We wanted to rent a towable boom. We talked to Jake from their rental department on Thursday. He explained what they had and what the rental process is like. Ziegler didnt have what we needed close to home. Wed have to travel a ways to go get it, thats fine. We called the next, Friday to get the rental shored up. We were then informed by Corey that we needed liability and damage insurance. They dont provide this. Corey said it usually takes two days to get this processed, but well try to get it done. I will have to contact my own insurance agent to get the coverage on this equipment. But personal insurance companies dont offer this type of coverage. The people at ziegler didnt know who would offer this type of insurance. I am disappointed in the whole process. Its easier to rent from someone else and that is also what the last guy I talked to at Ziegler said.
