Excellent milk oolong tea. Very reasonable prices. I enjoyed their pumpkin muffin and cheese danishes very much as well. Nice ambiance too, lots of light and free WiFi. Everything comes in a bag/paper cup, I do wish you could get a mug or plate. Otherwise a great spot.

The location was nice. Modern, clean, sharp design. Restrooms are outside, shared with the hotel and needs key access. We tried and espresso and a nitro brew. Espresso was tasty and smooth, nitro brew seemed over extracted on the acid side. Had a rough time finishing the medium size. Was expecting more fresh pastry options. The barista said they are fresh, but the fact that they are kept in this “fridge” style container alters with the texture, especially with pastries like doughnut holes.

I like to walk through the Skyway and stop at Steam on the way. Friendly and good coffee as always!

KAMBUTCHA!OK, I searched all over the Mayo clinic for Kambutcha and finally found the only place that sells the stuff.I literally walked to get their Kambutcha three times a day, each and every day were were at Mayo.They are along the sky bridges too.

Cafe Steam is a fun, kitschy coffee shop (though this one feels more formal than the original location). Rochester is fortunate to have so many great local coffee shops within walking distance of the city center, and this Cafe Steam is a welcome replacement for the Starbucks that previously lived in this location.

Great coffee spot. Tons of great coffee choices (partial to the Shakerato and the Spiced Thai), excellent tea selection (Golden Turtle, and the Amanda Palmer), and real nice artwork.

The barista was very experienced and knowledgeable about all of the drinks. It is a super comfortable place to hang out and get work done!

No to stay mugs! Coffee is great but the environment is also important. To go cups cannot be recycled!

The only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars is the lack of non-disposable cups.
