My wife and I wear our masks! One of your baggers wears his on the right side of his neck! Then he whistles and talks over our groceries. When my wife asked him not to continue as he was spitting over our groceries. He blew into his hands and said see my hands are not wet! He missed the point! Your store does a wonderful job of providing needed groceries at very fair prices! Please insure that we all doing our best to get through this pandemic! Thank you!

Had everything I needed and great customer service. Its so easy getting in and out of this store. The fact they had mart carts available and charged is a huge help to me that many places dont provide as well. Great prices and nice to see shelves stocked as well as they were.

I generally wouldnt write a review for Market Basket, because, well its Market Basket. Which is a good thing. However today I tried a location I never went to before. I was very pleased when I asked someone in the bakery were my favorite bagels were. Happened to be in the other end of the store. But they asked me what flavor I liked and went out back to get me a fresh bag. I think it was service with a smile. Not sure because of the mask. They were certainly very nice!

Love market basket but this place needs to work on their long lines. Great people that mean well but if your in a rush dont come here,youll end up spending half a day chit chatting your time away 😂

Always had good prices is clean. Cashiers and badgers leave a lot to be desired. Theyre talking and joking as if you werent even there. Not all of them... some are really good

Was wonderful not having to stop every aisle and explain that I was born with a dysfunctional nasal cavity! I switched to this market basket from Hannaford. it gets to ring and embarrassing to have to say it. I already go through enough this year for something as simple as a face mask that is ineffective anyway.

I can get past the CRAZY busy that they are because they almost always have the freshest foods and great prices.

Prices used to be reasonable. Used to do all my grocery shopping here. But the prices are increasing that they really arent that competitive anymore. Although they have some of the best fruits and veggies, they used to be better.

I am not really a fan of the setup of this Market Basket compared to others in the area.

Its whats clean it also has great pricing also their staff is very knowledgeable of where their items are in each row that can help you with things that you cannot find

Enough with the masks already.

Why wont staff implement the use of masks? Managers are right up front in the store and see people coming in...before they even start to shop- without a mask. 6 feet is voiced between each individual customer at the checkout but what about shopping in aisles with these unmasked nonconformists sneezing and coughing without a mask.

Love this place. Their employees are doing a very good j9b at keeping it clean and safe for shopper during these difficult times.

I like Market Basket for its prices but this particular store has a limited selection of fruit and vegetables, the bananas always seem to be all green, and the whole store has that smell I associate with a poorly cleaned meat room so I shy away from buying meat here unless prepackaged (not in the store). There is a newer Market Basket in Rochester that is much better. The staff is nice and the layout spacious compared to the cramped and hostile environment at Newingtons, which I avoid although it is on my commute.

Its a grocery store.As grocery stores go its pretty good. Its clean, the employees are polite and always helpful, and things are easy to find.The only issue I have and the only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the beef section. If youre looking for things like beef ribs they dont seem to carry them.Not a huge issue but for me it prevents that 5th star.

I love the smaller store because I know where everything is and its not so huge. My only problem is with the seafood dept. Why does the fish always smell? Fresh fish doesnt smell like old fish. Please address this? I got some salmon and it stunk so much I couldnt eat it!. I threw away $10.00!

Everyone is very helpful. The aisles are wide enough so you dont trip over stock people, customers, wheelchairs, or strollers. So clean and neat. I do wish there was a map of the store for when you are in a hurry to find things.

Should have more regasers open because the lines are really long but not there then that its ok.

Market basket rocks. If you cant afford to throw $300 a week to Hannafords, this is your spot.

We still go to the old Market basket in No. Rochester. Have had good luck at the Deli and the meat counter. Prices are still the best around and on the weekends they make sure to have every register open and with a bagger. Love the service!
