Wow! Heather is amazing! She was so helpful on the phone and followed up after she delivered the beautiful arrangement. Since our transaction was done via phone, it was so great that she sends a photos of the arrangement itself after it is created - I havent gotten that with any other flower shop, ever! The flowers are GORGEOUS. I was very happy with her customer service. I highly recommend Tulips and Truffles!

I ordered flowers for a friend having surgery at Mayo. Heather’s customer service was amazing. She waited for room placement and kept me informed as to when they would be delivered and sent me a picture of the flowers. Her customer service was over the top amazing and the bouquet she designed was breathtaking. Furthermore she takes such great care with her product that they are still stunning almost a week later. My only regret is that she isn’t closer to me so I could utilize her more. Thank you for a great experience.

Due to the current times, I wasnt able to visit my Aunt for her birthday, so I wanted to do something special. From the pictures I received from both Tulips & Truffles, as well as my Aunt, the flower arrangement looked absolutely fabulous! It is definitely the centerpiece of the room. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with “Tulips & Truffles” and owner Heather. I live out of state and wasn’t sure what I wanted. She took time on a busy Valentines weekend to offer suggestions. I left the final design up to Heather and she created a beautiful basket flower arrangement with items targeted to my sister’s tastes. And of top of that she added free catnip, which was so thoughtful and much appreciated.

I have ordered from other florists in Rochester over the years, but Tulips & Truffles has gained all my business from now on. My family had the rare experience of an elderly cousins birthday and her sisters death on adjacent days recently. It was a remarkable challenge to create a floral arrangement to balance grief and joy. Heather rose to the occasion, unbelievably. She is an artist with almost spiritual ability to bring beauty to everything no matter what. I only give reviews to the truly deserving and can truthfully say Heather exceeds them all. I ordered a custom arrangement for mothers day and it was absolutely beautiful! They sent me a picture of it before it was delivered, they delivered on Sunday, and they delivered over 20 miles away. Will be calling Tulips & Truffles from now on!

I am out of state and placed an online order for a flower arrangement and a care basket to be delivered to my wife, who is on an extended stay in Rochester. I completed my order around 12pm; a couple of hours later I received a BloomSnap of my prepared order (it actually looked bigger and better than the pictures on the website that I used to order from). About an hour after that, I was notified from the shop that my order had been delivered; around that same time, my wife called me literally crying at how beautiful the arrangement was and how wonderful the fresh flowers smelled. We were both incredibly impressed with how amazingly talented, prompt, and professional Heather (the owner) was!! My wife told me later that it was Heather who actually made the delivery herself. We will definitely use her shop again in the future and will highly recommend her to anyone looking for those type of services.

I always look forward to finding new, amazingly beautiful flower arrangements; the florist/owner is an artist, and it shows in her work -- especially in color choices. They also have house plants, hanging baskets, unique gifts, cards, local MN chocolate (at cheaper prices than anywhere else that carries the same brand!) and new, eccentric items every time I stop in. The staff/owners are very friendly on top of it.
