Bisig Oil has been our provider since 2002. We ate leaving them ONLY because we are buying a new home and moving from.Honeoye Falls to Farmington, to a home that is gas/electric. Bisigs deliveries are always spot-on..They hsve been with us through a new furnace and a new oil tank and were excellent: prompt, responsive, professional, and forthright. I have had nothing but problems with this company! I never know where they are going to leave the bill and if it will be filled out correctly (things left off, wrong date on it ect.) They wont let me pay with anything but a credit card (I understood in the beginning since I was a new customer) but still wont let me know after almost 2 years! I dont like to use credit cards But I cant put on my bank card because they come whenever they like and skip you when you like. Who knows how much I will need when they chose to come. I almost ran out this past month April, and they hadnt been to me since February!) and called to inquire if they could do less than a full tank (in 2 days it was going to be in the 80s) and he was very nice. Said he could do us the minimum to deliver and be there in 3 days. I was ok with that but worried that I would run into the sediment in the bottom of my tank but the gentlemen said he thought we should be ok for 3 days. They then called to reschedule me to 4 days later!! I called back and told them that I needed the fill since I was almost out and the women scoffed at me and said she guessed she could put me back on the schedule. They came 3 days later and filled my tank the minimum and didnt even write on the bill what it cost or what they were charging!! so who knows how much they charged my card?? If you want a fuel oil company that fills your tank when they feel like it, take as much of your money as they want when they want and scoffs at you when you call then this is the company for you! I however will be going elsewhere!

I went to Bisig after budget issues with another company in LeRoy. Bisig works with you, will deliver when you need it and have good prices. They always get me oil by the next day and seem willing to knock a dime off of the per gallon rate. Thanks for being there!

They refused to give me same day delivery of my heating oil because it was thru heap..tood me i wouod have to wait until next week. they treated me like a second class citizen, like they were doing this for free...there add says 24/7 emergency, its a lie! Go to monroe oil company, they treated me with respect and gave me same day service! I asked to speak to a manager and im pretty sure she handed it to her friend next to her....what a joke this company is!!!
