I went in expecting to purchase new wedges, but after very helpful dialog and information I left with my own wedges lengthened and re-gripped clubs. Only $60+ and finished in one hour. It was a great experience; I HIGHLY recommend them!

I cant say enough about Paul and the type of person he is. the first nice set of clubs i bought as a young kid was a decade ago Burner 2.0 i found a set online (was a scam attempt) and showed Paul as he was price matching online. Paul informed me that it was not real store as i was about to walk out bummed out Paul Pulled me back and said hed honor the same price id found which was a touch under his cost at the time. This is the reason i continue doing business with Paul and Indoor Indoor Golf. Today I showed up 20 mins to before opening (My own fault) and Paul opened the door early little things like this are why i drive an hour vs. shopping online. Thank you Paul, my Girlfriend is ecstatic about her first set of clubs!

Was in the market for a nicer set of clubs and decided to check out the lightly used clubs. This place is great! The staff here make you feel so comfortable. Theyre very knowledgeable about their products and very willing to help you in any way that they can. I just did a new golf set fitting with Jason. I’m not super familiar with golf and the process of getting clubs. I’ve never had a set that fit me. And Jason helped me for an hour and a half giving me personalized recommendations and I really felt good about getting exactly what I was looking for. I was very disappointed with my visit here. I came in with my son looking for golf club upgrades for both of us. We were in the store for close to 30 minutes and we were never approached by an employee. There were several available employees and many of them walked right past us but yet they jumped right on the opportunity to help any older gentleman that walked in. I will gladly make the trek to the Minneapolis area for my golf needs in the future vs returning here.

This place is amazing. My wife and I are shopping for new clubs and they have been so helpful and willing to let us demo many different clubs in store, and have even let us borrow some to take to the driving range. There hasnt been any pressure to rush into a decision and I dont think I have ever felt more comfortable in a setting like this. Although the entire staff has been friendly, we have mostly been dealing with Paul. He has been amazing through this entire process and we havent even purchased anything from him yet, but we definitely will. My wife and I are definitely not pros, but I feel like Paul takes the time with us as if we are. They are going to get a lot of business from us in the near and distant future.

Great staff that is very helpful and knowledgeable. They are a little bit steep on some of their used equipment prices, but it is worth spending a couple extra bucks to support local and have get great service.

My driver broke 2 days before a golf trip to Florida. Paul quickly helped me find a new driver that fit my swing and he also let me take the club on my trip to try it out. They gave me trade in money for my broken driver when I came back in to purchase the new driver. Great service!

When it comes to getting fit for clubs these guys are top notch. It really helps having a teaching pro on staff to go through the fitting process. Not to mention when it came time to fit my daughter up for her first set of clubs these guys had a large youth selection.Service after the sale was awesome too!I would highly recommend them.

The best service I have gotten at any retail type store, period. They literally let you check out and try clubs before you buy. Their used club selection is as good as E-bay. This store is the epitome of why to buy local whenever you have the chance. These guys know golf, and love what they do. I rarely leave the store without learning something about golf.

Left a 7 iron with them to send off to Ping to get repaired. They put it in a corner and forgot about it. 3 weeks later I call Ping to get the status because I hadn’t gotten it yet. They don’t have a record of it because these idiots didn’t send it off. Typical customer service for today’s standards which is none. These disfuctional morons couldn’t manage a wet dream. Thanks for absolutely nothing.
