The Staff treated me like I had been going there for years and Ive never been there. Very helpful and friendly. I ended up getting a 24 tube cut in 3 pieces and picked the rest from the price per lb section.

Been here a few times, good prices and good material. Cashing out could be faster but its ok. Most of the time it takes a very long time to get service and to get material cut, at one point the cuts were wrong. Measure your material before leaving and be ready to wait for it.

Before a friend told me of this place, I was looking around online metal retailers. I need a small and found what I needed on their drop rack. is the They beat everyones price, no shipping as I picked it up, and they cut it to length while I waited.

It was an awful experience to do business with them because of that specific older secretary or owner woman. (dont know her position)Very unethical, mad behavior towards the customer, so dont ask any questions about the product which what they sell, slamming the paperwork on the table! making you feel unwelcome as a customer who spends money there.I do own a business and I can sincerely and honestly say that my customers are my number one priority no matter what. And my reputation is at its highest level.The sad part is, only one persons unprofessional manner causes bad business practice for entire business.I will not shop there again.

If youre looking for a great source of material for just about anything, this is one place Id go first. Im just a retail customer buying small quantities and they have no trouble working with me even though Im probably one of their smallest customers.
