So many things to look at in here. Christmas, not Christmas. Snack, food, coffees. Meds, decorations, disposable cups. My oh my.Always a great trip when I come here.Prices are very reasonable.

Love this place, such a variety of things. Not just Christmas stuff! All holidays. So many baskets, good prices. I could spend hours in there (and have). They dont have clothes, but they have just about everything else!

Love this store. You can find good buys, or you can spend a fortune. Up to you on what you want to spend. Great selection.

Prices are getting higher. A box of Nabisco Graham crackers were $3.99. Dollar store quality handsoap was $1.29. Same stuff you can buy at the dollar store. Blankets and sheet set priced like you are in a high quality store. A little 2 diameter painted pot was $4.99. Not many deals is the store anymore.

Still a lot to ponder. They took out a lot of the teas and coffee. I miss the the good mugs for coffee. But great deals on bedding, some food and makeup and shampoos are a deal. Seasonal items are always needed: shovels, patio chairs, kleenex, frames, candles and much more.

Such a fun place to shop and browse!! This is the go to store for a fantastic variety of curtains at a super cheap price. Even the decorative curtain rods are cheap. Even though Im not one to buy a ton of stuff for decorating my house (I hate clutter) I still love to go in and look. Lots of great stuff and pretty reasonable.

Employees are nice but most of the items are cheap China made stuff. The quality of items is super cheap. Some prices are okay. I have bought a few items, mostly a seasonal item here and there but overall the products are cheaply made. The products at big lots are much better quality for the cost.

Had an awesome experience tonight buying a much needed dining room set. The price was amazing for a 7 piece! Tami was an amazing help, but I was incredibly grateful for the hard work and ingenuity of Andrew and Anthoney who worked magic getting the huge box into my van. They moved things around, worked around a dresser I had in there as well as a stroller. I am so grateful for their patience and persistence with making this happen for me!! Thank you all!!

Love this store. Always stop when we visit rochester

I typically shop in the back of the store and always find neat snacks, coffee flavors and small grocery items. Their travel section is great, as my husband travels frequently so trial size items are perfect! At times, Ill find cute decorations, candles etc. Its a neat little store with low prices and you never know what youll stumble upon .

Still lots of good stuff at decent prices. Their selection is not as good as it was in the past

Dont enjoy any other store half as much as I do the Christmas Tree Shop. They literally have EVERYTHING. Clothes, dishes, toys, seasonal, foods, games, knick knacks, bath and beauty......you need/want it THEY got it!!!

Christmas tree store had something for everyone. From its name sake they have everything from Christmas decorations to groceries to toys for the kids. The store was clean and well stocked. Ill recommend that you visit and see for yourself.

Fun store with different unique finds for low prices

Its always very busy there, so forget social distancing. Some prices are good, but for cosmetics and personal products, the prices are better at Walmart. Decor items are in abundance, for all seasons. A fun, if not cramped experience!

Difficult store to describe. I dont go by myself. I wouldnt normally be interested. However, each time I accompany my partner we usually leave with a purchase. Usually of the tchotchke variety.

Not surprising that this location was packed on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Store was well organized and stocked. Checking out was very easy -even with a huge line.

My favorite place to shop when I dont have a list!!

The store had what I wanted and it was easy to find. What I was very disappointed with was the checkout. The line was long and slow. The checkout area was lined with small items for sale that enticed customers to break out of their social distancing. Once in line there was no way to escape. There werent enough checkout clerks. I was very uncomfortable.

Great Shopping experience

I was there today to stock up on my favorite tea, which only you carry and get some jam. I love your kitchen towels, but the are sooo high up than no human can reach them. You need to provide a pole to shoppers, so they can retrieve an item this high. How about devoting some space lower down, so that a 5’6” woman can reach them. Thanks for your consideration.

I love shopping here for knick knacks and what not. Everything is always organized and color coordinate which makes it easy to know what works where if you know what I mean.

The place just didnt seem like it did last year. The atmosphere just didnt seem the same. Maybe something to do with covid.

Was disappointed that there was no cat or small pet section anymore.

I hate Christmas Tree Shops only because... I walk in looking for one thing and I walk out with a cart full of items! This is probably a personal problem, to be honest, but with the great prices and variety of items it made sense that my quick visit ended up taking at least an hour. I wish they had more locations in Rochester, but its always worth the pilgrimage to Henrietta!

I love coming here. Its a great store for wandering around and looking at stuff. I rarely come out empty handed! Great selection of dinnerware and glassware as well as table linens and knickknacks. They also have inexpensive picture frames that dont look cheap!
