Waited about 5 months to get my phone screen fixed. Had to come to the location in person only to find out the order for my screen was cancelled. Called back maybe 2 months later to see if my screen had finally arrived, only for the person on the other end to say yeah its here no one called you no no one called me thats why Im calling to see if the screen is here. Now my flashlight on my phone and anything other than speaker phone doesnt work when I get a call. Do not come here. period.

They had my laptop for 2 weeks and I was originally told that it would be a few days. I gave a $40 deposit. I waited about 5 days and called and was told that they were still waiting on a screen. Fast-forward 2 weeks later there still waiting on a screen at this point I went in and was told that they got a screen it doesnt fit and they need to order another screen. I couldnt even get my deposit back.

They fixed my PS4 quickly and upgraded the hard drive. It was cheaper obviously than buying a new one. Only thing I wish they did better was getting ahold of us when it was done. That’s the only thing keeping it from being 5 star. I will definitely use them again if I have any issues with other equipment.

Kid was nice but I told them I tried multiple power supplies for my broken xbox and they still charged the 40 to try other power supplies. Not a 1 star because I aint mad they couldnt fix it but not higher then 3 because they tried other power supplies then determined they couldnt do anything else even though I told them its not a power supply issue. would still come back if I had an issue with something else just not an xbox.

Brought an item in for repair and got it back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Not to mention after all said and done the repair that was supposed to take a week originally took 3.....and after their failed attempts to fix what they broke got it back to me 3 months later still broke but with a new screen....if you call the place you almost never get an answer .....when you walk in the kid behind the counter will tell you hes a manager.....hes not.....just save yourself the aggravation and go to a place that actually conducts themselves as a business should the 20 bucks youll save isnt worth what this place will put you through

Great work.Great price.Poor communication.They repaired my Xbox One and it works again which is nice but it took sometime and got very mixed messages. I received a text it should be done tonightJust tell me when it is for sure done.I would recommend but be mindful you will have to contact them for updates.

Dont go here! They are terrible. I brought my ps4 in to get it fixed, they didnt. They said it was my hard drive that was broken, which was not the case. They did not fix the problem. They still took the money. They said it would take 2 days, took a week. I get that their busy but come on.

Worker appeared to be as high as a kite when the laptop was dropped off. After giving me a quote, kept the computer for several days, didnt answer their phones and then said the couldnt repair but wouldnt return the $50 deposit. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and common coutesy.

I took my iBuyPower desktop PC to these guys because it suddenly wasnt booting up. I had some defective RAM. Shawn, the lead tech, got me in and out FAST. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I even brought him a philly cheese steak for getting the work done so fast!

I was told 3 different times that my PS4 console was ready only to get there and find out it wasnt. And when I did pick it up it didnt work. Dont waste your time or money.

Needs a Zero option! Terrible from beginning to end, kept my computer for over a month, never updating me on anything, never answered the phone when I called and never fixed my computer. Still trying to get my money back from them...DO NOT GO! Anywhere else is so much better

I wasn’t ecstatic about the customer service but they did clean my laptop I will say the lack of communication was the most annoying thing and how they don’t answer the phone but they did get back to me thru text faster. The clean up took 5 days I paid 104 for all this to be done 89.99 before tax not bad my computer is working fine. This just wouldn’t be my first option but if your looking for a cheap price to get something fixed they could do it not rude but not really customer oriented at least the gentleman I dealt with when going in but thank you fir removing my virus I appreciate it so much.I wasn’t sure but ok thank you for the info and yes he did a good job honestly and I get it also being covid that’s why the time period it took wasn’t a big deal thank you again for replying .

Took my iPad to have cracked screen repaired... took 5 months for them to get the screen supposedly do to covid but that’s understandable... upon pick up my Home Screen button didn’t work and he stated that he will order another part for it... 4 months later... I call to see if it’s completed and they say yes it’s ready... I pick it up today and my zero and delete on the screen don’t work. I wouldn’t recommend them for iPad repair to anyone!!

If i could give 0 or Negative stars i would. Do not come here to get anything fixed. I came here twice. First time it was $90 to get the HDMI port replaced on my PS4. The second time, i went to get the HDMI port re-heated on because it came off since it was so badly made. At first i thought it was $40, then i come to pick it up and they charge me another $53 without even calling me to let me know beforehand that i would be charged more. I know i cant be the only one that this happened to. So dont be another victim of what i went through.

You walk in an the guy at front counter is so high he has no idea what he is doing. Claims he has no phone. They are very unprofessional an has had my tvs for over a month. Been told multiple stories about my tvs an being lied to. Wouldnt not recommended at all.

This place was a nightmare. Brought my PS4 there in April to get fixed.. I should have left after the kid that worked there was very nasty to me and my 10 year old (and wanted him to wait outside by himself because of Covid). But I still gave them my business. Spent $90 dollars on a new hard drive and brought it home and there was still issues with it. I brought it back a couple days later for them to fix it again and they broke the PS4 but didnt tell me that on the phone they waited until I got there which is a 45 minutes drive. They said they would get me a different PS4 and just charge be the $50 it was going to cost me to get it fixed... Well I never heard from them.. Called them a couple times and they Kept saying it should be ready soon but I gave up and just bought my son another PS4. Ive never heard from them. Lost out on $90. DONT GO THERE!

I brought my electronic device into be fixed. I asked the young guy that was in his pajamas if he ever worked on this particular item and if he thinks he could work on it, he would not answer, he only would say it costs $40. He said it would be ready the next day and that he would call me, 3 days went by and I finally called but he still had not worked on it. The next day I called and he told me that my device was fried. I now know that he didnt even look at my device because I took it to one of his competitors and I didnt even have to leave the shop he had it going in 10 minutes and only charged me $15. This place was extremely unprofessional and you couldnt pay me to go back there and deal with that guy/kid. Also if youre wondering if he returned to my $40 he did not. The inside of the place looks like an electronic graveyard as well.

They never answered the phone. I they were supposed to fix my 55inch TV and it took them 3 months to say that they couldn’t find a part. They also sold another 55inch TV with no sound and broken remote. Definitely would avoid.

Fixed 1st prblem with my phone faster than other places I called. Then had a 2nd problem which he fixed on the spot. Next day noticed a different problem that they fixed by end of day. Awesome service. Thanks so much

I dont know what has happened here throughout the years but this used to be a place that was really friendly and really welcoming. Ive always had great luck and success here but today was just really rude and unfriendly. I understand that theres a lot going on right now with this virus and everyone is stressed but simple friendliness courteous kind behavior goes a long way. I called because I was stuck in a pinch and the person on the phone who called me back from my missed call made it sound like it was something that someone would be able to look at today instead of me spending $400 to buy a new receiver. But when I showed up the kid at the door just had a poor attitude from the moment I got there and kept ruminating about the fact that my receiver had 30 screws in it. I understand that its more in depth than maybe other receivers are. but just simple communication nice kind words go a long way. Definitely lost my business.

I had a bad c drive on my ps4.. they fix for $90.. cheaper than anybody else.. thanks.. the only thing when I got it back it had gray paint on it.. he said it was thermal paste.. which never had that on it before I took it in.. thats the only thing with my experience..not too bad..got it back in 2 days.

I dropped of my laptop to have the hard drive replaced. After 3 weeks I picked it up without being repaired. Theres no way to call. The only option you have is leave a text which no one responds to. A personal visit is pointless. The person who takes your equipment apparently doesnt even know the owners name let alone when your computer will be fixed. I should have read the reviews ahead of time. Would have saved me a lot of tim and agravation

They were more concerned about the $40 deposit than the actual problem because they know they cant fix anything. I took my laptop in and it was working i only needed to free up some space and update it and i needed help. Picked it up and it was fried and when I asked Mike what happen he said he did not know. I told them I was on my way to pick it up then I had to threaten to call the sheriff so they could open the door because they locked the door AFTER I called and said I was picking up my laptop at 6pm. They said the doors stay locked because of Covid-19 but the very first time I went in the door was wide open. They never called me I had to call them to get updates. Terrible.

They wanted $90, $40 up front and 3 days just to reset my computer to factory settings. Crazy

Ripped me off, tried giving me a console that wasnt mine, never refunded me my money. Total scam artists. DONT GIVE THEM A DIME OR YOUR TIME!!!!

They did a fine job on the computer itself however the lag time it took to repair the item and the lack of communication with customer made the whole transaction a bit more stressful than it should have been.

The people here are absolutely amazing. I brought in my MacBook Pro which others had told me had a fried motherboard which I was told was a rather broad term. The guy who worked with Macs approached me and told me that he would look at my Mac for free and let me know what was wrong with it. He was the nicest person I ever went to. While others told me that it would cost about $600 to repair the motherboard, the Mac Guy here let me know that he can fix it for only $300. And on top of that, he repaired it within 6 hours and gave me some flattering gifts on the side such as a travel case. These people are really great. After visiting about 6 other stores, I nearly gave up and was going to sell my computer. But these people showed me that there are great people who actually are willing to help you and not there to just take your money. Good job Fix My PC, keep up the hard work.

Horrible place. They never get back to you as far as whats going on with your equipment so you have to keep trying to get a hold of someone to see and then they expect you to pay for the repair before its even been worked on.

I was thrilled with my experience here! Computer power supply went due to another PC-repair shop putting a large video card in my computer (at my request) and them not realizing it would tax my power supply. So that place told me to order a new power supply, (the same one), and they would put it in. Wasnt feeling right so I came to Fix My PC. They told me it was indeed the power source but also noticed my large video card and told me it was going to tax my power all over again and I needed a larger one, which they had in stock. How awesome they went beyond just replacing it, but diagnosed a future problem before it happened!Great service, very competent, wonderful treatment by the receptionist, and a very fair price. I will be back for any future needs. Highly recommend!

Had my tv for over 2 months waiting for a screen from the warehouse that was never informed to me when i dropped off or called about the status of tv. Still never got a time as too when i would get a screen. Never gives a straight answer. Always gotten an attitude whenever i called. Had to use my phone while at the shop to call the manager due to them not having a line in the business.. Had to help the tech(which was stoned both times i came in) move tv`s just to get my Tv back. Place smells like Weed and incense.

I sent my mom and my sister here a few years ago and when ever we have issues this is where we go. I have known them from before they relocated from Denise rd on lake ave. They are very experience at what they do and they dont over charge you, they are very fair with there prices. They have gotten alot busier so be patient with them and they will take care of you, good people there.

Awesome, I ordered a lamp bulb and it didnt seem to be bright as a new one should be. I called them to let them now they ordered another one that day no questions asked had the new one two days later. Looks so much better. I will be going to them for my repairs.

My college computer was acting up, turning off on me. I took it to Fix My PC and within 2 hours after dropping it off, the technicians were able to tell me that my motherboard was having problems and there were a couple of things we could do to make my computer work again. The technicians spent a good 40 minutes discussion all my options, even going as far as giving me details about the best and cheapest course for me, which was of course, getting a new laptop. They asked me a bunch of questions to help me find the perfect laptop for my use while I was in college. They also made sure I got all my data off my other computer. I am so thankful! All in all, it took about 4 days for Fix My PC to get my new laptop to me, which is pretty fast. I am going to tell all of my friends and family to go to Fix My PC because I know that the service theyll get will be amazing and fast.

I went in to sell my laptop and the manager was honest with me. He wouldnt pay that much for it so he gave me some leads of places that might pay more. I really appreciated his honesty.

I would rate them a zero if I could. As we speak Im filing a criminal complaint against them for damages but authorities wont be able to do anything w/ them. I took my laptop there because it wasnt charging; the port in the pc wasnt working. I get the laptop back after 1.5 weeks of waiting & the screen is totally cracked in multiple locations. I call them back to inquire as to what happened & the owner immediately blames me for dropping it despite the fact I tell him I even carried the laptop into his establishment w/ a laptop case & theres no way in hell that it was cracked before I gave it to him. I press him further, simply wanting an explanation, & he just blames me even more even going so far as to say the reason Im doing this is because hes black. I simply ask for a total refund, just wanting the encounter to come to an end & move on, & he gets even more irate, yelling at me, asking me what hes going to do about the $50 part he put into my laptop along w/ the labor (no matter the fact that I payed for that part; he charged me for it). Just a very angry person in general it appears.I would never go back to these people; the establishment itself is rather shady....I should have walked out immediately but oh well, lesson learned. Now Im out $160 & an even more damaged laptop then when I gave it to them in the first place. Would never recommend them, ever. Please save yourself the time & the cash. There are many other, much more respectable & professional places in the Rochester area to take your electronic devices to. But not here. Youve been warned.

Absolutely dreadful, no pun intended. Took in my laptop just to see if they can repair my keyboard. $40 for a diagnosis and Two days passed with no call back. Finally call back and they couldnt repair. Im fine with that until I give them an extra day to pick it up only to find out that its still disassembled and Mr. Bob Marley didnt look like he know what he was doing as he put everything back together without the battery!!! Tells me to come back in an hour cause its been a while that he actually work on a PC!!! Are you serious? Im waiting on a call when he gets it back to functional status. Definitely a waste of time.

Horrible. I gave them my tv to fix . 3 days went hy and i never got a call . i called them and they said they are going to call the warehouse to see if they have the the part and it would take 3 days but they would call. I gave them 5 days and still did not receive a call . for me to call in AGAIN and to tell me the same thing again about waiting another few days to see if the warehouse has the piece 😑 i just went back to get the tv. Its was too frustrating and unorganized .

I had an accident with my wifes mac laptop to say the least. From talking with the owner Vince to the employees, Sam, Shaun, and James everyone was top notch! Sam helped me save my wifes data from the old mac to our new desktop! I am not very computer savvy and the gentlemen at Fix my PC are great to work with and make it easy to understand. They fixed this whole mess i made in just a couple hours! I am more than satisfied and would highly recommend them for any tech needs. From building custom computers, to fixing tvs or anything at all I cant say enough about the staff they have. Thank you again Fix My PC and hopefully I wont need you again but I know where Im going if I have any future computer problems!!!!

Worst scammers ever!! They sold me a $500 refurbished desktop computer that had never ending issues. After the third time i took it back to be repaired they had the nerve to try and CHARGE ME. When i payed over $500 cash to basically lug the monstrosity to and from their store every other week!? no thank you! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! I couldnt afford the balanced owed for the latest repair so they kept the piece of junk but NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY. The owner is nothing more than a blowhard that uses unethical sales practices and loophole fine print. Took my computer I built there around a year ago. To get a data transfer and get it to boot well. Was fixed within a day. Recently got a new mobo and case for sli. Plan on taking it there again for another data transfer. Let you all know how it turns out.

Brought in my 65 inch tv for them to fix then charged me 65 dollars just to tell me i should buy the same tv off Amazon bring it to him so he could swap out the parts needed then return the tv. I highly advise that no one support this business owner is a scum bag trying to take advantage of everyone he can

I broke my tablet glass on the floor a veterinarians office, and a woman waiting told me about Fix My PC.They were not able to repair it, but gave me the name and directions of a place that could! I decided to by a small refurbished lap top while I was there, and it ended up being too slow for my needs.I called the next day and spoke to Vince, who took his time, listened and told me bring it back.He helped me out with a different laptop, and discounted the price for my inconvenience!I could not have been more pleased with the customer service provided by Vince and the other young men in the shop!

Guaranteed they could fix my tv, was told if they broke my tv they would replace it. Ended up breaking my tv and came up with lame excuse how it wasnt their fault and would not replace it.Very shady, do not trust them with your things.
