This was my go-to when I was leaving town. Not anymore. I got stuck in their automatic car wash twice, the one that was updated. Its very stressful to know both doors are down and youre stuck in there and nothing is happening and theres vehicles waiting behind the door wondering what is going on. Never again will I be using a Kwik Trip car wash. Theyre nice when they have to free you but still. It shouldnt be happening that often. Add to that I got gas a couple weeks ago at another Kwik Trip in St. Charles that screwed up my vehicle bad. It was basically stalling while going 60+ mph. I took it in to be looked at and they could find nothing wrong with it. The problem disappeared once I filled it up again. Its just disgusting because I used to like Kwik Trip but after these experiences, I dont think Im going back.

If you need a receipt, go somewhere else.The receipt printers at the pumps are almost always out of receipt tape, forcing you to go inside for one. I have a theory that this is to drive sales of high-margin items (everything) in-store, versus you just buying gas (low-margin) and being on your way.Even stranger is that the pumps will, on occasion, not even OFFER the option of a receipt, but instead cuts right to a Thank You, Come Again! screen.Avoid on windy days, too. Top of a hill. Its like fueling in a tornado.

I buy my gas at the two Kwik Trip store’s in Stewartville. Their employees are always eager to help if I need assistance. Their Bakery is awesome. Can’t get enough of their soups and Mac and Cheese take out. Much lower sodium than your typical cans from the grocery stores. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is that they charge to use their vacuum machine at the car washes. Because of that I usually go to Crossroads car wash because the vacuuming is Free. I only use Kwik Trips car wash on an emergency.Management...PLEASE GIVE YOUR CAR WASH CUSTOMER A FREE VACUUMING OPTION.

Great stores everywhere. Good food selections, good fuel, nice little grocery selection. This location is very busy.

Great groceries selection for on the go shopping. Even has scales for weighing your vehicle. The car wash on its highest paid option couldnt get my windshield clean the bugs are still there. Plenty of stalls.

Always get my gas there when driving to and from Wisconsin thru Minnesota to Iowa and back. .10 to .30 cents cheaper than the Kwik Trip where I live in Wisconsin and the Kwik Star in Iowa even though they are same company. Different prices at each store. Some stores have items for sale that the other stores, same company dont have.

Paid 16 cents for one banana. At a gas station! Other fruit as well. Milk, eggs and prepared foods. Quick in and out for essentials.

After this morning and the terrible experience I had, Im changing my review! I went there to get some gas, I paid at the pump then went inside to get a milk and lottery ticket which should of cost $6.39 and ended up costing me $16.36 with no explanation they couldnt figure out what the mistake was and told me thats what my ticket cost. They wouldnt let me figure it out inside and ordered me to hurry up the transaction and get out, they didnt even give me enough time to enter my number so I could get my store points. I only had a twenty on me and had to get through the rest of the work day without any lunch or breaks, I was on the road all day doing service. Ive had all day to think about what happened and how I was treated in front of a store full of customers. I felt like I was being shamed. I am still very upset and completely feel I was treated unfairly! I will never step foot in this store again!

I pay at the pump because I do not want to go inside. I had to go in wait in a long line for the cashier to not care at all that the pump was out of paper!

Always good to get to Kwik Trips in Rochester after a few days travel. Upgraded location. Excellent presentation of foods ready to go. Just need more organic selections.

Went in to get coffee at 115 am, the karuba coffee machine wouldnt let me get coffee because it needed cleaning. I told the 2 employees that it did and they were too busy talking to do anything about it. As a professional driver who gets coffee before work every morning, this is very unprofessional and their attitudes were uncalled for. Will not be back to this location.

Traveling thru and wanted a quick bite to eat. This is the first Kwik trip I have been to that the condiment i.e. onions tomatoes etc was not filled- just empty space covered with a tote lid. Staff was kind enough to get want we wanted but was out of sauerkraut. Sunday is brat and hotdog day.

Not thrilled with this location! Pumps went down one time I stop; then the next I buy a brat only to find it not cooked to the point it was cold in the middle

Restrooms on the small side but clean, great food options. Limited parking.

Bathroom was disgusting. One toilet was full of pop and another was plugged I think. I tried to flush it twice and it still wouldnt go down. This is the worst I have even seen one of your bathrooms. By the way this is the womens bathrooms.

Good service, I am there a lot and there are a few that greet me by name. Wish they offered coke slushies.
