Fantastic service! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating to my situation of being a non-US citizen who moved to Rochester to work at Mayo Clinic. Most dealerships were unable to offer me a lease since I had just moved to the US, but the people at Park Place were very understanding of my situation and were able to provide me with a great car at a competitive lease rate!

Took my car in for service and did not get the luxury experience I was expecting to get from a BMW dealer. To begin with I did not feel the service consultant really tried to understand the issue with the car or wanted to be there. They could not find the source of the problem and when I pushed for answers I was given an explanation that I do not believe even they believed in what they were saying. In the end, my 5,400-mile car is still leaking oil on my garage floor, that the dealership did not seem to find where it was coming from. I will probably be taking it to a different dealership and never going back there.

I called around 9AM and spoke with Almin. I asked to place a hold on an X1 that I saw online. I said I was coming from over an hour away and wanted to see the vehicle around 5:30 pm. When I got there I met Almin and looked at the vehicle. I noticed it hadn’t been cleaned inside or out. Crumbs and dirt all over inside from previous owner. I took the vehicle for a drive and loved it! After the test drive we started talking about financing and he told me a price that was way above what was advertised. I told him I saw the vehicle for $14,449 and he told me the vehicle was $21,XXX. He told me I would have to speak to his manager because he said that would be “too good of a deal”. His manager then came over and said they discovered the error around 11AM and changed the price online then. I had driven over an hour to look at a vehicle I couldn’t afford that hadn’t even been cleaned or vacuumed. They could have had the decency to just give me a simple phone call but instead I wasted over 2 hours driving back and forth and they didn’t even offer a dime off the price of the vehicle. Purchasing a vehicle is supposed to be a fun and exciting experience. I would recommend a different place for your next purchase, they’re not customer oriented.

Almin Alisa was very personable, both on the phone when I inquired into the car and in-person. He is knowledgeable, with no hard sell. Would be a nice guy to hang out with. We trust him and believe he is fair and honest.Car was well detailed, with a final wash when we signed paperwork. They spent the money up front on maintenance to make this car stand out: new tires, brakes, battery, filters, oil - over $2000 in maintenance. Price was competitive.A minor glitch with the financial paperwork causing us to return the second day, but finance officer who wouldnt release car was respectful and tried as she could to help us, within her understanding of my banks requirements. The head of finance volunteered that they had made a mistake - totally not needed - and was apologetic. Who does this?A great group of people in what appears to be an honest and well-run business.

I had a great experience at Park Place. I was greeted right away and Payton was very helpful. He was not pushy and showed me great options in my price range. Other salesman in the area did not take me seriously and I unfortunately had to deal with a lot of sexism. I did not deal with any of that here and I have been recommending Payton at Park Place for any vehicle needs.

One of the worst car buying experiences in my 56 years on this planet. Scheduled an appointment and drove 2.5 hours round trip during COVID on a 90+ degree day to test drive a 2018 Maxima with supposedly 4,000 miles on it. When I arrived, I was informed that the sales team new the AC was not working in car, it was extremely dirty inside and out and now had ~6,500 miles on it (explanation - a salesman was currently using it as their demo vehicle). In the trunk, there was a quart of paint and vinyl lunch cooler with 3 almost empty beer bottles! Their answer it is what it is. Stay clear of this place - so many other dealerships that are actually professional (and sober)!

Really enjoyed the buying process with Park Place BMW in Rochester. They got me in to see the car on a pretty busy Saturday, test drove it, and completed all the paperwork in no time at all. Almin was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and made my first time buying experience a good one. I had a slight issue with the vehicle after driving it for a few days and they addressed my concern without hesitation. Ive had my Golf R for a few months now and couldnt be happier.

My husband and I were researching out a vehicles for me when we first came to Park Place. We didnt know which vehicles or if we wanted an Audi or BMW. Max was so patient with our visits as we worked our way through those initial questions and then when we decided...helping us find the SUV in the color and option we liked. All aspects of my experience were positive. I had requested shuttle p/u at 1pm. The vehicle needed unexpected rear brake/rotor work. Parts were available, and mechanics able to complete service by 1pm.The employee who checked in the car is always pleasant and answers questions.

Service was great! I had my car in for the 130k maintenance and was initially told it would be ~$500 because we had to do spark plugs, filters, etc. Shortly after dropping off I received a call reminding me we did this particular maintenance at 120k. While I shouldve been more mindful of the last update I appreciate their honesty and the great work they always do!UPDATE: purchased new VW from DJ and had a great experience. Very friendly and helpful during the process.

I was a little intimidated when I first got to the dealership, and I was silly for feeling that way. I was kindly greated, the waiting area was comfortable, my appointment was on time, my dealer rep Aaron was awesome! We had a great connection and everything from there fell into place. I decided to purchase the car I came there to drive. I didnt look at any other cars. It was extremely impulsive for me but it all felt good. Rest of the team stayed late and got the deal done for me and I left in my first BMW Ive ever owned. I went back the next day and Aaron took the time to be sure I knew everything about my car and that I was totally comfortable with her. Jeff at VW is a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed as to what was being done with my vehicle while being repaired, almost daily. I definitely would give him 5 stars. Unfortunately, after the repairs when I picked my vehicle up it was in less than pristine condition interior wise. Many dirty finger prints all over on the interior trim pieces, seats and windows. A couple of quick minutes of tidying things up would make all the difference to some customers like myself. I might not see how well the technicians wrenching skills are, which might be the best in the Indus. But seeing what is left behind in the vehicle could definitely give me a false impression.Excellent work on everything else.

WONDERFUL experience buying a car here with the help of Frank and Myron. I felt valued, respected and appreciated during my time here. Frank even power sprayed the vehicle I was looking at to ensure the sunroof didnt leak. Frank allowed me to take my time and answered every single question I had- if he didnt know, he found someone who did. Myron (manager) was willing to negotiate the price with me and did so very fairly. We were treated with respect and friendliness the entire time we were there! Highly recommended!

This has been very frustrating process in getting my car serviced. I felt like they were pushing me out the door with excuses so they didnt have to deal with a BMW I bought some place else, or the after market warranty company. When I picked up my car the interior was covered in grease from the technicians hands and feet. They didnt even reinstall the service panels, I found them on the front seat.I truly expected more from a dealership that charges so much for service. Chances of returning are slim.

We are from out of town and had only a day and a half to locate a good used car and buy it for my son who is moving to Rochester. We visited several dealers and many private sellers. Fortunately we also stopped at Luther Park Place. The buying experience was excellent. They have a very professional team. We negotiated and ended up with a fair deal. The whole process, including test driving, negotiations and the paperwork took only 90 minutes and we were off to the airport to catch our return flight. They even agreed to store the car indoors for 3 weeks till my son returns to town to pick it up. Every staff member was absolutely exceptional, but of special note I would highly recommend Giovanni (Sales) and Myles (Sales Manager) and also finance manager Rob Benson. I would highly recommend this dealer to all my family and friends.

My initial interaction was with Ms. Megan Gergen when she contacted me to discuss the vehicle after my inquiry from the “chat” option on your website. During our conversation, I requested a list of information regarding the vehicle. While she agreed to provide me with this information, Ms. Gergen actually never got back to me or provided me with any update.Upon arriving at the dealership, we were “welcomed” by the front desk staff, who appeared more interested with the conversation she was having with another staff rather than helping a customer. We waited over 20 minutes for Alains (sales consultant) appearance and during this time, the welcome personnel failed to offer any sort of refreshment to ease this waiting time. Considering this is not my first luxury vehicle purchase and having visited luxury dealerships multiple times, I can safely say that offering refreshments is a standard gesture for clients.Mr. Alisa welcomed and walked us out of the building. At first he appeared friendly, however, as our interaction progressed the quality of his customer service declined dramatically. To begin, instead of walking us to the vehicle, he stopped at the front door of the building, handed me the key, and stated something along the lines of, “Here’s the key, get comfortable and adjust the seat. I’ll meet you there”. During our test drive, I had several questions for him, none of which he was able to answer, but continued to just say that “Volvos are great cars and well made”. Mr. Alisa had zero knowledge on how to operate the Volvo, the very car he is trying to sell me. I understand the vehicle is in a BMW dealership, however, a salesperson who is dealing with a client who is about to spend greater than $40,000.00 on a vehicle should be knowledgeable of the product regardless of the brand.After the completion of our test drive, we parked the vehicle and Mr. Alisa exited the vehicle and said he would be back. We waited in the car for about 10-15 minutes. He came back with the window sticker of the vehicle and handed it to me and again left. At this point, I am baffled by his unacceptable behavior towards my friend and I. He then left us in the vehicle for about 20 minutes so that we can have our chance to “play” in the car. He then returned and asked us to come inside so he can give us his business card along with a copy of the window sticker. Some days after the test drive, I called Mr. Alisa to discuss the terms of the vehicle and in this conversation, I confronted him about his poor behavior. His response was that the dealership is encouraging its staff to minimize speaking with clients due to COVID-19. I understand these are unprecedented times, however, clients do not deserve to receive mediocre customer service due to these catastrophic events. Further, Mr. Alisa’s demeanor did not stop at the dealership, it continued during our conversation over the telephone. When I asked him if he had information regarding some of the repairs performed in the vehicle, his response was, “Well you can call Borton Volvo, or I guess I can”. As a sales person, Mr. Alisa should have recognized it is his responsibility to go above and beyond to gather that data, not the client. After all of this, Mr. Alisa never apologized for his actions and failed to recognize his ability to create a respectful rapport with me.I left the dealership with a heavy feeling of angst and felt racially profiled. All 3 of the staff members I interacted with were disinterested in my presence as a client and showed no interest in my business. The customer service experience at the dealership is quite repulsive, specially for selling a line of luxury vehicles. It would be in Park Places best interest to evaluate their current process and perhaps educate the staff on proper procedures to execute appropriate customer service. As I mentioned to Mr. Alisa, it makes a great difference to feel valued as a client and receive good customer service and attention regardless of whatever contrary reason one may have.

Thank you SO MUCH to all the wonderful people who helped us at Park Place Auto when we were just in town for the weekend from SD when we started having car problems. On a Saturday afternoon their customer service was amazing!! Even though there was no one to look at our car that day, they generously let us get home (to SD!) in one of their used cars (such a blessing!!). On Monday their service department called us right away and gave us a run-down of what the issue was and and estimate of what it would be to repair. They had it all fixed just a couple of days later, UNDER budget from what they had quoted us! RARELY in this day and age do companies under-promise and over-deliver. Park Place motors and all the employees we interacted with there sure did! Thank you all so much and keep up the amazing work!

I bought my 2008 Saturn Outlook about 6 months ago from Park Place motors. I drove from four hours away as they have the best prices around! Everyone was very helpful and honest throughout the sales process. No one was overly pushy, and they were all very knowledgeable. I had a few unexpected/random issues with my vehicle shortly after purchase and Park Place stepped up to help me deal with each and every one promptly. They are very courteous and professional. I purchased this car new from Park Place motors (2018, still under warranty). Started loosing coolant. Park place could not find the problem, I took the car to another repair shop, at my expense, and they diagnosed and took pictures of the radiator leak. With this information Park Place replaced the radiator under warranty. My car made 5 trips thru the Park Place service doors for this problem. Hope its finally fixed now. Terrible service.

I have been extremely pleased with Park Place. I had my A5 serviced several times and every time it was a solid experience. I have since trade the two door A5 for a more family oriented vehicle. My new vehicle is not an Audi and the local service provider is not nearly as enjoyable as Park Place. You really dont know how good you have it until its gone. Thanks for a great experience Joshua.

Dead battery on my 2013 New Beetle Coupe - it was jumped and then I drove to Park Place and battery was tested and replaced in under 2 hours, and that included getting a car wash! I was very relieved the problem was corrected so quickly. Kudos to the staff - and Jeff, the VW repair representative who handled my repairs.

Do Not Take a Trade in! They will only give you 10% of your Kelly Blue Book Value. Not once but twice, and God forbid you attempt to deal with them, they will belittle you in front of your wife and kids. Service is also lacking compared to other BMW dealerships. I had them test my cooling system in a 3 series, first they claimed it had no issues just low coolant and charged me for an inspection, which is fair enough but I had to bring it back two days later only to have it tested again and turned out I needed a thermostat and...when they tested it they broke my coolant reservoir tank, and I was billed for all of it. My advice, if they have a car your looking for at a fair price, buy it without a trade in and have a real Mechanic inspect the vehicle and RUN! Good luck.

I took our X5 in for a recall repair and a free detail that I was given after they left a mess of my M3 when it was in to have the iDrive controller replaced, and my M# was taken in to have the wheels refinished due to damage that was noticed after the last service here. I am less than impressed with the overall condition of both vehicles, but I am past the point of complaining about it because I have had to address an issue after every visit I have had here. I will give you my feedback on the services. Our X5 after detailing was left feeling greasy all over which is from whatever cleaning chemicals that are used, and there was still quite a bit of dirt on the rear passenger inner door that I cleaned up myself when we got home. My fiancee said that she was sliding all over the seat because it was so greasy and slippery which should not be the case. the paint was left with the same greasy feeling, almost as if everything was covered in tire shine or armor-all. I am not sure if it is a lack of skill or care by the detailer or just the products that they use. On my M3 after the wheels were refinished professionally, there is over spray on one of tires and they painted right over the valve stems, cap, M logos, and all. It makes me concerned about the amount of prep and the quality of work that was done, and how long it will actually hold up. It really looks like they taped off the tire and used some spray paint in the back yard, far from the professional look I was expecting and promised. I know that none of this is Kevins fault and he has really tried to make everything right, but these are issues that I cant overlook from a BMW dealer.

I bought a 12-year-old minivan from Luther Park Place and couldn’t be happier. I bought an 06 Honda Odyssey off their lot. After completing the financing their safety inspection revealed it needed a few things to conform to their used car safety standards and asked for an additional day before I took delivery. They made the necessary repairs using quality parts. I feel like the safety of my family was of great concern to this dealership. Anytime you buy a 10+ year-old vehicle You run the risk of having issues but this dealership has left me feeling very confident loading up my large Family and going down the road.

I pulled into Park Place Motor’s lot and took a few circles around the lot while focusing on a particular vehicle. On my last pass, I stopped in front of the vehicle and as I was doing so, a sales consultant approached. I rolled the passenger window down and he popped his head in and complemented me on the car I was driving. The conversation quickly turned to the vehicle. The sales consultant insisted on a test drive, very professionally introduced himself as Demetrius, shook my hand, and went to grab the keys. Prior to pulling out of the lot, Demetrius explained all of the features of the vehicle as well as the functions of the Infotainment system. During the test drive Demetrius was great at listening to me, something that many people in sales have a hard time doing. Make it about the customer, not the car -- that is how I felt the entire time I was at Park Place. By the time we got back to the lot, I knew this was the vehicle for me. Demetrius guided me back into the showroom, offered me something to drink as well as a little snack. We sat down and talked numbers and doing a trade-in. Demetrius was straightforward and took care in what I wanted to accomplish. He included his colleague, James Taylor into the conversation who was able to tailor (no pun intended) a financing plan along with my trade-in that met my satisfaction. We struck a deal and I could not wait to drive the car home! It is worth noting that during all of this, I had to take business calls, as I am a real estate agent. Each time I had a call coming in, without me asking, Demetrius would step away and give me some privacy, which I thought was very professional. As we were discussing getting the car ready, the general manager, Brad Johnson, came over to introduce himself, to thank me, and to ask when I would like to pick the vehicle up. I had some business to attend to and wanted to make sure that I would not request an unreasonable time. Brad insisted that I give him a time that works for me and that they would absolutely have the car ready. I gave him a time and he said, You got it. This made my day much easier as I did not feel rushed.Upon, arriving back to the dealership early, I was greeted by a couple of sales associates. They paged Demetrius, and not more than ten seconds later, he was there to talk the next steps. He offered me something to drink, confirmed that the vehicle was ready, and guided me over to Brad Johnsons office, where we went through the paperwork. Being I was early, I felt bad, but Brad was not having that. He continued to finish what he was working on quickly while talking and getting to know me. This made me feel better. I have met general managers at several other dealerships in town and I would have to say that this is my first encounter with a general manager, who is down to earth and genuine. As he was preparing the sale documents, we discussed everyday things, family, the real estate market, and a little back-story on him. During this time, Brad was able to find me an even better interest rate than originally quoted, something that I was not expecting. We discussed warranty options as well as other add-ons for servicing and protecting the vehicle. Brad explained the important details and made the signing process a breeze. It was official! Brad thanked me and essentially welcomed me to the family! We parted ways and I and Demetrius took over...continued(I could not post my full review as there is a font limit on Google Reviews. Service manager was rude and condescending, and I ended up paying $600 for an issue brought about by following the cars instructions to add oil, which should have been covered under warranty. Acted like they were doing me a huge favor for working on my car when BMW roadside service towed it there. Also accused me of lying and refused to listen when I told them the car was having a persistent issue, because the computer didnt show it. Was also remarkably unconcerned about sending me out on the 1200 mile trip with the car in a questionable state. Avoid this dealership.

Great Experience. I drove down from Chaska, MN and believe it was worth the drive. When I arrived, with my family, they had the car and all paper ready. We were greeted and helped immediately! Brought our 2006 BMW 330i with 56k miles in for service. The oil pan was leaking. Pulled into the service bay and turned the car off. We were greeted by the service attendant and went to his desk to speak, at his desk he said I need to get the mileage of the vehicle. He asked if the key fob was in the car, I said no I have it in my pocket. He replied no worries I can get the mileage right off the dash. He went over to the car and got the mileage while my wife and I sat at his desk. We finished our consultation and left in my wifes car. I get a call a few hours later from the service attendant saying the oil pan seal needs to be replaced and then he asked if there was a problem the dash cluster. I said no everything worked fine when I brought it in. I then stated that he was the last person to touch the car and that he did something to retrieve the millage from the dash. Get another call the next day saying the dash cluster was broke and was told 3k to replace. I replied to him by saying that there was zero issues with the cluster and that everything worked perfect when I drove it into the service bay. I asked to speak to his manager who turns out was the owners son. In so many words I was told it was not their fault about the dash and that they would not be fixing it on their dime. We exchanged a few other words and I said I will be contacting our lawyer. He replied with do what you gotta do but we are not fixing it. I went to pick up our car, I paid for the repair of the oil pan and left. We took the car to Motorwerks in Bloomington and they put in a new cluster for $2,100.

For a high end auto sales location their service is sorely lacking. They dont seem to care whether their customers are happy or not. Staff were indifferent and the waiting area was more typical of a garage.
