I met the owner and he was very knowledgeable and made me felt welcome right away. As someone who travels around the world I can respect when the owner is available to customers who want to learn more about the business. He gave me a short tour and made me feel comfortable in the member lounge. Please do not hesitate to visit Elite cigar and smoke. The decor is amazing and the selection is impeccable!!

I have been to many cigar lounges across the US so when I travel I like to experience the lounges in the area. I am sad to say this was not a good experience at your lounge. First the cigars were overpriced by $3 to $4 a stick compared to other places. I still purchased a stick n figured I would enjoy it in your lounge. First, there was 3 young guys in the front of lounge...one was completely stretched out n had his feet on window sill...the other two were relaxed to the point I think they thought they were in their own homes. Next, not a single cutter n only one ash tray n I had to step over the guys in front of shop to get it cuz when I ask to use it...they appeared as though they didnt know what I was saying. Finally, I am ready to sit down n enjoy...by this point I am done with this whole experience. It is a shame because I think you could have a nice cigar lounge if you would supply a few more ash trays n ask your customers to respect you n your furniture by sitting in it properly.

I visited this shop recently and was greeted warmly by the owner, he was knowledgeable about his products and gave some suggestions. Ill definitely return to give support to this shop.

I can appreciate how knowledgeable the staff is, theyre pretty relaxed as well. Overall an easy, chill environment. No hassling or crazy sale tactics.EDIT: In response to owners comment, I gave a three star because Elite is not above average in any special way. This does not take away from their inventory and knowledge; I simply provided a three star because Elite is a good shop, nothing more or less.

Very poor customer service. Let me describe. I asked to see a particular lighter,and was told the price before the clerk even brought it out the case( as if I couldnt afford it). As that wasnt bad enough, I went over to the cigar lounge section, and some young punks smoking out of a hookah what I can only describe as grassySave your money and time as well as the experience and go to an american owned shop. I hate to sound partial, but they are overpriced, condescending and a place that sells drug paraphernalia,should not be considered a legit cigar lounge! Its a head shop that sells cigars! Not cool!!

Wow, what great selection of products! Really well stocked. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable, and offer suggestions. The side room has a great atmosphere and ambience it’s a vibe. You can come with friends to hang out, smoke hookah or catch a game. Perfect for a night out or just casually chillin. Happy something like this finallllly opened up in Rochester.

Worst customer service ever. Booked there three times and every time they cancel our reservation to let anyone that walks in. Hookah is also not that smooth, taste like straight charcoals

I havent stopped at a cigar shop for a while, but when I realized I was less than a mile from one I had to stop.I bought 4 cigars and after tax the cost was in the $50-$60 dollar range.The clerk was very professional. The atmosphere was nice, but empty due to Covid. Overall it was a good stop.

Walked into my favorite cigar shop yesterday and there was a customer in there sans mask and vaping. Inhaling and exhaling indoors without a mask DURING a PANDEMIC!! The woman working the cash register was very nice and exceedingly helpful but she let this guy pollute her store. Take it outside, dude!

Advertised having Grinds pouches, sticker on the window and listed on the Grinds website but went in and they dont carry it or any other tobacco less chew.

I went to this store for the first time on 8/9. It was really awesome looking on the inside and they had a lot of cool products I hadn’t seen anywhere else! I purchased a water pipe and it didn’t come with a down stem and we didn’t realize till after. I went in the next day and actually met the owner since he was working and he helped me out to get a down stem for the piece, no extra cost. Great service and great workers, would definitely come back again!

Visiting home from out of town and stopped in to check out Elite Cigar and Smoke shop. All I can is simply wow, great atmosphere, amazing selection of products and friendly staff. I usually don’t write reviews but the experience I had at Elite was out of this world. Let’s first talk about the selection in Cigars. This walk in humidor was packed with Cigars from all around the world, great selection and rightly priced. Secondly if you’re a Vaper this place is definitely for you,the wide variety of juices and products in the store really impressed me. The guys working there are very experienced and very friendly and will make your experience at this location the best ever. Last but not least smoking a nice cigar needs atmosphere which this place has.

One of my favorite place for cigars, cigar accessories, and CBD products. Staff tends to be very knowledgeable and ready to help when needed. Their collection of cigars are extensive from Asylum 13s to Macanudos to Tabak and more. I just wish they would carry the CBD cigars again because then this place would be perfect. Happy smoking folks!

This place is super cozy and cool to hangout at . Staff always helps out with whatever you need & is great with answering any questions you may have . There’s a ton of options here like hookah, cigars, pretty much any smoke supplies you’d ever need . They have tons of entertainment such as tv, video games and classics like pool & darts .
