The purpose of my visit was to upgrade my cell phone. Skye was very knowledgeable about all the phones and helped me choose one based on my specific needs. When I came in to pick up my phone, we could not find the correct account number to switch from my previous provider back to Verizon. Skye was extremely patient and offered many suggestions. Once we had the correct number, she helped facilitate a speedy switch. She even did a great job putting on the screen protector! Skye was professional, personable and overall made the experience as easy as possible!
Dakota was very courteous, patient and professional. He was thorough and clear in explaining upgrade options. I felt heard and understood -- Important to retirees dealing with technology. We will be glad to do future business with you.
Been a Verizon customer for a few months and I have never had such a great experience anywhere until now. So friendly and willing to help and take the time to make sure customers were actually satisfied before walking out the door. This will now be my only place to go. I stopped in because I was unhappy with my provider at the time. I was impressed with this store at the very get go! I was welcomed immediately with a cheerful smile and was helped in a very prompt manner. Kelly was my service representative and I have to say she was the best!! She patiently listened to me explain my predicament with my current provider and before I knew it she had me set up with a new phone, a new smart watch, and a superior service plan with Verizon. Because of Kelly Verizon has earned a loyal customer!!! In fact, I now planon using Verizon for my business as well. Unlike the Concord store they engage and seem willing to do whatever it takes to keep your communications working. Shane sold me quality items as well and made sure I was aware of all the deals available to me. He’s a great salesman, not pushy, he listens and gives you the information you need to make an informed purchase. The crew were working well together, assisting as needed. It was great having a local place to go when my phone stopped working. They tried to fix it, but we ended up moving everything over to a new phone, since mine was too old. Shane did everything for me put on my new screen protectors, helped me with the accessories that I needed, helped me pick out a phone that was good for my lifestyle, not just trying to sell me the most expensive one. He also sent me home with some great tips going forward. I definitely recommend this place!
Shane was an angel. He helped to retrieve all of my photos, videos, and voice messages from my momma. She passed away 10 months ago. I lost my phone yesterday and my world was so sad. I just upgraded to a new S21. The saleswoman who worked with me, Kelly, did a pretty great job. It took a little while in the store, but that was because she was doing everything possible to get me the best deal. My previous phone was also from this Verizon store and because of the service I will continue to come here for future upgrades.

I had to be at the hospital with a sick friend and discovered I did not have my charger. I called, he told me it was in stock and when I got there he got it for me quickly along with a car charger I had put off buying. I was back at the hospital really quickly. Pleasant and efficient.

Every other time I have been in a Verizon store, it’s normally always a hassle and awkward silence. I had Jean as my sales person today and he was very nice and the whole crew interacted in a very nice way.
Got a new note 20 ultra at store across from Walmart but wanted to set up my old note 9 for parents to use. Told them I wasnt totally sure I could do it. They helped with data transfer but not much else. Basically told me I had to deal with customer service to set set it up. Tried to call (endless wait time) hung up and drove to Verizon store at lowes plaza girl at counter had no issues setting it all up, phone works great now.
Shane has been excellent as a business owner who is growing. I needed assistance he has been there constantly giving me discounts and promotions.

This place is friendly, knowledgeable, eager, and very helpful with helping me save a few bucks on my monthly Verizon prepaid service. In the end, its like getting a month for free in a year with the way I budget for my cell phone and in another year almost 2 more months. Ill sock that away the way I always have to get a new phone every several years except it will take less time now.

The people who work at this verizon location are so kind and incredibly helpful. both seth and skye helped me get set up with a new iphone at different times. seth was overly accommodating in fixing a problem we encountered, and had a wonderful, kind, and reassuring attitude throughout the whole process, which given the tricky circumstance, was surprising.on a different occasion, i was able to watch skyes mind move a mile a minute as she navigated helping myself and four to five different customers at once--she wowed everyone in the store with her expertise, attitude, kindness, and efficiency--skye is truly incredible at what she does and deserves all the credit in the world.

I had just had an issue at the other Verizon store in town and was extremely irritated at the service I had received, and the fact the employee looked and smelled like he hadn’t showered in months, but Dakota listened to the problem I was having and within minutes I was on my way with a giant smile. I HIGHLY recommend this store to any other Verizon customers that need help and twice that for new customers so they can receive quality service from somebody knowledgeable and aren’t scared away from Verizon as a whole.

Go to corporate down the road. Never in my life have I seen an authorized retailer charge an in house activation fee for an upgrade. Bad enough Verizon charges you the 40 on your bill. This is ridiculous. They charge their own customers activation fees but not people who come in with phones they bought online. Will never shop here again.

This place is very helpful. I come here vs the other Rochester location because of their professional attitude and friendliness. Although they are not a Verizon corporate store they will try to help you with every single need and make time for you. I cannot emphasize enough of the friendliness even if you are coming in 10 minutes of closing. Great store great employees and they have everything a corporate store has!

I just went for a simple protector replacement and Skye told me all about Black Ice liquid protector and it is working out great.
Drew Boy was very helpful when upgrading a current phone to a newer model, however, failed to tell me about a “$40 Upgrade Fee”. I was surprised to see that additional $40 charge at the end of the sale when I was signing my life away. He apologized and assumed I was aware saying Verizon has had that fee for a long time. I simply do not understand why Verizon would charge almost $1000 for a phone and then have a “$40 Upgrade Fee” on top of that.
