We purchased a new modular home from them. The process was going pretty smooth. Communication is not a strong suit of theirs, however. We have lived in our house for two months and the furnace stopped working a week ago. We took the necessary steps to find out what was wrong. Through this process we contacted homes of harmony a few times. Jason came out and told us what was wrong and fixed it and said it shouldnt happen again. The next day we are without heat AGAIN. Jason had given us the phone number of the guy they hired so when it went out again we called him and to this day havent heard back from him. We had to call a furnace repair company to come out and tell us the person homes of harmony hired to connect the gas lines did not do it correctly resulting in moisture getting into the line. Now there is a part that needs to be replaced. So we had to pay $220 to have the tech come out and now have to pay whatever the parts and labor cost to replace what wasnt done properly two months ago. Homes of Harmony doesnt care. I would not ever recommend doing business with them.

You can only speak to one person about prices. If theyre not in or busy good luck cuz not a single other staff can answer the most basic questions.Almost all other businesses expect their employees to be able to answer quetoions not just one certain individual who happens to not work Mondays, but other times I call if hes not in or hes busy no luck getting answers. I dont even know why they have a receptionist or any other staff in that matter. Just get an automated voice setup because they obviously dont contribute to getting people answers.

Well, I cant even get a price on the purchase of a new modular home. Ive called 3 times over the last 3 weeks. The first 2 times I was directed to Bill the salesmans voicemail still without a call back. The third time I complained so I was directed to someone who was going to contact the builder to help with prices and call me back within a day or 2. That was a week and a half ago. If you cant even trust the customer service why would you ever purchase a home from them...
