Heidi @ Gonic Rd, is the best! Hands down!!! I love when shes there. The store is brighter!!!

I gave a 4 to the store because I had an issue with a visit to the store concerning my reward points. It had happened there previously and I chose to just chalk it up. Then it just happened again. My husband, myself and my brother decided not to frequent this store again. But I called the store today to speak up and the Manager Mike took care of everything. So, I will continue to take my business to this store. Kudos go to your store manager!!!
