Everyone from purchase to install were very friendly and knew there product. Measurement and install by Solid Surface NY went very smoothly the area was cleaned when completed. Purchased at Home Depot and again everyone was fantastic. The finished project was perfect.

Extremely happy with my new countertops! Shane was very helpful and guided me through all the options and helped me choose the right granite countertop for my project. Chris Singleton came to do the installation and he was courteous and professional and did a great job. When he was done, he cleaned up and left my kitchen cleaned and free of debris. Before leaving he went over the details of the install with me. Definitely recommend this company; everyone I worked with from beginning to end has been great and profesional, and the final product was amazing.

Due to COVID-19 it was a long wait, but the finish product was spectacular and worth the wait. The Install Team, Chris Singleton was very professional and tidy. Took time to explain the care of countertop. Although my house is old and the walls were not straight (really bad) he was able to put the countertop back splash on where you were not able to tell. SUPERB installation!!! Love it!

The installation went very smooth and I attribute that to the professional installer Chris Singleton who performed the delivery and install. Initially I was frustrated with Solid Surface because I has been waiting for months for the install because of their initial lead time. That was understandable with the delays created by the pandemic this past year. However when my date became close I was excited to hear I was the first delivery and install of the day. That excitement ended when two days later their install scheduler notified me that I went from first in the morning to the last delivery of the day. I had already lined up my other contractor of the morning install so of course I then had to readjust with them. That all said my impression of their company was very disappointing. Chris Singleton and his helper clearly raised my customer satisfaction back to rating this work a 5 Star. He was an expert in handling the granite material, careful with my other items on the property during the install and very attentive to detail.

Chris and his team did a great job installing our new quartz countertops. The seams are basically invisible. They were friendly, helpful and cheerful even while dealing with a van malfunction and having to carry the countertops all the way from the street.

They are true craftsmen and took pride in their work. As well, they were happy to explain things as they were working. I am a designer for a company that sells counters made by Solid Surface and a client of mine recently had them install a new vanity/makeup area for her. After some unforeseen issues regarding the sinks she bought, the team had to leave as they could not install the counters without these sinks. They were doing a job right down the road fortunately and so before they left to head back to Rochester (we live in Olean) they checked with my client to see if she had resolved the sink issue, which she had. They graciously came back to install her top well after 5 pm. She loves the new counters and was very thankful to them for coming back to finish the job that day. Joe, the install lead, was fantastic and did an incredible job on the spot coming up with a creative solution for our blue Skye quartz counters. The whole install was smooth and looks amazing. Feel terrible for not remembering the other guy’s name who was also fantastic. The second crew that came a few days later for minor touch-up items was really awesome too. What an exceptionally run team of men and overall great service provider to the Rochester area.

Terrible customer service! I waited 2 months to get my counter top installed,, had to reschedule because of shortage of materials. I contacted my account manager to reschedule, no response. She was an absolute disaster. Take your business elsewhere they are too busy to provide/care for your business....All I heard we are fully booked till Fall, so we don’t care!

Mitch and Cory did an excellent job installing my countertops. They went above and beyond. There was a slight defect in the island countertop and Cory did his best to fix it. He lessened the problem, but it wasnt gone completely so he made sure there would be a service person scheduled to come out and fix it properly. They were very respectful of me and our property. The install team, Corey and Mitch, arrived on schedule. From the moment they arrived, the install went flawless. They immediately protected our new kitchen floor, took a look around the job site and started the installation. They took great precaution during the removal of the sink CUT-OUT area of the Quartz countertop. They installed all 3 pieces with perfection, measuring fit and evenness in numerous locations. They did a drop in of our sink to check the fitting...all perfect. Both Corey and Mitch covered the care and maintenance requirements. They both cleaned up the work area and all the countertop surfaces. Job completed in approx an hour. We cannot say enough positive about this experience. Its great to watch and talk with true professionals in a skilled field. Both Corey and Mitch are a huge asset to this company. We are very pleased with the results of our countertops! We had a chip come off the edge on the seam of our granite countertop. The service tech did an amazing job of fixing it and making it blend in with the countertop. The install team arrived right on time. The company sent additional man power due to the size, weight and shapes of the countertops. After the initial setup was completed (setting the tops and fine cutting to properly fit the countertops to the cabinets) 2 of the installs left for another job. The 2 remaining installers, Craig Heberle and CJ were very polite and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job of completing the installation. There was one seam (unavoidable due to the size) which they did a very professional and excellent job of concealing (the seam team). Overall we are extremely satisfied with the entire experience from picking out the top to installation.

We had counter tops installed in our kitchen. on the first visit the installers were not pleased with how the backsplash matched. As a result he rescheduled us for a return visit to replace the backsplash. The new backsplash was installed on 2/23/21 and we are very pleased. The installers for both visits were very professional and polite.
