I had a fairly bad experience with this company, which ended up costing me around $500 dollars for a new pump. They reached out to me directly and we had a constructive conversation about ways they can improve their service moving forward and they are taking those steps to improve. That is a rare thing that I found really very pleasing. Thank you and I am changing my review from a 1 to a 3.

They test pool water, and sell chemicals. I feel like they have been quite honest, and our pool has been very healthy following their advice. I know there are many different schools of thought on this though. They do also sell pools and hot tubs, and pools toys and other equipment.

They are draining the pool at my apartment complex right now and one of the staff is verbally abusing the others. He is shouting expletives at them and being so condescending. He is literally yelling, so I can hear him as I work from my office. How unprofessional and disgusting that this person is representing your company.

Beautiful views of the mighty Mississippi River as well as portions of Wisconsin are seen from the lookouts at Pikes Peak! Numerous hiking trails varying in length for all levels. Great family stop! Reasonable camping prices as well.

My hot tub kept “turning off...,” Erik and Jackie diagnosed that a filter needed changing. That did it! (They had the filter right on their truck)! Then they helped me fill the hot tub, and put a special device on the faucet that really made it easier for me to fill the tub! All my issues were solved. So Thankful. They awesome to work with!

Purchased a hot tub this summer from Thatcher and had THE BEST experience with the business and especially with Tanya. The entire process from choosing our hot tub to set up went very smoothly and we are so happy with both our experience and product. Our experience with Thatcher Pools has been absolutely fantastic! Tonya was so helpful and knowledgeable. She’s just a gem! She worked with us through a few styles of pools and placements until we decided on what was best for our yard. They did a site visit to determine that we had enough space to accommodate the pool. We went with an above ground rectangle radiant but had it partially buried into the ground. Ben came to dig out our backyard, installed the pool and within a few days we were swimming in our very own pool. Any questions we have had have been answered immediately, even after they were done with the install. The Thatcher team is a well oiled machine, years of experience throughout this family business. If your considering a pool or hot tub, this is where you should go.

I worked with Kali during the entire purchase process and she was beyond accommodating with my concerns and requests. Very happy with the delivery service as well. The gentlemen delivering were careful not to hit any nearby plants or buildings and even swept up the street after they finished.

Stopped while visiting in Rochester. Even though we would not be purchasing due to the long distance from our home, Tanya took a great deal of time going over the features, benefits, and maintenance requirements of each brand. She was extremely helpful although she knew she would not be making a sale from the time spent. Tanya was extremely knowledgeable of the products offered by Thatcher, and the benefits of buying from a dealer. She looked up dealers near our hom and provided brochures of the products available along with her cats and contact info if we thought of further questions.We were so impressed with the welcoming, knowledgeable staff that we would strongly recommend this business if you are in the market for any of the products Thatcher offers, which are many.

We had a wonderful experience with our Hot Spring Spa purchase at Thatcher Pools and Spa. We worked directly with Tanya who helped us pick out our spa, answered all of our questions and even helped us coordinate a patio install and electrical work for it! We subsequently had an issue with our spa steps over the winter and Tanya quickly had it replaced under warranty. She has always been extremely available and responsive with any of our questions following install. Overall it has been a tremendous experience working with Tanya and Thatcher Pools and Spa--highly recommended.

We have several options a lot closer to home but Thatchers is well worth the 2 hour drive for us. If we cant make it there they ship anything wed need! Id like to take a minute to share our positive experience working with Thatcher Pools and Spas. Tanya was so patient with us and our 300 different options that we discussed from new to used, small to big and everything in between. I have had nothing but bad experiences with Thatcher pools. Once you buy a pool..you are on your own. I was not prepared for what I needed to install my pool...so was unable to use it for most of the summer. When things go wrong..you are on your own. I now have a leak. Called and was told to find the leak and patch it. No help whatsoever. I would never buy a pool from them again. Very disappointed.

We shopped around for a spa and Doug the salesman was by far the most knowledgeable. They set up for delivery that week, provided a start up kit and were all extremely friendly and professional. Doug came out to our house to teach us about the spa and water testing. We would recommend them to anyone looking into buying a pool or spa and we will be life long costumers!

We recently bought a home with a pool and Thatcher has been so helpful with getting us up and running! They offer pool school which was great for novice pool owners like ourselves. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Dom who replaced the liner and got the pool up and running and showed me how to operate it. Also thanks to Kaitlin who has answered my many questions and taken the time to help find replacement pieces and user manuals for our very old equipment!

The staff at Thatcher Pools, especially Doug have been so great to work with! From choosing the right pool for our family and space, through the installation and all of the follow-up questions, Doug has been extremely knowledgeable and available. I bought my first hot tub from Thatcher in January. I had a great experience working with the Thatcher team. Tanya came out and helped with the initial chemical set-up. I had a chemical imbalance and over the phone she was able to help me figure out what the issue was and get the chemicals balanced again. They have been friendly, easy to deal with, and extremely accomodating. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to go back to them in the future for all my hot tub needs.

I have been a customer with Thatchers since the 80s. I am currently on my 3rd hot spring spa. The staff from top to bottom is top notch. I have had a few issues with my newest hot tub and they worked hard with the manufacturer and with trips out to fix it at no cost to me. I highly recommend them! They stand by what they sell.

She not only listened to what we needed (and wanted), but she arranged for our finalist choices to be on the floor so we could try them out.She was a prompt emailer, and did everything she said she would. We had to arrange a crane to move our old tub and replace it with the new, and she arranged all that and even split the cost with us!Ben was fantastic on site, and even did some problem-solving regarding the type of lid wed need.Truly, its rare to find a company so enthusiastic, so attentive, and so responsive to our needs. Let me start from the very beginning...my husband wanted a hot tub in the worst way. He set up an appt with Tanya told her which spas we were interested in and had them filled when we arrived. I was so uncomfortable walking in because my husband told me we were testing the ones he had picked. Meaning we would be in swim suits sitting in them. Tanya made me feel right at home. She let us try each one out first explaining each one and then walking away so we didn’t feel rushed. We ended up with a salt water spa and could not be happier! Tanya came out once we had the tub filled showed us what each chemical was and how/when to use it. She reaches out via email at various times to remind us it’s time to drain/fill,and clean/maintain various parts. This makes it so simple!We have had to have them replace our display screen. Tanya set up the appt for her service team to come out. Again, SO SIMPLE. They also came out and moved out tub.I would recommend Tanya to anyone and EVERYONE! She is always there to serve your needs, and made us comfortable from the second we walked through the door!

We were greeted when we walked in and asked about a spa cover lift. He showed us what they had and explained the merits of each, with pushing for a sale. Very knowledgeable, they also had coffee tea and hot chocolate for customers.

Our hot tub heater quit working on a Friday night. I called Thatcher for service on Saturday morning and they arrived in a timely manner and fixed the problem immediately. They provide excellent customer service!

When you analyze to hire a new maintenance pool company you  should be really carefully. I pick this new company just because of the reviews. But the day that they went to open my pool; they told me that the pool heater isnt working any more. They did an estimate for a new water pool heater and I found the exactly same one online for $700 less than the one that they are charging me. I spoke with them and they said they cant  compete with the internet prices so I decided to go with another company who gave me a $500 less deal in total costs.
