Located in Downtown Rochester, outstanding coffee and espresso selection. Creative drink menu: mocha, peanut butter latte, and uncle latte. Attention to detail, quality beans, healthy menu options and great service! They also offer pour over coffee for those who prefer freshly prepared coffee drinks! There is a soft serve machine for those interested in a cold, delicious dessert.
The vibes are Immaculate! Great natural light, amazing lattes and great place to write.
Virginia is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and definitely went above and beyond in literally every aspect. Of course the coffee was perfect too!! The one-and-one is a unique offering and I loved being able to get the shot split to try their espresso alone and a cortado for the price of one drink :) Indoor seating is spaced well and the high, bare ceiling is both pretty and helps keep things aired out. Got beans I’m excited to try, all bags were no more than five days old which is right where they should be!
What a wonderful experience. Cool atmosphere, and the most pleasant barista named Virginia. She was so helpful and kind. And to top it off some really great coffee! If you dont know what you want the staff is excited to help you decide. Highly recommend this place, and will come back next time Im in Rochester.
Best coffee in Rochester. My wife and I try to make a weekly trip to Fuegos. She usually orders a latte or a small coffee, and I order a large red eye. We also enjoy the location. Its worth a trip if you can make one.
One of my go-to Rochester coffee shops. High quality coffee, friendly staff and great atmosphere. It’s a nice place to either hang out with friends or set up shop and do work for a while. Lots of outlets along the walls and spacious inside.
Some of the best fresh roasted coffee in Rochester. My usual is a cold brew and my partner really likes the cinnamon chipotle mocha. They have a rotating cast of pastries and other foods that keep me coming back to check out what’s new.
Great place to get a drink, a snack, and to hang out. They have non-coffee options on the menu, including tea and hot cocoa. The hot cocoa was less sweet than what I would typically expect, but it was delicious nonetheless.
Fuego roasts my favorite coffee. We no longer live in Rochester so we miss enjoying their coffee in person, but we now have Fuego shipped to us regularly. It tastes like home, and we love supporting a terrific small business. Also their customer service is top notch.
Get the iced uncle marble with oat milk! so good! keegan makes it the best :)
Had an online order delayed by the post office. Casey went above and beyond to get my gift in time for Christmas. Fantastic customer service! I also went to the shop. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I will be returning. Coffee was delicious. Highly recommend!
Fuego is a great place with a great atmosphere. Its prices are competitive with Starbucks and Caribou cafés.They have a great menu to choose from and accept multiple payment methods. Cash, card, touchless, and best yet CashApp.They have a rewards program managed by CashApp (if you have it) or just your phone number. Get your 10th drink free.Current covid restrictions: must wear mask when I doors ordering and walking. When sitting in the cafe you do not need a mask, as youll be drinking coffee and having a snack.
The desserts werent that good, but the coffee was delicious.
Loved this place! Alternative milks available. Loved the Uncle Marble!
Lovely open floor plan and delicious cafe menu
Really good coffee, enjoyed the one and one and the iced mocha, if I lived here Id be a regular.
Mocha Cinnamon Chipotle, yum!!
Great decor very chill coffee house vibes...glazed donut and coffee was amazing
Over the last few years I have had many good cups of coffee from wherever I end up. Im currently drinking literally one of the best cups of coffee Ive ever had which is their drip coffee today. Thank you.
The coffee was amazing and the shop is super cute!
Fuego Coffee Roasters is a second home to so many people. Their coffee is absolutely phenomenal and the service is impeccable. The warm atmosphere that the baristas provide truly lives up to their motto: Come for Coffee, Stay for Community. Theyve built something incredibly unique for Rochester, and I look forward to spending many days at this wonderful spot in the near future. Also, the Uncle Marble is one of the best specialty drinks that Ive had at any coffee shop, anywhere. Youre doing yourself a disservice if you dont order it at least once.
A little uppity but the atmosphere fits the location.
Always a great spot. Great COVID preparation and awesome drinks. Always a fan of the Uncle something or rather. 😎
Staff and drinks are great! Hope to come back here again.
Pretty good coffee, a nice and cozy coffee shop.
Love the coffee that comes out of this joint. They make a pretty good roast and the staff here are very welcoming too.
Fuego has been my go to coffee stop on my way to work. My coworkers and I were sad to hear that they were relocating. However after seeing the new space and the following the staff has worked to build, I can say the move is well worth it. It will become a great gathering spot for the community. Congrats on the new location!
From over by Harro East to Parcel 5 to Downtown, this is the place I go to for the best coffee, service and community. I have always felt welcome and better for spending my dollars locally with people who care.
Real goood espresso coffe, very nice
Great way to start the morning and the service is always amazing here. Not to mention they have an excellent menu too.
Best lattes in Rochester. Smooth espresso and milk steamed to just the right temperature! Definitely recommended!
I love this place. Fantastic atmosphere, plenty of seating area, good service, great coffee, and above all clean. This may seem odd, but even the bathrooms are great! I love that up and coming artists can show their art here as well as even when busy, this place retains its calm and quiet demeanor. New fave spot Im sure Ill be going to again and again!
Delicious coffee! This is my go to spot for getting espresso beans. I do wish that they had some more options when it comes to flavored syrups, but theyre great nonetheless!
Great atmosphere, great coffee, great pastries, with awesome community work. Highly recommend
I like the vibe, but the coffee is a tad acidic for my liking but thats just me
I frequently visited the shop when was on Euclid. I later moved out the city. Im looking forward to visit their current location. Great Staff ( This photo was in 2018 at the old location on Euclid )

Rude barista and clients. Very happy to stay going to where I normally do where folks are friendly and less woke. By the way...I dont need your free coffee and nor does RPD. Want a good cup of joe and see friendly convo by staff and clients? Head to Chili Center and the Bean.
Great atmosphere. Coffee was great. Cant ask for much more. Cant wait to return and try out more things!
This is my favorite coffeeshop in Rochester. Heres why:• Fuego has the best drip coffee and the best espresso drinks. No one in Rochester makes a better cortado. Their roasts are complex and fascinating.• Fuego has the best environment. The windows are tall and let in plenty of refreshing light. It doesnt have that polygon robot barn look of a lot of contemporary coffee shops. Its not as cramped as some other coffeeshops in Rochester, but its also not a sprawling mess like some others. The artwork also isnt awkwardly bad. Its a good space both to get work done and have a conversation.• The music selection is great for writing — often its abstract electronica in the mode of Boards of Canada, though I did hear Jenny Lewis blasting one early morning, which totally worked too.The only major downside is that theres no free parking that I know of, but that doesnt stop me from coming back.
Everything they serve is yummy. Could be a simple black coffee, one of their delicious latte creations, or any type of pastry. They never disappoint. They also have the cutest set up of any cafe in Rochester and always have the best art work displayed. Everyone who works there is so friendly and well trained for the job. Best baristas around!! Also the owners are great too okay thanks thats all
Excellent coffee, friendly staff and the dining area is super cozy. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy yourself! And the icing on the cake: they have baked goods from The Boy and The Baker 😋.
First time coming to this place and I have to say I loved it! The barista was quick and our drinks were delicious. My wife got the chai tea latte and I got a cinnamon chipotle mocha. We would recommend either. The mocha was smooth and the cinnamon chipotle spices were present but not overbearing. The chai was well made and on the sweeter side. Atmosphere was bright and cheery. Music was a bit loud but not terrible. Seating was plentiful. We were there to chat with friends which we could do with no problem. There was also plenty of tables and areas for laptops and tablets. We will be coming back.
Excellent locally owned coffee shop with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. The outdoor seating is a really nice addition
I had heard great things about this place and most of the reviews are excellent, but I was disappointed. I was debating between the 3 stars or 4.First the good. The vibe is cool and trendy and the barista was SUPER nice. They seem very inclusive and every other person seemed to have a pupper with them. My boyfriend got an apple fritter and it was excellent. Everyone seemed to be like family and very friendly with each other (even seemingly strangers). Now the cons. First, theres no parking except limited street parking thatll cost you minimum $1.50. Maybe you dont have a car or live close enough to walk so you dont care, cool. It is a little small inside. Now to the coffee. I got a latte and it was bitter. My boyfriend got drip coffee and it just tasted very acidic even after lots of milk and sugar. Joe Bean has much better coffee (but not great atmosphere) and Sasso has much better atmosphere and drink choices (but the coffee is just ok).
The atmosphere is very chill and calm, a good to place to work on things. They have a wide selection of coffee, teas, and specialty drinks. I got an iced Uncle Marble and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff are nice and welcoming as well! This place is honestly a great coffee shop, and Id recommend to anyone who likes coffee.

Great little coffee shop. Good lattes. Nice treats.
One of my favorite coffee shops for taste, space and friendly service! Highly recommend the Uncle Marble latte.
Great chill place for a latte. Wonderful banana bread as well.
FUEGO IS LIFE!!!
Fuego is one of the coziest little spots in off hours. Cant go wrong with nearly anything you pick up from there.
Really great open space with a ton of windows. Quiet atmosphere but still active. Very nice staff and excellent coffee! Also has baked goods from local businesses, nice to see them supporting each other!
Nice place to meet up with a friend. Cool, relaxed, quiet vibe.Ive tried so many things on their menu, espresso & hot teas, everything is so good! Im loving their French Quarters iced coffee, and their hot black tea (maybe an Earl Gray) with steamed soy.
Great coffee and meeting spot! Atmosphere is chill and relax.
Awesome spot, quick service, great coffee
Its my favorite coffee in rochester, and they also have one of the cutest baristas (youll know him when you see him).this is also a great spot for reading/studying, but I mostly just talk to the barista.there are other baristas too, theyre good.banana bread is a solid 4 stars.
Cool place worth checking out. The coffee and tea were excellent and low-priced for the location. The service was the best part though. Spilled hot tea all over my car and when I went back in to buy another they wouldnt take my money, just gave me another one! DJ was awesome and even hooked me up with extra napkins to clean up. Will definitely return next time Im in Rochester.
Great coffee. Theyre constantly rotating their options which is awesome. 10th drink is free! Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Theres everyone from suits to self employed artist hanging out here in harmony throughout the day. The owners are regularly in working the counter as well. Highly recommend. The quality of their coffee is fantastic.
Excellent locally owned coffee shop with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. The outdoor seating is a really nice addition
I dont drink coffee, but I love their matcha lattes! The baristas are always friendly and quick, and I love the rotating local art that is displayed on the walls. The space also has great natural light which makes the space feel more inviting. Definitely one of my top choices if anyone is looking to grab a cup of coffee.
Probably the best dirty chai latte Ive ever had... at least, easily, in the top 5. Also, got a Red Fern Oatmeal Ginger cookie and it was freaking amazingly delicious!!!
Always have loved their coffee. Extra supportive of them advocating for black lives and validating their voice of the communities most silenced !!
Great coffee. What really makes them stand out though is their commitment to the community.
Good espresso and big cookie
Its such a cute place with amazing coffee! Their service is great and I stop every time Im in the area.
Favorite local coffee spot in Rochester! The Uncle Marble is to die for!
LOVE this coffee shop. Great coffee, great community & stands with POC. Five stars just isn’t enough!
There is a barista lady (forgot her name, but has a nose ring), who I wish other businesses could replicate that is customer facing. Great energy, great client service, and just makes you excited to drink a cup of coffee (I dont care about coffee and she made me care). Give her a raise and make her the face of your social media.
Nice chill atmosphere. Good for hangouts or just solo visits. I got a decaf pour over and a donut. Both were good. Coffee was on the strong side. Very friendly service. Parking is mainly on the street.
Love their coffee, I always make a point of purchasing some beans before heading back to Canada. Also enjoy the ambience and focus on local artists in the cafe
Great coffee, great staff, it just feels like home.
Great space and nice atmosphere. The service is always great and their coffee is on-point. The space is large and open allowing you to work at a computer if needed. The only part that stinks is the on-street parking.
I don’t get down there as often as I would like but every time I’m happy I did today
Great coffee really good roast. Nice environment more of a rustic commercial loft style. order the vanilla Latta on a daily basis.
Spacious and generous room with abundance and variety of seating along with cheerful downtown views. Coffee was hot, fresh and vigorous. Pastry had an airy nature but no less stout and commanding. Friendly customer experience.
