Lucky to have these guys local. Had them redo my loop after I blew a fitting and fried my motherboard. Now that Im upgrading my GPU Im just bringing it to them to bend the new runs and install the new GPU blocks.

Thes people are the #1 repair and customization shop I brought them my pc that had pent pins on the cpu and they took it in tried fixing it but one of the pins snapped they managed to repair the cpu and I didint need to buy another one (most places won’t even look at it when they here you have bent pins). Now my pc is running better than ever! And I hope to be back there soon for some customization.

Ordered online; Thermal Grizzly product had a challenge key that could be entered on the manufacturers website to validate that product is not a knock off. Test passed. Buying from a specific major online relatiler is a gamble these days - support local companies like this!

This shop has amazing customer and non customer service. I was having an issue with my custom PC so I called into their tech support line to simply ask a question. Josh, who took care of me, went above and beyond to help me even though I wasnt a customer of theirs before calling. He took the time to have me send him photos and more detailed questions via email and actually made an effort to assist me with the issue I was having. I will definitely be going to/ordering parts from this store for all my future PC builds. Give these guys a shot and you wont be disappointed, 11/10 customer service and a nice selection of parts to boot!

Customer service has been top notch with these guys, I could only imagine how busy they have been with black Friday and Christmas around the corner but were able to answer all my questions throughout the whole process of ordering. Although they had run out of a fitting I had ordered, they happily compensated me by replacing the item with a higher quality product that was in stock. These guys go above and beyond for their customers and it shows!

Great shop to buy from. I was going to other shops (local & not local) but mods is definitely a place ill keep going back to. Even if they dont sell it, you can ask and if they can get theyll get it for you. Even have 24/7 email support which is a huge thing since they are a mon-fri business.

Being new to water-cooling I had lots of questions. I started with a kit and wanted more but not sure exactly what I need Joe at ModMyMods told me what I should get based on what i wanted to accomplish. He even told me not to buy some things I thought were necessary, turns out he was right, (this is what he does for a living), and my money was spent buying things that made a difference. He could have done what others do and sell me crap and take my money. Nope. I have mostly dealt with Joe but the other guys are the same way. STRAIGHT SHOOTIN NO BS! They help you avoid mistakes even if they lose a sale. This is exactly the kind of business that will have me as a customer for LIFE! MMM has done an excellent job bringing these costs down, which is a major reason I do business with them.Inventory - Continued to grow and openness from management to stock new items if you request; they at least pursue the idea and have kept communication dialogue open on whether it was a reality.Overall I couldnt ask for a better small business and I would purchase from them even at a slightly higher cost due to the end experience. ModMyods is a GREAT place to order water cooling parts. Highly recommended.I am building a dual loop water cooled system One loop is for cooling a CPU and the video card and the second loop is for water cooling three Intel Xeon Phi co-processor cards. Each Intel Xeon Phi generates approximately 300 Watts under full load, so the second loop has to dissipate about 900 Watts of heat.I have ordered a lot from ModMyMods. I have ordered Aquacomputer pumps (two), reservoirs (two), Alphacool radiator(s), Aquacomputer controller, the add-on cables, Videocard cold plate, etc. I have also ordered lots of different fittings, temperature sensors, Aquacomputer flow meters, some specialty parts.ModMyods is a great place to order water cooling parts. They have large inventory, the carry high quality parts, and they really take care of their customers. They know what they are doing -- you can talk to them and they understand what you are trying to achieve.Many people like to buy (expensive) Bitspower fittings. But you do not really need them. I have found Alphacool fittings and Barrow fittings to be superior to Bitspower, or at least just as good (but significantly cheaper). For example, I bought an expensive Bitspower on/off valve from a different vendor, but it was too tight and the plastic on/off handle fell off when I was experimenting with the valve (some reviews on Amazon warn about this, I should have read them). Then I ordered Alphacool valves from ModMyMods and those work much better -- smoother action, just as good at stopping water flow when needed, but has smooth action and sturdier build.I highly recommend ModMyMods. The orders are nicely packaged -- small fittings are not all over the place in the shipping box, but neatly packaged together in a plastic bag, so they dont bang against other items in your order. Anyway, ModMyMods has your back!
