The store is clean, the service friendly and professional.

Manager name: MoniqueThis manager is extremely rude and very hard to communicate. This person will either laugh on you or ignore you especially if you are asian.I was charged $19.50 for one product. I went back to the store after 15 minutes ( After realizing I mistakenly bought different product) and magically got refund $9.50 only. I wasted half an hour waiting and was told “our system can only refund that” (I was missing my receipt which is my mistake)Note: i was the only one in the line and store was not busy at allI left the store with $9.50 refund after paying double for the product.

I love the employees at this location! Everybody who works here is super sweet and delivers excellent service, and the pharmacy workers do an absolutely stellar job. I got my flu shot and COVID-19 test both done at this location and although Ive always been nervous about medical procedures, the kindness and comfort of the pharmacy staff makes it so much easier for me to do what i need to do with as little hassle as possible.Aside from that, I generally dont do normal shopping here because its somewhat pricey, but I do like to take advantage of the good deals and membership programs when I can!

Clean relaxed store

Dropped money right outside the door and came back less then 15 mins and it was gone. Asked them to run the camera they claim they couldn’t see even though when I looked up it was a camera smack in my face. Horrible customer service and you’ll be in line for hours would not recommend!

Yesterday, December 27, 2020 I wanted to print a picture for someone. It wasnt working for some reason and Stephanie was EXTREMELY helpful. I can not thank her enough for her help getting it done. She is the epitome of customer service. My sincerest thank you. CR

This store is expansive and well laid out. Still has the new store smell. The staff was courteous and a good selection of items. Good location.

The staff is always friendly and ready to help, and the discounts plus extra bucks will keep you coming back. I spent 21$ on 56$ worth of makeup this week. Amazing!

A++ this store is huge, clean and organized, I went in for a red bull and walked from the hospital, cashiers were cleanly dressed and polite and cashed me out with the quickness, thanks for getting me on my way back to the hospital to see my loved one. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CVS OVER DOLLAR TREE!!!!!

As far as the pharmacy department goes, I dont understand why people complain about having to wait 10-15 mins or sometimes more depending on the day to pick up medications. Granted we live in a world where we want instant gratification but filling meds is life or death, its more than putting pills in a bottle and slapping on a label. Why is it that people are ok with waiting 45+ mins to be seated at a restaurant or be seen by a doctor but cant wait for their pharmacist to ensure there are not interactions with their medications that may potentially cause them harm. I could never understand this..

Very new. Very bright. Dont like the parking lot. Cars drive fast into parking lot as customers have to play frogger to get to store entrance. Parking lot entrance should be further away from pedestrian path to store .

Lack of variety of medical supplies. Employees are nice however, they are not really passionate to help customers.

Nice pharmacist and convenient location. Much easier to get to than their old location on the corner of Mt. Hope and Elmwood. Getting out of the parking lot is definitely annoying, but better than the old location.

Dont get the complaints about the pharmacist. Hes actually a nice guy and is very knowledgeable. We shouldnt confuse being direct with being rude.

Customer service at front is always rude, super slow and the older, male supervisor ALWAYS smells like alcohol. Every time I see him, he smells like he was taking shots in the break room. The store is kept very nice but if you are in a hurry, I dont recommend coming here to buy something because they are seriously understaffed at the front and it takes a million years to get through checkout.

I dont understand why people are saying the pharmacist is rude. I got a tooth pulled and I went to get my meds and I was short 2 dollars the pharmacist seen how much pain I was in and told me just take it. He was really sweet and even though I moved from that area I still go to this pharmacy.

Love the new store at the corner of Mt. Hope Ave. and Crittenden Blvd. I also love the new drive-up pharmacy.

Pharmacy tends to close 15-20 minutes before the posted closing time.

Matt is a chill pharmacist. Hes taken the time to talk to me about OTC meds and supplements, always with a courteous additude. Not sure what the other reviewer is reffering to.

Matt at the pharmacy is the rudest pharmacist I have ever come across. He thinks he is a rockstar and does not know how to behave with customers. I hated the way he spoke with me, will never be going back there and have changed to another pharmacy already. They need to kick him out.
