Will NEVER go back. Most unprofessional and rude employees Ive ever witnessed. Definitely need some customer service training, very disappointed.

This was the second season I worked there and hope to go back next year.

Great place for costume needs. Lots to choose from. I was impressed.

OVER-PRICED... I sadly also agree with Princess Irons. I went in and mainly was looking for decorations but one of the employees followed me back there and I was watched like a hawk, but was never asked if I needed help finding anything. Most everything is OVER-PRICED. I can get some of that stuff at Walmart or Lowes 25-50% cheaper. And same brand if not better quality... But i will admit they have a big selection of costumes, more than Walmart would.

Was followed around the store like my daughter and I were going to steal something. No help was offered, treated very badly! They should get 0 stars, will never spend 1 penny in that sad establishment.

Not their fault Miracle Mile looks a mess due to construction! Nice place, seasonal, a decent collection of costuming pieces, nicer than Spirit

The selection was nice but, I think theyre a bit overpriced for what you get

Huge selection of costumes, gave some decorating ideas. It is a bit expensive but seems like the only place in town you can get any sort of spooky decorations.

Went looking for Halloween outdoor decor. Came away empty. Lots of costumes though.

Only one register worked and they had to call their boss to give him our credit card numbers for it to work....

They know their stuff, and can create different looks pulling items from each and every department
