Great very helpful

The gentleman at the counter was very polite and nice. I asked him for help on getting tape for a bath van for one of our projects. I left and returned 15mins later because it turned out that my guys needed duct tape. I tried to return the original tape with receipt in hand. I then learned that for cash paying customers there isnt any returns allowed. I asked the nice gentleman how much for a roll of duct tape. He quoted over 25.00 for that single roll. I said, Well keep the original tape and the duct tape. I wont be needed them at all I took my receipt left the tape in anger and went to Menards for a 5.00 roll of Duck Tape. Maybe there is a sign somewhere that says cash paying customers arent allowed to return the product. I didnt see it, but now Im out about 18.00 dollars and dont plan to return. Rich Maki
