Good place to get indian groceries and spices, cheaper compared to other indian/international grocery stores in the area. Seems family run. Good friendly people, but slow to move the queue at the counter. Took off one star for that. They seem to stuggle with operating the counter machines, hopefully they will get get a hold of it soon.

They carry everything for Indian cooking that you could possibly need, and the staff is Friday’s helpful if you need help finding things. Fresh produce always on hand to boot! The only drawback is that the aisles are pretty cramped...but I know that they’re moving to a new location soon, which should hopefully fix that!

It is really nice to have an Indian Grocery store like Namaste in Rochester. I have lived in many US cities. Even large cities does not have this good grocery store. Staff and owners are always very nice. Its always very well stocked. And organized. They carry anything and everything indian you need in the store.

This grocer just opened having grand opening. Bought a cheese pie that looked GreekDish spanakopita. Opened the box the item full of mold. Husband thought was spinach. With. Also bag of peanuts stale

Best grocery store in town, a must visit in Rochester, NY. Numerous and countless variety of products from countries all over the world. Fresh sweets, vegetables, and fruits every week. Great selection of food there, I only go for the low carb tapioca chips, but found myself exploring all the unique and tasty foods they have available. Love trying new foods from every culture. They have quite the variety!

Great store with TONS of Indian spices & food selections. It doesnt sell only Indian food there though, they have a wide variety of items. They have a HUGE frozen food section with anything you can think of. You can buy Indian sweets up front & warm, fresh samosa on most days. Prices are good.

I always find fresh vegetables there unlike most desi grocery stores. Best variety of desi grocery on competitive price. Staff is very friendly and available to help. Become a loyalty member and get cash back vouchers which is really cool. Ample parking. Try the shahi kulfi from freezer section, you wont regret it, try mango first.Can be improved - store could be cleaner, spices packets should be properly arranged. Prices should be tag on individial items like daal rice and flour. I struggle to find the prices.

If you want authentic, reasonably priced and exotic ingredients this is the place for you. I love this store. They have a huge selection of spices, flours, teas, frozen foods, and produce. This is the only place in Rochester where I can fresh Jackfruit. This place is a vegan mecca. It looks a tad run down on the outside and on the inside but it is an experience to shop here. All your Indian food needs. Surpriseed to see almost everything here, though there is the obvious difference in texture and taste when it comes to the food originating from India and something made in US . The staff here is super helpful and overall its a good feel. Lots of Indian snacks and sweets. Ready to eat stuffs in frozen section. I was surprised by the choice available for the customer. The only thing I hed the most, the fresh produce is not so fresh. It seems they dont care about the green veggies and fruits. Most of it is rotten. And no one would buy. They should make sure the old and rotten stuff is thrown out.

Excellent place for Indian grocery items. They carry both frozen and fresh produce. I am allergic to PPD which is an ingredient in hair dye. So I checked out their hair care section and found some Henna products with and without PPD. We also took home a dozen samosas at $1 each, and picked 5 pre-made dishes for when I am too lazy to cook from scratch.
