Called them wensday then called later that day to set up fixing my phone (Moto G) they said that they would be able to get the screen for me tomorrow and then I could come in and have it replaced when I talk to him thursday the mail was late and they didnt have it called him the next day he said hes going to call the tracking and then call me back that was Friday it is now Saturday and I have not heard from them they have five star rating by everybody else I gave them a one did not hear back from them, if they call me back Ill change my rating

Best customer service and unbeatable prices in town. I had my phone fixed twice in 3 days after dropping my phone down the stairs then again outside on the pavement. He came immediately each time and was fast and courteous. Hopefully I won’t need it fixed again anytime soon but if I do I’ll know who to call!!
