Picked out my dream home here. So many open to walk through and you dont get pestered by the staff and they are very helpful when you do need them. Houses are so customizable too and the prices are not as bad as I had anticipated. Makes me think it could be within our reach to own one someday soon.

I like this place. They have a large selection of homes finished nice so you get the whole picture. Troy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely worth the trip to Rochester to look at if you’re interested in prefab homes.

Great until you actually buy something from them. No communication, had to go there and get the final keys and return there lockbox myself. All they care about is their final payment then you are on your own. To write all the challenges and issues we had with them would take forever. Have steered alot of people away from them.I am sure this review will be deleted...

We sat down for a meeting and went over everything only to find out from the banker as they blew us off that they were not going to build for us. Houses are substandard as they don’t do VA anything because the VA is too astringent! Banker stated we needed to get everything done with him and then he would call them and they would then talk to us! Felt like I was dealing with the Mafia. When we left the office and picked out our design etc. they had all of our facts and told us everything was good only to find out they didn’t want to deal with our bank and unless we had $50,000 down they would not build our house! When we started this transaction we spoke with Mark who was suppose to get back to us and didn’t and then we tried to deal with Troy who blatantly led us on and lied to us! A regular bank didn’t even need that much money down to help us achieve our dream! A wise person once told me, “You can always catch a thief but you can never trust a liar!” Buyers seriously Beware!”

The staff here is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. You cant go wrong choosing to work with New Style Homes!
