I would give them 0 if possible the customer service socks. I had bought a warranty on a tablet called Monday they said yes we will replace it they wont have any in stock until Friday at 10 a.m. So I go in Friday and they tell me they dont replace them they send them out 2 to 4 weeks so I wasted a week that I could of brought it in Monday and had it sent in instead of waiting a week to fund out it has to get sent out anyway. Would never recommend them to anyone and will never buy from them again.

Wow...is this chain in trouble?! Like a ghost town. Bare shelves. Computers? All the way in the back of the store. Needed a keyboard asap. A few selections but not nearly what I expected. Sad. Employees were helpful. Too bad.

Worst buying and returning of my life, If I could give them zero starts I would. Went to the Greece ridge Best Buy location to pick up a go pro, got home and the thing was a busted faulty model. Went back the next day to get a replacement and I was told the damage wasn’t their fault and I should contact the manufacturer. The lady that was assisting me (not really), had no clue on how their return policy worked and went to the extent to try and blame me for the products damage. Ended up making my way to the marketplace Best Buy where they accepted it perfectly fine. I will be making sure none of my friends, family, etc ever step a foot into this store location.Absolutely unbelievable customer service.

Geek Squad service is abysmal. 5 weeks to repair my washing machine. They came to fix my washer, then left saying it was fixed. I immediately called to let them know, but they wouldnt schedule me another appointment until a few weeks later rather than some sending somebody out asap to complete the repair. And there was nobody I could get on the phone who had the authority to expedite service. Dont buy a major appliance that requires a service contract from Best Buy!

I purchased a USB-C cord for my mom because her cord on her charger stopped working. Turns out that the cord I needed was a USB micro. I returned it to Best Buy with no issues. I was hoping to exchange it for a USB Micro cord, but they didnt have any in stock.

Currently typing out this review on my new laptop. Noah in the computer section helped me right away. Listened intently to what I was looking for in a new laptop. He fit me with the perfect one. Very knowledgeable for such a young man. I was in and out within an hour.Please make sure he gets recognized for his excellent customer service. I will ask for him personally next time I have to go in.

Horrendous customer service. Called multiple times to speak to someone and they picked up the phone so it would stop ringing but did not ask me to hold. Waited half an hour and they never picked the phone back up. Very unhelpful in person as well. Will use any excuse to get out of doing work.

I purchase security cameras in October Ive been having a lot of problems with them. The Geek Squad has been out twice. We have determined its just a bad unit of cameras they came in one box of three. I went and talked to Best Buy in person and they were so understanding and so nice and patient with me when it came right down to it they are going to come out and replace the cameras for free. I bought them back in October is I said so they were not that old they were really good working with me and I really appreciate that they get six stars for me thank you so much Best Buy you guys are awesome!

I’ve ordered a dozen things this year using their curbside pickup. Sometimes it’s a little too efficient (ie you pull into your parking spot and it feels as though they’re already coming out with your order, only once did they get the order wrong but it was at 9pm. No one is 100% after working that late. Remember, we all have bad days. It says bring your ID along with a four number code to verify you’re receiving the order, I did NOT tell you that you don’t really need it in the case that you left your ID at home. I’ve yet to show them it.

Came here to Geek Squad because my sons brand new 3 say old switch randomly black screened on him and wouldnt turn back on nor hold a charge. They asked me a few questions, they tried to troubleshoot it and once they seen it was nit responding to attempts to make it work, the then went ahead and offered me a replacement. The replacement was not in stock at their location but there was one at Victor. I was no able to pick that one up, so I asked them to have one shipped to their location. They did so and eve went ahead and REFUDNED and REPURCHASED the switch for us so our warranty we had purchased when we got the original one would still be active. Since this was only a 3 day old brand new console. It was smooth from start to finish and I loved that they had a seat at each 6 foot tape line, in the line for geek squad so I didnt have to stand there waiting.

Visited the geek squad because I had problems with my phone. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable. He said he would have to charge me if he had to update the phone. He wrote down what needed to be done and sent me to Cricket where I purchased the phone. I went to Cricket for help and their employee was clueless. I called Cricket when I got home and the young man I spoke to was very helpful and my phone is now working. The young man at Best Buy saved me $100.00.

I went into the Best Buy in Greece to see if I could get a kenwood car stereo looked at as it stopped working . I purchased the system a few years ago for several hundred dollars. The installer / technician couldn’t have been bothered to help me. Very rude and arrogant . I asked to see a manager but was told there wasn’t one he manages that area ! Needless to say I will not return to Best Buy for anything. What ever happened to Customer service ?

Great electronics recycling program!! Super quick & convenient; I took my chords and batteries and dropped them in the bins just inside the door, and took my larger electronics (camera, broken phone) inside where an employee took care of them for me. I was in and out in less than a minute.

We stopped by on Black Friday. The store was pretty chaotic. However, there was plenty of staff here and everybody was in a positive attitude even though Im sure they have been thoroughly worked over today. Got a screen replaced on an iPod, I accepted us even though we didnt have an appointment and was very courteous. He did everything in his ability to fix our problems and in the end was successful great job.

I was there just to get some coaxial cable repair supplies. Some cable ends and connectors. There were nothing but empty shelves in there and I asked one of the associates and he had no idea what I was even talking about. Then I couldnt find anyone else to ask so I just left. Not a good store in my opinion. At least based on that experience.

There is absolutely no way to call any store to speak with someone. Different stores have different phone numbers but they all go to one national number. Even then, there is no way to speak with a real person. The closest I got was by button mashing, which resulted in the message, Ill get someone to help you; followed by several rings; and finally a disconnect.Now I know not to purchase anything more from these idiots.

The Employees are top notche here. Very helpful, Friendly, quick responses, they know the store inside and out.For the store itself compared to other BestBuys. This location is a sad joke and cost me more money in the long run then if I had just went to a different location.After hopelessly walking around the Greece location I simply left and went to the Henrietta location where I found everything I wanted and then some.I probably should keep my gas receipts and send them to management?Missing the old Media Play right now. I bought a top of the line tv on 11/06/2020.It was supposed to be delivered on 11/20/2020 anytime from 7:00am-1:00pm. They didnt come during that time frame. I called the customer service number and waited for 45 minutes to talk with someone.They contacted the delivery team, which stated they would be here in 45 minutes.3 1/2 hours later-no show. I am going to the store tonight at 6:00pm, to see where or when I might get the item I paid for 14 days ago. I am not happy.Terrible customer service.

Literally the worst curbside pickup ever. The app clearly stated no in-store pick up available so I chose curbside. After waiting 40min in my car I decided to hunt down a worker. He was kind enough to sneak me and another woman, who had been waiting 45min, into the store to pick up at the window. No one seemed to know what theyre doing or where to send you. I needed a new power cord for my laptop that I bought less than a year ago. Finally I was told to get a universal cord and the adapter I needed would be in the box. I paid $59.99 plus tax and the adapter I need doesnt even come in the box, I have to call another number to see if I can get one. Until then I cant use my laptop. Thats great as I use my laptop everyday.

Horrible customer service. I wish I could give them a zero stars. I purchased a washer and dryer spent 1500. Day of delivery which was 2 weeks out I get a call they can’t come today. I was scheduled another 10 days out. Was not offered any type of discount or reimbursement at all just a sorry.
