again when Im out that way.

So I went into the Rochester Harley dealership on Saturday I had spoke to Joey earlier in the week about that 1200 super low that they had, so I made an appointment to go in and test drive it on Saturday and what I like about that just a Harley an Joey is that I wasn’t sure on the first test drive that I want to buy it so he was more than willing to take a longer test drive with me to make sure I was comfortable with the bike before I wanted to buy it. After that I said that was him and Kristen which was more than I could’ve asked for they gave me a decent amount to my trade-in they also went above and beyond and gave me a gift card to purchase some of the things that I wanted for the bike they were very patient with me and explained everything to me took me to every department introduce me to the department heads and after that I went home got my other bike and traded it in and drove away with my new 1200 superlow Harley. Can’t stress enough how Joey and Kristen and a couple other people went above and beyond to help me out and then me and my experience the best experience I could ever have had at the Harley dealership I recommend them to anybody who wants to go there and buy a motorcycle and I would definitely ask for Joey he’s very patient and very knowledgeable of all of his bikes and Kristen also went above and beyond for me to make my experience well worth it.

Great location right off Rt 16. I called prior to showing up to make sure they stocked the helmet I was looking for. Not a huge dealership but thats the charming piece to the place. Everyone is nice, accommodating, and go out of their way to help you.

A few weeks ago I brought my Roadglide in for some tires. The service manager Chuck(and the other 2 service writers) really helped me out. Even thought I didnt buy my bike there. They hooked me up with a way better deal than even the dealer that I bought my bike from. So when my fatboy needed tires too. I brought it back. Same great experience and deal. Not to mention the dealer that I bought my bike from is literally next door to me. And these guys are an hour and a half away. Worth the drive. Looks like I found the place to buy my next bike. Had both tires done on my bike quoted 585 came to 645 dropped bike off a day early called me next day at 130 described issues with bike had appointment at 11 for tires at time of call 130pm tires were not on wanted to sell extra work first.waited till 430 for bike to be done told oil was filthy had 200 miles since oil change oil still super clean i realize they need to sell work but scheduled work should be done before selling extra work not a lot of faith in service dept. did great work on tires but seems like extra work is pushed. Doughtfull i will return for service again.

While on a 12 day road trip from Ohio, my husband noticed the rear tire looking pretty bad. We called Rochester, NH Harley Davidson on a Sunday, just before closing, to see if we could get a new tire the following morning. They were able to get us in and on our way in no time. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere!

Funny i did not have a good exp. at all i went to buy parts for my heratidge that i bought off them . The parts guy was disrespectfull and would not help me even though i was going to spend 300.00$ not to mention come back in a couple of months and buy a new top of the line 30.000 dollar bike but i guess they dont want repeat customers i doubt this will post but we will see ill go somewhere else for all my familys Harley Davidson needs oh yeah i forgot my wife wanted a bike to they lost 50.000 in one day cause of there attitudes

Called first thing this morning and asked if they could inspect my bike - sure, bring it along. Got there and Adam was his usual cheery self and did it right away. Then (of course) I asked if they could replace the battery - done and done! I had to be back by noon and rolled in right at 12 oclock. Very easy to deal with and now I dont have to carry a battery tender just in case Thanks, guys!

We came here for the annual Bike Week tent sale. Its a nice dealership with lots of bikes to checkout. The deals were excellent as well. There wouldve been more happening if we wouldve came on s weekend.

Womens clothing section was complete chaos. We found it very difficult to shop and left without purchsing. The rack were crammed.
