This place is nowhere for a minority to go to. I brought my daughter there we were very excited to be there with plenty of money in hand, but when we went into the store we looked around and realized we needed help, nobody would help us. There was a worker behind the desk on their phone that saw that we needed help and did not help us at all. We stood there for 20 minutes before just leaving. I know where Im not wanted and we were not wanted there at all. By the way I tried not to give any stars but I couldnt, but this place get 0 stars from me.

Erin is extremely knowledgeable and kind to customers. She was able to fulfill our dancers’ needs, and discuss future services that she would be available for. HIGHLY recommend the boutique!

Erin was amazing with my daughter and explaining how all brands of shoe fit differently and how to get them on and off as they were a little difficult. Anytime we have gone to get whatever it is we need the experience is always amazing! Definitely recommend

Don’t understand all the great reviews. Brought my daughter here and it’s her first time dancing. The sales clerk was very rude. Didn’t help at all. Threw the box of shoes on the floor & walked away. We needed to find other things but I bought the shoes and left. Not giving this place my business ever again and will not be back here. Sad that i gave them the money I did but we were in a pinch.

They have all the basics and lots of fun costumes too. Ran in for emergency footless tights and walked out with a feathered jazz costume.

We went here for years; however, we wont go back after the latest experience! Dont go there for your pointe shoe fitting. My daughter was improperly fit in a very narrow pair of Grishko shoes and was told her toes should not touch the floor. Having not done pointe before, we went on her recommendation. After her dance teacher saw the fit, she said they were not right. We returned on several separate occasions to try and get them right. After leaving frustrated and exasperated, we went to Baileys. She was fitted in a pair of Spotlight shoes and was able to get on her box and feel the floor as you should. We wasted over a month of missed class time and over a $100 on a pair of shoes that cannot be returned or worn so they are decorating my daughters wall in her room.

They are always very helpful, especially being a single dad
