The people that mow our lawn bumped into the gate and pulled the gate out from its hinges. Gave this fence company a call, and Ted came out the very next day and fixed it. And he did it for a very reasonable price. When he saw how the gate was broken, he simply said Its not a big deal, I can fix it. I like that in a contractor. Some contractors might come in and act all overwhelmed so they can charge you an arm and a leg. Not this guy. You can tell hes very honest.

I called 3 weeks ago to have a representative call back for an appointment and they never called me back. I guess they didnt need my business. Too bad. I found another contractor that appreciates our business.

Very excited to complete our fence this year. With covid, we anticipated a wait for install. Ted and crew were punctual, respectful, and cleaned up everything. They interacted in such a positive manner with my kids while we were inspecting the finished product. Will 100% recommend to friends and family.

Ted provided an estimate and agreed to do my fence installation but stopped returning my calls and emails to schedule the install. I am very disappointed in the way he conducts business and treats his customers. All it would take is communicating that he is no longer able to help me with my project, but instead he ignores calls and emails. I do not recommend this company.

These guys were great, I give them a 10 for, personal, installation and product. From the time of our estimate to the job completion was around 2 weeks! Fantastic turnaround. Highly recommended from us. Thanks Ted and your staff!

Ill take pics and post them tomorrow. Ted came over Friday and admitted it was a shoddy job. Gate ripped away from post. $950 later! He said hed come over Friday afternoon and NEVER showed. After many unanswered calls, I resorted to this. Ill see him in Small Claims Court.

Somebody came to my house a week late and I never receive the estimate by email as they told me I called many times and they do not answers the callsI will definitely look for another company that is responsible with the customer.

Ted Bates and his crew are top notch. The fence looks incredible, and he worked with me to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Our house is in the city and there were some tricky installation points - this was not an issue at all. His crew cleaned up after themselves. Strongly recommend!

Roc City did an excellent job on our 144 foot black 4 chain link fence. They were a fair price and showed up on time when straight to work, completing fence in around 4 hours. They were also were booked up till July of this year, however they found an opening to squeeze me in earlier. They did not leave any mess and the fence looks great!

I’m a newer homeowner and needed a wooden privacy fence for 350 linear feet - I called and got six quotes but Roc City Fence was only one of two companies to come out the day after I contacted them to see the job site and give me a legitimate quote.After speaking to a few other companies, many of which spoke ill of other companies or individuals, I chose Roc City Fence. Not only are the prices very fair but Ted is an honest, punctual, and professional business owner. He was flexible with my schedule and was willing to meet me on my lunch break to pick up the deposit for the work. He was able to start the job less than a week after I picked them, too. Ted and his crew were able to finish the entire fence in just over 2.5 days - and we could not be happier with the quality, look, and privacy of the fence but also the space it gives our two dogs to run around off leash.Towards the end of the job Ted let me know that the quote was higher than he ended up spending on materials and he charged me $300.00 or so less than the quoted price (which I never would have known, he could have easily kept that money as profit). I am absolutely blown away by his honesty, integrity, professionalism, quality, and customer service. He never spoke poorly about any of the other fence companies I mentioned getting quotes from. The whole crew was so efficient and friendly. They never made me feel like a burden if I was asking questions or had any concerns about what was being done. These guys are phenomenal. Ted called me back literally a minute after I emailed him last Sunday to schedule an appointment to come assess my damaged fence.
